Sen. Jeff Sessions: Obama Program ‘Establishes a New System of Immigration’

Caroline May, Breitbart, April 23, 2015

The Obama administration has created a new immigration path to the U.S. without Congressional approval, Sen. Jeff Sessions says. The Alabama Republican chaired a hearing looking into the Obama administration’s new program to fly Central Americans as refugees and asylees to the U.S.

USCIS Associate Director For Refugee, Asylum And International Operations Joseph Langlois confirmed that illegal immigrants granted executive amnesty would be eligible to apply to have their relatives flown to the U.S. from El Salvador, Honduras, or Guatemala under the administration’s Central American Minors Refugee/Parole Program.

Sessions, the subcommittee’s chairman, pointed out that the Obama administration is moving forward with the program without Congresses approval.

“I just want to say, Congress rejected this. So the President is executing it on his own,” Sessions  said.

“It’s a new program and in fact, in effect establishes a new system of immigration to the United States,” he added.

State Department official Simon Henshaw testified that, to date, they have received 565 applications: 439 from El Salvador, 114 Honduras, 12 Guatemala and that they are currently being proceed.

  • how about this

Oh boy, I sure hope the families are from El Salvador. That is my favorite Central American nation. They have these stylish tattoos that say “MS-13.” I don’t know what that means, but they will really help our tattoo diversity. I myself have only tattoos of inferior quality, thanks to the disability of being White.

I’m guessing that the ambiguous term “relatives” will probably include: parents, grandparents, siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins (first, twice-removed and double first), step-children, step-parents, step grandparents, mothers and fathers-in-law, and their children from other marriages, close friends, the weirdo that lives next door, anyone who ever performed a service for you, i.e. the garbage collectors, the woman behind the counter at the grocery store, your doctors, the Starbucks employee who brought your latte, all former teachers, your dentist. Did I miss anyone? Feel free to add to the list.

America, the land that was founded, settled, and made prosperous by white people; that apparently has an obligation to let in every third world person in existence.

    • Cindy

Third-World countries were of no concern whatsoever to America and Britain before 1965. Now all of a sudden it’s imperative we save them.

“America, the land that was founded, settled, and made prosperous by white people”

….and which was intended to remain vast-majority White. It is absolutely astonishing to realize just how far the US has drifted off course. There’s a non-white iceberg dead ahead and it’s time for full-stop/reverse lest we embrace the abyss.

  • dd121

Well, Jeff, you’re one of the few people in this country who could possibly do something about it.

    • propagandaoftruth

      He’s trying.

The Republicans need to row harder.

I’m interested to see what happens with Walker Wisconsin Ranger. Was his Damascene moment real? Have the Kochs really dropped him like a hot potato?

Stay tuned for the next shoe to drop.

          • dd121

Why would the Kochs drop Walker? The lefties tell us the Kochs are right wingers.
What’s the story on all of this?

          • propagandaoftruth

            Immigration.

Obama has more autocratic power than Kim Jong Un.

    • Reynardine

Kim Jong Un at least still has the sense to protect his own borders.

We do live in a mad, mad world, don’t we?

  • Luca

Yeah, it’s a new system of immigration, it’s called the “Wild West-Open Borders” system of immigration.

If the next President is a Republican who is gonna fix this he is gonna look like a tyrant. I’ll support him all the way.

  • Bon, From the Land of Babble

Sessions points to a study that Harvard economist Dr. George Borjas published with the National Bureau of Economic Research in September 2006 that found that the employment rate of black men fell from 1960 to 2000—a timeframe during which immigration sharply increased, making it much more difficult for Americans, especially blacks, to find jobs.

    LBJ was correct.

    • withcaution

The black employment rate fell because the welfare became easier to acquire. Let’s be real, the policy became “safer and cheaper to pay them then to incarcerate them.

What a great American… What was that n word?

I’d like to visit LBJ’s grave with a bladder full of Corona and bowels full of loaded burritos. A Tex-Mex karma.

President Obama, like FDR, Woodrow Wilson, Teddy Roosevelt and possibly a couple others has anointed himself benevolent dictator. Who are we mere mortals including anybody that would dare disagree with him to question his policies?

  • IKUredux

This s.o.b. so called president is a dictator. Makes mugabe look like a piker. I wish the Secret Service would go on strike.

Fits right in with New America.

  • Funny how all these Mexicans never wanted to venture into Texas and the American Southwest back in the early 1800’s, when it was part of Mexico! They were afraid of Apaches, Navajos, and especially Comanches. So, Mexico “invited” Anglo Saxon Americans, mainly the Scots Irish, to settle there. It was they who fought for, and tamed, that land. Now that there is a real civilization there, the Mexicans want to flood into the area. Yeah, right, sure. So stupid. Go back home, you people! The last time you people built anything, it was an Aztec Temple used for human sacrifice!
