The D.C. police force has the most blacks- and the most shootings by the police.

    • kikz2

i think new orleans held the record.. until katrina…………………….not sure about shootings, but sure about black police corruption……

    • Ngati Pakeha

May I wishfully proffer that they “know their own” and have no fear of being second guessed by the likes of Holder whilst they put some justifiable lead down range?

    • Human-Stupidity.com

      That is a great link!

But Holder’s own record belies his lofty promise. As the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia from 1993 to 1997,
Holder was in charge of policing the local police. When police
violence spiraled out of control, he did little to protect Washington
      residents from rampaging lawmen.

The number of killings by Washington police doubled between 1988 and 1995,
the year 16 civilians died due to police gunfire. Washington police
shot and killed people at a higher rate than any other major city police
department, as a Pulitzer Prize-winning Washington Post investigation revealed in late 1998. The Post reported that “Holder said he did not detect a pattern of problematic police shootings
and could not recall the specifics of cases he personally reviewed.”
Holder declared: “I can’t honestly say I saw anything that was

“Police Forces Skew White in Largest U.S. Cities”

And that is the ONLY thing which is keeping the last vestige of anything we know as Civilization around.

Being a police officer involves understanding the law, working in a hierarchy, respecting a chain of command, learning and following procedures, respecting boundaries and limitations placed on you and about a hundred other things blacks can’t do. Why wouldn’t police forces, even in typical black hellholes, be majority-white?

    • As a retired police officer, I can assure you that this comment of yours wins the prize for accuracy and truth. Being a police officer, especially in a large inner-city, presents challenges that most people – especially blacks – simply cannot perform.

Not only must you know the law, but all your actions must be within the confines of the law and departmental policy. The job requires you to constantly think on your feet, not overreact even when people are deliberately pushing your buttons, stay calm in the most dangerous situations, articulate clearly to folks from every type of background, drive with caution and prudence at high levels of speed, and to write intelligent and clear police reports that will be scrutinized by everyone, including the DA and the defense attorney. More than all of that, the job requires a high level of common sense (which is not so common these days!) and an ability to reason calmly through volatile encounters.

This is something relatively few blacks can actually do – at least not over a 20 or 30 year career. This explains, in part, why relatively few blacks can be police officers compared to whites. Whites have always dominated in this career field because of the multi-tasking and intelligence required of the job.

      • Rick O’Shea

Hence any society which is policed by whites will tend to be safer. If it is also *peopled* by whites entirely or almost entirely, it will be massively safer and the police will have a considerably reduced level of stress.

    • In most places, getting onto a police force requires no felony convictions, no DUI or drug convictions and no domestic violence convictions. These requirements eliminate a huge number of blacks right away. When Shitavious gets an adult felony armed robbery conviction at 18, the summer after he graduated high school, and then a few years later decides he wants to be a cop, it’s too late.

Lots of the law-enforcement people I’ve known have two-year associate’s degrees in the field. I know Pike’s Peak Community College here in Colorado Springs offers a program in that. How many blacks have the level of commitment to take classes for two years? This means reading textbooks, doing homework assignments, getting across town to the classes and passing tests.

To a very large extent, blacks de-select themselves.

  • D.B. Cooper

The Civil Service Exam is just too difficult (rayysist!) for “some people” to pass. In Dallas and Houston, at least 90% of their black hires were through rampant Affirmative Action.

    • R L Buds

Dont you mean some “people”. Are you sure that it’s not 100% thru AA, because if they were worth a damn they would be considered too white.

      • TruthBeTold

Moving one quote really does change the meaning.

    • APaige

I am going to guess that most police (>95%?) are first hired while in their twenties.
One-third of Black males in their 20’s are either in prison, probation, or parole. That, alone would exclude them from being a policeman?

    • kikz2

i think my area requires at least a college degree for a cop.. and not one in AA or GBLTXYZ studies….

  • Luca

The insanity of the diversity crowd knows no bounds. Let’s count how many religions are represented, lets break down how many women, how many left-handers, how many red heads, how many Lithuanians, how many disabled lesbians etc. etc. etc.

Some people have integrity, work hard, want to serve their fellow citizens, get good grades, stay in shape, take college classes and are decent people. Why should it matter about the color of their skin? Can’t we just judge them by the content of their character?

  • TruthBeTold

Does anyone have any numbers showing that when minority police increase crime goes down?

  • Rick O’Shea

Any profession which sifts out people with criminal records, credit problems, etc. is always going to “skew white” especially in a WHITE NATION FOUNDED BY AND FOR WHITES!

It’s worth remembering the absolute *madness* of our situation where white founded institutions… in a white founded nation for whites… are routinely accused of being “too white” – it is pure insanity.

  • When the older white officers retire, does anyone doubt that they’ll be replaced by blacks and browns. Policing a bunch of filthy, dangerous, illiterate black “teens” is not a job that most younger white guys want to do. It’s like boxing where it went from a white sport to a black sport. And pro football.

With an ignorant, white hating police force on patrol, life for whites in major metro areas is going to turn into a real hassle. Breathing while white will send whites to jail, prison, and to the poorhouse paying fines (and bribes) to stay out of jail.

    • LHathaway

I know if you are white, living as a minority, police will occasionally profile you, wondering why you’re in the wrong place. They might even wonder if you are buying drugs or looking for a prostitute. Whites live in places where they are a minority or even a small minority. With the face of weird and sexual crimes being white, they also may want to take a closer look at you wondering what’s in your home. They certainly aren’t worried about getting in trouble for ‘profiling’ while dealing with whites. They are probably less likely to worry about crowds, physical injury, hassle, legal trouble, getting fired, or other trouble from higher ups, when dealing with white citizens.

      • C17H19NO3

Its a different world from the 1980’s… Back then I had a few friends in North Saint Louis, MO. One time walking to the bus stop around Grand and Carter I got stopped by this older black cop. He asked me “Boy, is you lost? You know where the hell you are? Its not so good for you to be down here this time of night. I’ll takes you somewhere else if you want.” I told him I was visiting friends down on Pleasant, and was going on the Grand bus to get home to the south side. He drove me 25 blocks to a better part of town to catch the bus there even though I turned him down twice, but he insisted I go with him. I don’t think I appreciated the favor he did for me at the time. That area turned quite dangerous at night.

That type of stop is not going to happen with a majority black police force. That type of stop rarely happens now. Now its “the only reason you are down here is to buy drugs” yadda, and felony style stops. If not for music, I wouldn’t have any black associates. Even among musicians I find a higher rate of people with criminal and reliability problems in black musicians. I had a great black bass player that went to pieces after a divorce with cocaine and still living in the same house as his soon to be ex … Had a good black keyboard player that ended up with a heroin problem and that killed that. I’ve had trouble with white musicians too, but nothing like that. More of the DUI, pot and type of thing. I can’t have that and tour.

There are decent blacks out there, but damn they have a high percentage of trouble makers. Its hard to have a decent black community when 30%+ of their men are trouble makers.

        • Now, the area around Grand and Carter, going west, is the worst of the worst. I also couldn’t help but notice that that’s right there by Grand and West Florissant, the latter being the drag that’s now internationally famous at least through southeast Ferguson. Really, the entire run of West Florissant Avenue from north of downtown all the way to its end north of 270 is ratchet city.

  • LHathaway

This type of thing will always be true. The white population is aging with an average age closer to 40. The non-white population is growing, with an average age closer to 20. What are the odds someone under 20 years old will even be employed, let alone a police officer? This demographic information will be considered inconsequential. It wont be discussed in any way at all. Apparently, facts shouldn’t be allowed to get in the way of ‘social justice’.

    • Mary

Minorities, especially blacks, are incredibly overrepresented in many government jobs. And that’s absolutely true about Whites being underrepresented in federal agencies. My father was an area director at a federal agency that was literally salivating to get rid of Whites and replace them with minorities. There was once an opening in the office for a new supervisor, and there were seven White employees who were all qualified for the position. My father was not allowed to promote any of them, and instead was forced to bring in a black woman from another office, who was considerably less qualified. This is just one example of many. Hearing his stories really contributed to my forming some of the views that I now hold.

      • jane johnson

You are so right, and we’re not just talking about make-work jobs in obscure little corners of the giant federal bureaucracy. Many of these AA/”diversity” hires have been given positions of REAL power in departments that openly work to advance an anti-White agenda. Holder’s DOJ is probably the worst in terms of blatant racism toward, and disregard for the rights of, people of European descent. I could give plenty of examples, but I’m sure you’re already aware of the most egregious cases. Talk about disparate impact!
Does anyone here really believe that the 40+ FBI agents dispatched to Ferguson, MO by AG Holder were tasked with conducting a “fair and thorough” search for the truth? Hell no they weren’t. Their job is to dig up dirt on a police officer who was injured, in the line of duty, by a black criminal. And God help him if they find a single instance of him referring to a black suspect as anything other than “Mr.” or “Ms.” They will crucify him in criminal and/or civil court the same way that most media outlets are crucifying him in the court of public opinion.
Sorry about the rant, but this issue enrages me! Especially the rampant hypocrisy of the “social justice” hucksters. They screech about the disproportionate Whiteness of the police department in a majority black community, but fail to acknowledge the criminality and high drop-out rates that disqualify so many of their young men for a career in law enforcement. They bemoan the lack of diversity in municipal government, school board, and town council, yet only 6% of the black community bothered to vote in the last local elections.

  • Ed

Blacks can’t pass the tests. I find it odd that the media won’t acknowledge this considering how many lawsuits there have been filed by Blacks. They’ve been complaining about police & fire fighting exams for years now. Throw in the criminal records and the fact that the few smart Blacks aren’t interested means not many to choose from.

  • Caucasoid88

Guys and gals, don’t be fooled by what you see on TV. Don’t think you’re in the minority to believe white officers are a majority in police forces because they’re the best for the job.

White people, and a scattering of blacks, browns, and yellows, know cops are typically white because they pass the physical and mental exams.

  • IKUredux

If it wasn’t for A.A. EVERYTHING would skew White!. Don’t understand the point of this article, other than it indicates how superior Whites are, even laboring under the malevolent effects of AA.

  • kikz2

dallas.. ahahaha.. you wouldn’t know blacks/hispanics are underrepresented.. the entirety of their public information officers on local tv are black/brown/female…..can’t remember the last time i saw saw a White man or woman in that function….

    • Ngati Pakeha

Typical. If you do find them within police forces they are often promoted (needless to say without merit) to ” war-dodging” positions like Public Affairs and all that other confetti that no functional department really needs. You can guess who is left on the front lines in the trenches.

  • Paleoconn

From the Bell Curve, back in the 30s they had tests for intelligence for the NYPD. A great many of the cops who made the cut ended up being promoted, becoming detectives, chiefs, lieutenants, you name it. IQ is the best predictor for success on the job. Griggs v. Duke Power was a dark day for the meritocracy.

    • Melvin Bonzarelli

A family member of mine twice took the Sergeants exam and scored high enough to be eligible for promotion. And both times Bloomberg threw out the tests, clAiming they were racially biased because no black cops who took the exams scored high enough to be considered for promotion. My relative and several of the other cops who had been in line for promotion cased out their pensions and quit the force.

      • SentryattheGate

Reminds me of the white Baltimore firefighters who passed the exams for promotion, yet were denied promotions because no blacks or Hispanics passed. I believe it took them 7 years of litigation and appeals to get their promotions, but don’t think they got any back pay! Sotomayor, who became a US Supreme Court justice (c/o Nerobama) was judge of an appeals court that denied the firefighters their deserved justice!

        • Paleoconn

There is a great article here from a SF fire dept veteran and racial preferences in that dept. The anecdotes are unbelievable, if not hilarious in some cases.

      • Paleoconn

Criminal. If I have to hear one more time some liberal say that AA is a victimless program, my fist will meet their face.

The best tests are those where only 1 candidate gets 100. When they make the tests easier for non-Whites to pass, all the Whites end up 100 and the minorities with 92 and less, but all much higher than the 50s they would have otherwise. Now, hiring a person with 92 over another with 100 is no longer very controversial, is it? A test where everybody excells is not a test. It’s the govt thumb on the scales.

  • Melvin Bonzarelli

In even the smallest local police force you won’t get hired if you’re functionally illiterate and can’t pass a drug test. That’s why most blacks will never be cops

    • phillyguy

In my city it looks like every cop is an over weight black woman hell bent to take their brake at popeyes chickin

  • DiversityIsDeath

I support negro cops policing negro areas. It’s THEIR problem, so let THEM deal with it. Who cares if they have to lower the standards? Again, that’s THEIR problem. I do not want our precious white men risking their lives as cops (or firefighters) in violent, crime-ridden black neighborhoods. White cops belong in areas where the residents look like them, understand them, and appreciate them.

  • T_Losan

And blacks are over-represented on basketball teams, women in teaching positions, and Asians in accounting departments. This is such a stupid argument.

  • SentryattheGate

Thank you for that video; it was so good (thanks to Paul Harvey, son of a policeman killed on duty), that I sent to to my favorite young state trooper, who often has no life of his own because he usually works 16 hrs/day, weekends and holidays.

  • Pat Washington

Much of this just reflects the changing democraphics, as most of the hispanics are too young to be cops.

As for blacks, well that likely represents an inability to pass the test, and/or show up for work.
