COVID-19 Patient Beat Elderly Roommate to Death with Oxygen Tank

An 82-year-old COVID-19 patient died after his hospital roommate beat him to death with an oxygen tank, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

{snip} The suspect, 37-year-old Jesse Martinez, and the victim were sharing a two-person room inside the hospital where both were receiving treatment for COVID-19.
