Dorian Johnson, Key Witness in Michael Brown Case, Arrested

Don Lemon, CNN, May 7, 2015

Police have arrested Dorian Johnson, the man who was walking with Michael Brown when he was fatally shot by an officer in Ferguson, Missouri.

Officers arrested Johnson Wednesday after he allegedly interfered with an arrest and was seen “discarding suspected narcotics on the ground,” St. Louis County Police spokeswoman Leah K. Freeman said.

The arrest came on the same day that an attorney announced Johnson is suing the city of Ferguson, its former police chief and former officer Darren Wilson. In the lawsuit, Johnson claims he suffered psychological scars and emotional distress on the day that Wilson stopped him and Brown, CNN affiliates KTVI and KPLR reported. He is seeking at least $25,000 in damages and is also asking for an injunction to stop what he calls discriminatory police practices in Ferguson, KTVI and KPLR said.

This slug should also be indicted for taking part in the Gentle Giant’s strong arm robbery.

Also for lying under oath about that totally justified shooting.

It’s as if some power from on high has decreed blacks will not be arrested for lying to investigators, for perjury, for other similar offenses. They are let walk when anyone else would be locked up.

      • And as a reward for his lies his participation in the robbery got pardoned.

Being filmed as participant in a robbery and not being prosecuted, that is shocking. Prosecutors are too busy proseccuting police officers exerting self defense.

He needs to get all of this taken care of before college starts in September.

Is that one of Michael Brown’s blunts? Or did the police plant the drugs and photoshop the Twitter pix? Is all that booty from a looting spree?

Seems to me he’s already going to college, if you take my meaning.

I wonder if he traded his EBT card for the tatts?

Ultimately, the tats were paid for by YOU.

I always feel absolutely saddened when I see people like Dorian with dogs. All I know is that my dog lives like the king of the universe compared to so many of these urban dogs. It is what it is, though.

        Two words: Michael Vick.

It is absolutely scandalous the way black people in my area treat their dogs. Tied up to trees with no shelter, ignored during cold, rain, or high temps. Never having human interaction. Totally unsocialized thus either dangerous, broken spirits, or mentally ill. And these are the pets! We all know how the fighting dogs are treated. Why acquire a dog that you are going to tie up and ignore? I have come very very close to becoming a dognapper; in fact there is one sad case I am considering snatching and bringing to a friend’s farm to be eventually re-homed. I know that is not right.

I wonder if, when he was arrested, he raised his hands and said “Don’t shoot”?

    • De Doc

You can be sure this brotha’ knows how to play the game properly now.

First of all, johnson should be held accountable for the billions of dollars of damage caused by Ferguson chimpout by lying saying brown was shot in the back with his hands up. They should have thrown him in jail for 25 years.

    • Right. Johnson, together with Obama and Sharpton destroyed Ferguson for good.

It seems that blacks are always scheming some way to sue people. One of my black coworkers tried very hard to get a settlement from Burger King because a chicken sandwich he ate had a small bone. Another coworker told me he hopes that the boss’ dog hates black people and attacks him so he can sue the boss.

    Cry me a river, Dorian.

As I am aging, I do not get this feeling very often. Really it began declining rapidly after college and parenthood all but eliminated it. But that thug, when I look at him, I get a very real urge, with some shaking and increased heartbeat, to lay a left jab and than a perfect right hook right into the side of his face.. Oh the joys of youth.

  • llexik

Shouldn’t he be getting his life together or being gentle or something?

Somewhere in the crib, Dorian has a arrest record that he never looks at.

  • how about this

Haha, seeing him dressed up in adult clothes in the video is classic. I like how when the reporter asks him a question, he starts out with explaining how he has been consistent, and that his story is consistent with other evidence, in other words “you guys I swear I’m not lying,” without even answering the question about what actually happened. Real convincing.
