Baltimore Residents Fearful amid Rash of Homicides

Juliet Linderman, My Way, May 28, 2015

Antoinette Perrine has barricaded her front door since her brother was killed three weeks ago on a basketball court near her home in the Harlem Park neighborhood of West Baltimore. She already has iron bars outside her windows and added metal slabs on the inside to deflect the gunfire.

“I’m afraid to go outside,” said Perrine, 47. “It’s so bad, people are afraid to let their kids outside. People wake up with shots through their windows. Police used to sit on every corner, on the top of the block. These days? They’re nowhere.”

Perrine’s brother is one of 36 people killed in Baltimore so far this month, already the highest homicide count for May since 1999. But while homicides are spiking, arrests have plunged more than 50 percent compared to last year.

The drop in arrests followed the death of Freddie Gray from injuries he suffered in police custody. Gray’s death sparked protests against the police and some rioting, and led to the indictment of six officers.

Now West Baltimore residents worry they’ve been abandoned by the officers they once accused of harassing them. In recent weeks, some neighborhoods have become like the Wild West without a lawman around, residents said.

“Before it was over-policing. Now there’s no police,” said Donnail “Dreads” Lee, 34, who lives in the Gilmor Homes, the public housing complex where Gray, 25, was arrested.

“I haven’t seen the police since the riots,” Lee said. “People feel as though they can do things and get away with it. I see people walking with guns almost every single day, because they know the police aren’t pulling them up like they used to.”

Police Commissioner Anthony Batts said last week his officers “are not holding back” from policing tough neighborhoods, but they are encountering dangerous hostility in the Western District.

“Our officers tell me that when officers pull up, they have 30 to 50 people surrounding them at any time,” Batts said.

At a City Council meeting Wednesday, Batts said officers have expressed concern they could be arrested for making mistakes.

“What is happening, there is a lot of levels of confusion in the police organization. There are people who have pain, there are people who are hurt, there are people who are frustrated, there are people who are angry,” Batts said. “There are people, and they’ve said this to me, ‘If I get out of my car and make a stop for a reasonable suspicion that leads to probable cause but I make a mistake on it, will I be arrested?’ They pull up to a scene and another officer has done something that they don’t know, it may be illegal, will they be arrested for it? Those are things they are asking.”

BLACK LIVES SCREW UP MATTER…..Proof that crimes grow more problems by BLACKS..

  • wildfirexx

they’ve made their bed…now let them lie in it!

    • Speedy Steve

They crapped their bed, so let them lie in it.

  • Robert Binion

Police have the right to perform like government workers, too. A pity that breathtaking brutality ensues.

    • Albert

Hell. Many departments are starting to use the same lax standards of admission as government jobs do so they can fill out their racial quotas. In time the police will be suffering the same deplorable standards that we see in the civil service.

  • Cheri Rodriguez

Somehow it’s all the White man’s fault.

    • Deacon Blue

I am the White man. Its all my fault. I admit it. So when will there be a twelve step program for being a White male? I can see it now…I can actually see some liberal idiot beta male ‘tard getting on his knees and admitting he was “powerless” against his White privilege and institutional racism. Bet me we see something this insane in 2015?

    • Anon

It is…white supremacy is a responsibility, not some bizarre evil. White people have chosen to abdicate our responsibility and are held accountable for the results.

It’s going to get worse too. Clinton has made it clear that she intends to empty out the prisons. Large numbers of white people will be personally faced with their responsibility to kill criminals.

      Many will refuse….and die.

      • Speedy Steve

That should cull the liberal herd.

        • Robert Binion

We have danced that reel before.

  • MekongDelta69

“Before it was over-policing. Now there’s no police…” – Donnail “Dreads” Lee

At the risk of being repetitive, I’ll repeat what I said on AmRen yesterday:

Cops on the beat: blacks scream ‘racism’ because they are patrolling.

Cops not on the beat: blacks scream ‘racism’ because they’re not patrolling.

Tough luck Mr. “Dreads”. You ‘axed’ for it – you got it.

    • APaige

I believe the police are just committed to being reactive.
Being proactive gets them in trouble, and in Baltimore can get you charged if the district attorney is unsure about the law.
Respond to calls…drive by the usual suspects. Crime goes up, arrests go down, you keep your job.

      • Albert

It also makes the city more attractive to tourists, investors, skilled workers, etc… if the city looks safer on paper.

    • Paleoconn

I suggest only black cops patrol black neighborhoods. White racism has no chance to rear its ugly head.

      • toldev

The problem with that is that the black officers will cry racism because they have to patrol the bad neighbourhoods.

        • mike j

Um, no, the problem is that an exclusively black police force will soon be indistinguishable from the Bloods and the Crips. In other words, areas occupied and policed exclusively by Africans will be indistinguishable from Zimbabwe or Angola. That might not be a problem if such areas didn’t tend to expand, but they do.

        • Paleoconn

          haha very true

    • Albert

And those morons are completely incapable of putting two and two together to come to the logical conclusion that maybe the problem isn’t the police. But no, that would be blaming themselves.

  • Back in the 1980s, we had these TV commercials which presented a vexing argument: Great taste, or less filling. In reality, the answer was both.

From this article, the part snipped:

Emergency response specialist Michael Greenberger cautions against blaming the police for the violence. The founder and director of the University of Maryland Center for Health and Homeland Security, he said it’s more likely a response to Gray’s death and the rioting. “We went through a period of such intense anger that the murder rate got out of control. I think it’s been really hard for the police to keep on top of that,” he said.

We don’t need to argue over the great taste of retreating cops or the less filling of an amped-up black undertow feeling the oats of its victory riots of one month ago. Because the answer is both.

    • Johann Wald

Leave it to someone named “Greenberger” to be fabricating excuses for black dysfunctional behavior.

      • Usually Much Calmer

Only he’s not, if you read the quote. He’s saying, “it’s not the police’s fault, the citizens were just due for a chimpout.” Pretty realist if you ask me.

        • pennawhytmn

Well, it would be refreshing to hear someone say it in a way that is a bit more “direct”. Maybe not the exact way you put it, but closer to your words than Greenberger’s.. And it would be nice if it was followed up with how Blacks are far more inclined to “chimpout” than white people are, and for totally irrational reasons due to cultural AND GENETIC differences.

    • Albert

Wow. That’s a wonderful thought. Thank you for making me smile : )

  • Ronald

Perhaps the African community should form a community defense network like the White community had to do during the Republican reconstruction era.

    • Petronius

      Reconstruction — the original anarcho-tyranny.

    • DonReynolds

He He…..I would like to see that actually…..with night patrols to protect the good citizens…..on horseback……with their identity protected ……lighting crosses to assure everyone that Christians were holding back the problem individuals.

    • Speedy Steve

I hates the Freedmen’s Bureau in uniforms of blue.

  • Tannenbaum

Well, negroes, your “community activists” and “black leaders” and “civil rights workers” got what they demanded. You thought that was pretty great at the time, didn’t you? Were you utterly unable to comprehend what the inevitable result would be?

Never mind, I already know the answer.

    • Jack Richards

Surely you’re not suggesting that negroes have a propensity for violence and stupidity?

    • Light from the East

We just recall what happened in Baltimore months ago when they want to eliminate every single one of cops. Now, they did it. It is pretty good for them and us, right?

  • HJ11

If you’re a White cop, why risk your life or career by interacting with Blacks. Just look the other way and let them do what they want.

  • DaveMed

If people of color were a casting director and the West a stage, this would be the basic scheme (insert lisp):

“Ok, so I need just enough White people to maintain order and provide goodies like healthcare, food, shelter, and smartphones, but not enough for them to be able to vote for and otherwise advance their own interests.”

  • Tim_in_Indiana

While the whole “Hands up, don’t shoot” brouhaha was going on, why didn’t the blacks who are now complaining about rising crime stage counter-protests proclaiming “We support our police” or something like that? Why did so few if any of them point out that far more blacks are killed by each other than by the police?

Blacks never do anything of that nature. Instead, they protest against the police and are then surprised when violent crime goes up.

It once again all comes down to blacks’ shorter time horizon and inability to see the consequences of their actions. And we are always supposed to feel sorry for them because of their own self-inflicted ills.

    • pennawhytmn

Really, it isn’t their fault. White Liberals are trying to prop them up in a world they cannot understand. They, individually, and collectively, have a completely different mindset than Whites and Asians. They do not think, feel, or behave like we do naturally. Yes, there is that 5% or less, but even they, if push comes to shove, will throw the race card when cornered or when beneficial. Heck, the (p)resident of the Diversified States of America and his sherilla, continue to beat the grievance drums.

      • Scott Rosen

99% of them give the rest a bad rep.

      • Speedy Steve

Yet that 5% will make excuses for the other 95. We all used to do that mmm hmm. He was just turning his life around and fell in with the wrong crowd.

    • Alucard_the_last

Negroes hate a pathological hatred of the truth. Their rotten lives are a by-product of their contempt for morality.

  • Tarczan

I wonder how bad this will get. Each day the darkies will get worse, reverting to their full tribal past. I can see Baltimore getting very violent this summer.

    • DonReynolds

You already know how bad it can get…..Chocolate City (aka New Orleans after Katrina)……probably the murder capital of the country.
In the case of Baltimore, there is one important difference…..no one is going to “evacuate” tens of thousands of the local savages to several states. There will be no “refugees” coming out of Baltimore. They have made their own version of hell.

    • Alucard_the_last

True. Negroes hate the light which is way they come out when the sun goes down. After that, it is a free for all. The best way to avoid negroes is to go out when it is light out.

      • Speedy Steve

Vampires! I’ll load up with silver ammo.

      • ghettovalley

I tend to get things done very early in the morning, way before the typical black day begins at 1 pm.

  • shatwood

Be careful what you wish for, scumbags.

  • Distilled down, this translates as “We don’t want… er… we want… er… we gots ta be haben sumpin, gnome sayin? Dat be it! We gots ta be haben de gnome sayin!”

Since not even a complete retard continually puts his hand down on a cherry-red range top burner and gripes each time that it hurts (mmmmm: smells like bacon), what they actually “gots ta be haben” are IQ’s higher than room temperature, and that’s Celsius, rather than Fahrenheit. Gnome sayin’?

    • Deacon Blue

But dis weekend so many of dem beez ded. It was a hawl-a-day weekendz too.

Oddly enough, in my neighborhood we celebrated with BBQ, opening the pools for the season and some socializing. I can’t understand why we did not have pandemic violence, rape and murder. And I did not see a single sworn peace officer the whole weekend either?

Guess what else or more appropriately, “who else” I did not see all weekend.

      • We had a potluck barbecue in a nice neighborhood with some of my wife’s co-workers. No brass knuckle beat-downs.

        • IstvanIN

You are no doubt bragging about your white, Amerindian, felon, Japanese, fisherman privilege! This is how a typical American Bar-be-Que ends:

MUNCIE, Ind. — An Indiana woman was hospitalized and another woman arrested following a fight over the last rib at a backyard barbecue. During the confrontation, the victim said Davis was using a fork to take meat from a pan when she turned and used the fork to stab her in the eye. “Davis states she stabbed (the victim) in the eye so she wouldn’t stab her with the knife,” the officer said.

          • Kenner

Black barbeque protocol can be confusing.

          • John Smith

We all know Adam wasn’t black – ever try to take a rib from a negro?

          • Michael Robert Ryan

Did you hear the NFL is going to be painting its footballs green next season to enhance player performance? Ever see a negro let go of a watermelon?

          • Cool! I wish footage had been recorded for YouTube. During the buildup, they would have been gyrating their heads around like “bobble-head” dolls. Given what these two ghettopotami likely looked like, neither of them actually needed the last rib.

Is “paper-rock-scissors” too white a way to decide these things?

          • IstvanIN

The mugshot of the perp showed she would have survived quite well without that rib.

          • Who Me?

Were they perchance built like refrigerators with feet? A couple of bad cases of diabetes ready to happen?

          • IstvanIN

You, madam, have just won a Mars bar!

          • Who Me?

            Thank you!

          • Cid Campeador

            Hope springs eternal.

          • Strider73

Even a coin flip is too complicated for the undertow.

          • I suppose “you cut, I choose” would also be quite difficult for them. That way, they’d each have received half.

          • Cid Campeador

Sheldon, Howard, Leonard and Raj seem to do well with it.

          • Dr. Rieux

They do something similar. It’s called blunt-drank-cap.

        • Deacon Blue

Per chance were there any Blacks? I’m going to go out on a
limb here and guess the answer is “no.” You wrote it is
a “nice neighborhood” – that tipped me off.

      • JGTThrasher

“Guess what else or more appropriately, “who else” I did not see all weekend.”

I want to go to there.

        • Deacon Blue

There aren’t many lots left in my development and to be blunt,
you’d be better off trying to buy one of the houses for sale here
now than building from square one. One of my neighbors is
moving to Kuala Lumpur in September and he has to sell what
is one of the nicer and larger McMansions in our development.

He’s got to have $120K in the hardscaping alone. I admit I
am somewhat envious of his “draw bridge” type entrance with
the coolest koi pond I have ever seen. He also turned a room
in his house into basically his personal salt water aquarium.
I know zero about salt water aquariums but I am told they are
difficult to keep up. He’s got literally three, floor-to-ceiling tanks
which contain I am guessing 2000 gallons or so. Four wall
has the door and a sound system. Uses the room to detune from
his pretty stressful days in an area of banking.

The backyard is smallish but its all stone hardscaped with
two backlit waterfalls on either side of his lap pool. He has
a full kitchen essentially on the outside in the back.

He should never have bought this house – single guy, no kids,
lives alone. Way too big. I would love his house though.
I just can’t see being “house poor” to live in it.

Of the 60ish houses built here there are exactly THREE of them.
All of THEM are pro ballers. I rarely see THEM or their entourages. Although, one of THEM has a tacky painted Bentley Continental GT that he ruined by painting it a neonish color that screams, “look at me, I am a n*gger!” but it his money and he can spend how he likes.

At the clubhouse this weekend none of THEM were there, we
opened our pools, set up the tennis courts, had a kicking BBQ
          and I ended up playing {and losing a couple of hundred bucks}
mah jong. Like the song sings, “I got a peaceful…easy feeling!”

Its not exactly inexpensive to live here and I agree its unfortunate
that my family and I need to purchase our freedom of association
rights. And its not really a good, long term solution to this
          problem either.

    • IstvanIN

Most of them couldn’t improve their IQ above room temperature Fahrenheit.

      • 60 F is 16 C. Using Fahrenheit as the scale would be too generous.

        • IstvanIN

          You may have a point.

      • Alucard_the_last

This is actually a bona fide fact not just your/our opinion. They don’t even know how to write a check. Savages, all.

    • Speedy Steve

      Whuchoo be meanin’ mufuggah?

  • guest

Those blacks rioted for a dead black criminal. They protested about how black lives matter. They wanted the police gone. And now all the black criminals are free to commit all the crimes that they want in those black neighborhoods.

No more White police – that is what they rioted and fought for. More violence committed by their fellow blacks – that is what they get.

    • Speedy Steve

Some newsie asked a looter if he was protesting Freddie Gray’s death. He asked, “Who?”

      • Cid Campeador

        PRICELESS!!!!
Jesse Watters would have had a field day with that.

      • mike j

It’s gone down the memory hole, but I swear that I heard radio news stories during the 1968 MLK riots about an arrested 16-year-old looter whose reply to the question why was, “We’re gettin’ even for what’s his name.”

      • Dr. Rieux

        Just out of Charmin.

    • Cid Campeador

Apparently Black lives have to “matter” only to White civilians and policemen.
Once Mau Maus are left to their own devices with no monitoring, atavism takes over and they don’t give a rat’s ass about Black lives

      • Cid Campeador

        I give up!!!

    • Dr. Rieux

The dirty little secret that everyone knows but is too afraid t be first to say: Black lives do NOT matter,. It is black s who by their behaviour who have declared this to be so.

      • Black lives only “matter” to the #BlackLivesMatter crowd when a non-black cop or non-black civilian ends them. And I have to qualify the first part a little bit, because the #BlackLivesMatter crowd doesn’t say boo about Miriam Carey or all the black Waco victims (1993), so if the cop is a Federal law enforcement agent, then they can kill all the blacks they want.

        • Luis

QD, well-said!!! I’ve been saying the same thing, for some time, now; both here on Amren and at other places. If a Bantu named Jaquan Mandela Washington shot and killed another Bantu named Tayshaun Luthuli Kasavubu, the Bantu community wouldn’t do anything bout it. But, if Washington were shot and killed by bodega owner Jose Espinoza, store owner Sung Hee Park, or white police officer William Kwasniewski; they would be foaming at the mouth and crying “racism”.

Bantu did nothing when Suge Knight drove his car into a crowd of other Bantus, killing one of them. Nor did they hold any “no justice, no peace, ” marches for Tupac Shakur.

I wonder sometimes though – did the white who voted for Obama think they were buying “racial peace”, by doing so?

  • GenX Antipodean

That rock star DA who campaigned on going after the police, must have a lot of free time these days.

  • Steve_in_Vermont

What isn’t reported, because it’s not PC, is the fact that the majority of (white) Americans have already walked away from this. They have watched decades of welfare and social programs turn to dust as rioters have burned their own communities and blamed everything on the police (and whites). People are tired of being blamed for problems in the black communities that they (blacks) won’t address themselves. But then again it’s easier for these folks to blame the police than take personal responsibility for their communities.

    • Douglas Quaid

They do report on it, it’s called “White Flight” and we are supposed to feel guilty that whites move out of the cities to get away from the degenerate morons there. I had this lib buddy who bought the whole guilt kool-aid who was from Baltimore, and his explanation for why it has become what it is was that the whites left and took the jobs with them. Obviously part of a carefully crafted plan by whites to screw blacks over yet again.

“White flight” has nothing to do with oppressive taxation and regulation in cities (the worst of which are run by blacks), feral blacks and their crime, and the horrible nature of “diverse” inner city schools. Nope none of that matters.

      • It used to be a one trick pony: Whites are evil for leaving. Now they’ve added a few layers of complication: Whites are evil for staying, because their voting hurts black political power. Whites who leave are evil because they secretly put measures in where they move to to prevent blacks from following them.

  • Jason Lewis

    Sounds like Mogadishu Somalia.

  • Ringo Lennon

All cops should leave the inner cities. Let the savages kill each other. See if I care.

    • Johann Wald

You have my vote for President.

    • Alucard_the_last

I don’t care what happens to negroes. I hope the violence continues and the murder rate doubles every day. OUR nation will be better off without these gorillas roaming the streets looking for their next victim. They are a pestilence to the land and the dwellers within.

  • Deacon Blue

Uhm, why do I not feel one iota of sympathy for people residing in Baltimore?

  • duneswalker

Who needs policing? Let them self cull.

    • Cid Campeador

Nature has it’s own way of taking out its trash.
Have there been large numbers of Vultures circling over Baltimore’s neighborhoods?

  • I don’t blame the cops. Hey, I am not getting sent to prison for doing my job. I will just sit in my car and have another doughnut. Oh, there is a suspect in a shooting? Gee. Well, I didn’t actually see anything, so, I would just take my time, so what if he gets away….

    • Tarczan

      That’s not gunfire, that’s fireworks.

    • DonReynolds

Just wait for the Dispatch to send units. I did not actually see anything, since I started bringing my iPad to work every evening. Need to wait for Fire and Ambulance anyway.

      • Cato

A PO I know does the same (I won’t say the name of the city, but it is in BRA)–browses the internet, during work, on his iPad. He tells me that it helps keep him out of trouble. Of course he doesn’t rank the highest in his performance evaluations, but he would never achieve that anyway: the highest is reserved for those of his co-workers with the skincolor most similar to his Mayor, Police Chief, and supervising Captain.

  • HJ11

Just let Blacks sort it out themselves. No White intervention. Do not interfere in the fates of non-Whites. Do not help them. Do not socialize with them. Do be polite and fair in professional, business and similar such things, but do not socialize with them. Stay White,my friends. You have nothing to gain from Blacks so why waste a second of your time or burn a single calorie in socializing with them?

    • Cid Campeador

George Wallace was soooooo right, “Now, Tomorrow, Forever”.
With SOME rare exceptions, many interactions between Whites and Blacks end up badly for the White actor; especially with White women and Black males.

    • Douglas Quaid

It’s true, every time I have started to get on friendly terms with blacks at work and they get more comfortable around me they, not me, they start to talk about race. Of course it is always along the tiresomely predicable lines of thought, and they just can’t shut up about it. One guy at work actually has a “Black Power” sign on his locker, he’s a funny guy and it was put up as a joke. But that was like 4 months ago, the jokes over, and yet the sign remains.

We all know what would happen if a “White Power” sign was put up on a locker…it wouldn’t be up for four months that’s for sure.

      • HJ11

When I’ve had to work around Blacks, I remain professionally friendly. No no joking, ribbing, eating lunch with them–no socializing at all–my choice. I try to be polite and beg off from social meetings because of “other commitments.” I see no profit or good for me in associating with Blacks or other non-Whites. And, if there is no profit or good, I don’t want to waste a precious second of my time or burn one of my needed calories in socializing with them. Period.

    • Luis

Dang, paisan. Albert Shweitzer, who ran that hospital near Lambarene, Gabon for 52 years, said PRETTY MUCH THE SAME THING (emphasis added) you just did!!! He won a Nobel Peace Prize and was much-beloved, worldwide.

And yet, when another Nobel Laureate, James Watson; said something about Bantus and intelligence, he was reviled.

  • Anon

Policing does not and cannot make neighborhoods safer. Police do not stop crime. They clean up the mess afterward. There is space in prison to physically restrain a certain number of blacks but thats the limit of “policing”. Police are there to make sure the blacks stay in their own neighborhood while they rape, rob, murder and steal.

And for that matter, blacks do NOT care. The ONLY thing blacks care about are their drugs. And drugs are the reason why blacks have been going berserk for about 50 years now and more. Blacks do have some minimal understanding that they will be killed for committing crimes, especially by whites. But on drugs, what little judgement they have is gone…….the reason why statistically, 100% of all crime is done while high. And why drug use is such an issue in recidivism, parole and sentencing. The original reason for making drugs illegal is still the most important one….blacks harm others while high.

It really doesn’t make any difference if policing is high or at a low point. Outside an actual police state where squads of soldiers routinely gun down blacks at the slightest provocation (Haiti…back in the day) police don’t work.

Because its black people, nothing else does either….unless you want to start handing out large amounts of free heroin to make them sleep 24/7. Any other neighborhood simply dismantle gun control and legalize killing in self defense under any pretext. Crime….vanishes.

    • Cid Campeador

“Police do not stop crime. They clean up the mess afterward.
Correct. That’s why we need to introduce Vultures (Black & Turkey) to the inner cities.

  • TL2014

I hope they all die and go to hell.

  • DonReynolds

They did not want police to deal with the criminal element. Now they can stew in their own juices. Now you have to deal with the thugs, instead of the police. Let me know how that works out.

Blacks need white paternalism. Sensible blacks know this.

Boy oh boy! You just can’t please these sniveling whiners. Give them half the policing they deserve and they bellow “racism!” Give them none and they harp on about black-on-black crime. Just kidding!

36 killed? Wake me up when the headline is “40 million killed in shooting in baltimore last weekend”

    • I’m holding out for “elebenty-seben gazillion”.

      • PvtCharlieSlate

The original comment has been deleted. However, yours reminds me of the story about Obama at one of the few daily briefings he attended. He was informed that two Brazilian soldiers had been killed in Afghanistan. He went absolutely beserk and kept ranting and raving until it was explained to him that one Brazilian is not equal to ten gazillion.

When I saw the police swarm and beat that guy who ran from them on horseback, when he was flat on his face with his arms spread to the side, that was one time too many for me.

Added to that I know for a fact that some of them actually take great delight in seizing an opportunity to shoot a little dog for barking at them. And it’s been happening with more frequency lately.

So when the restless natives in their respective riot areas start shooting each other, because the police are in reactive mode instead of pro-active, I kind of have mixed emotions about the entire affair, because I’d like to see both groups get what’s coming to them.

Right now, however, I’m more for the police sitting in their cars unresponsive to the black mobs, failing to do anything that might stop crimes from occurring, because I’m hoping the blacks will decimate their own ranks in an out-of-control blood bath that will spread across the country, matching casualty figures in the Civil War we had in 1865.

I have to admit I was smiling when I read the news today, and that doesn’t happen very often.

    • PvtCharlieSlate

Sometimes I feel about the same. Sometimes it’s as if I’m watching a re-run of the Iraq/Iran war and I don’t care how much damage one side inflicts on the other. But … the police are at least supposed to be on my side and the NAPAs are, by their own intent and actions, the opposition.

  • Erik

Can’t win….Complain when there is too much police presence and complain when there is too little police presence.

    • Scott Rosen

Well, when your problems are all self inflicted, and you’re part of a pack of deluded retards, you always blame something else. Theyre not even aware of the conflicting positions.

    • bbshaw

Whether too much policing, or too little policing, of this I’m sure — it’s whitey’s fault and it’s proof of his racism.

  • pennawhytmn

“Before it was over-policing. Now there’s no police,” said Donnail “Dreads” Lee,

That about sums it up in a nutshell…… Donald “Dreads” Lee is all that is needed to understand the “culture’ of baltimore. “Over-policing” was the “problem”. These “people” have no clue which end is up or down.

  • WR_the_realist

It doesn’t happen often, but sometimes, on rare occasions, people get precisely what they deserve. It’s sweet when that happens.

  • pennawhytmn

It is so pleasant living in Allwhitesville. I live rural so we don’t even have our own Police Department. The State Police are who we call. And in the closest town, I am rather certain, the Police could ALL take a few days off and hardly anyone would even notice. If word did get out, people might start going a little more over the posted speed limits, and maybe there would be some kids hanging out in the Park a little later without being told to “get home kids”. Different worlds, if not, different Universe.

    • John Smith

Almost the same here, but we have a few local cops. They won’t take on calls where they expect armed suspects unless it is an immediate danger, and call the neighboring township instead. Last time this happened, they had a bank robbery – probably five years ago.

    • Spikeygrrl

And I’ll bet you have to drive 90 minutes or more — each way! — to attend a classical music concert, a classical stage play, a university visiting lecturer, or an art gallery show.

How bitter a choice it is to have to retreat to cultural hickdom rather than risk your own life on the streets DIRECTLY outside your “security building” in just about any metropolis in the USA.

      • Blackfish

Not necessarily. I live a 40 minute train ride from Midtown Manhattan. I rarely see blacks at the museum or a concert when I come in.

        • Spikeygrrl

          How I envy you that.

      • Tarczan

But with electronics, all that is available in your home. Not live plays or concerts, but close enough. I feel that way sometimes, all of the culture of the cities are destroyed. What can you do though?

        • Spikeygrrl

          Nothing equals the live experience.

You might as well ask, “Why eat when you can watch the Food Network?”

    • WR_the_realist

Where I live we have one cop who has normal working hours. After hours if any policeman is needed you have to call in one from Concord, 14 miles away.

Somehow we manage to avoid the crime wave that has beset Baltimore. I can’t imagine why. After all Rand Paul tells me crime has nothing to do with race.

    • Tim

We lived in a town for a while that was so White and slow and crime free, the police took fingerprints off a beer can they found hoping to ID the underage drinker who left it there…

Look on the bright side of things. If they keep killing each other at the rate of 0.01% per day it will only take 27 years and five months for the problem to disappear completely. I think all the Negroes in Baltimore (and every other city) should be reminded of their constitutional right to keep and bear arms and should be encouraged to acquire Uzis and AK-47s rather than just pussy pistols. Perhaps they could increase the rate to 0.1% per day and eradicate themselves in less time than one Presidential term.
Think of the employment it would generate as well. The ghettos could then be bull-dozed and turned into low-cost housing for the 25% of the Mexican population who now reside in the USA.

    • GAWZ

Uh, what about the Future Felon Factories (I mean, feemales) that are in full production, 24/7?

Looks like we are headed to the Pentagon Police Force in America. The use of satellites at the local enforcement level.
This was a quick news event this spring:
This winter some cities in the north flew drone patrols and one city solved every murder.
Only criminals have something to hide from the all seeing eye. Who will be tomorrow’s criminal?

“Our officers tell me that when officers pull up, they have 30 to 50 people surrounding them at any time,” Batts said.

The police force represents Western, i.e. White, Civilization. When they enter these black neighborhoods they are entering “Indian Country”. We are not talking about a few bad apples in these places. We are talking about a entirely separate and different culture, a different people, a different nation. A culture and a people that is alien, hostile, and dangerous to our own. So these black areas are literally foreign held territory and we literally risk life and limb going there.

‘Nothing is more certainly written in the book of fate than that these people [blacks] are to be free. Nor is it less certain that the two races, equally free, cannot live in the same government. Nature, habit, opinion has drawn indelible lines of distinction between them.’ – Thomas Jefferson

‘When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for ONE PEOPLE to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with ANOTHER…’ – US Declaration of Independence

It way past time for a divorce and we owe them NOTHING.

It’s been funny seeing the liberal media try to sell the notion that whites riot just as much as blacks the media just doesn’t cover it (I guess they don’t count themselves as media when they make these proclamations). The best they come up with is stuff like drunk white college kids on spring break tipping their buddies over in porta-potties and leaving beer cans on the beach or drunk sports fans celebrating in the streets after winning some championship.

Because that is just like blacks smash and grabbing liquor stores, setting buildings on fire, cutting the hose of fireman trying to put out said fire, and getting violent with the cops. Also, the key difference is the whites in the aforementioned cases were drunk, for the blacks looting is done with a completely sober mind.

  • Ed

Last year around this time some white Lesbian liberal wrote in article blaming crime in the city on Blacks. She had finally had enough after two youths broke into her neighbor’s home and killed her. Of course she was denounced as a racist and being the good homo liberal genuflected appropriated before the various diversity gods.

I wonder if she’s still in the city? At this point the only whites in Bmore are either druggies or delusional.

“-officers have expressed concern they could be arrested for making mistakes.”
As well they should be in this highly charged, racially hypersensitive climate. But hey, this is a win for both sides. According to the books, blacks in that area are now committing less crimes and white officers cannot so easily be charged with racism.
