Non-Citizens Caught Voting in 2012 Presidential Election in Key Swing State

Eric Shawn, Fox News, December 18, 2013

Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted announced Wednesday that his office found 17 non-citizens illegally cast ballots in the 2012 presidential election—and has referred the case for possible prosecution.

The alleged crime would be a notable case of voter fraud in a key swing state. By law, only American citizens are allowed the privilege of casting ballots for the nation’s leaders.

Ohio officials say that did not stop some from getting around the system.

“I have a responsibility to uphold election law, and under both federal and state law you must be a citizen to vote,” said Husted, a Republican who has aggressively tried to investigate voter fraud cases in his state.

Husted also found that 274 non-citizens remain on the voting rolls.

President Obama beat Mitt Romney in Ohio by just 2 percentage points in November 2012.

As part of Ohio’s efforts to clean up the voting rolls, election officials discovered that more than 257,000 dead people were still listed as active voters. Their names and status, Husted said, have since been removed.

In addition, election authorities note they have drastically reduced the number of duplicate registrations, from 340,000 in 2011 to just four this past November—and that more than 370,000 Ohio voters who have moved have been contacted to update their voting information.

“Now that we have the ability to cross-check citizenship information with Ohio’s voter rolls, I will continue to be vigilant and to push the General Assembly for additional tools to modernize our elections systems, making it easy to vote and hard to cheat,” Husted said.

Voting advocates have long complained that some of the country’s voter fraud investigations amount to voter suppression, aimed at preventing minorities and others from voting. {snip}

These non-citizens are more precious to the GOP than the average white voter is. It is such a shame that so many of you continue allowing the Republican Party to keep getting away with selling you all out.
Instead of kicking out all of these democrats, who should not be voting to begin with, the Republican Party is spending millions in failed efforts to “reach out” to these foreigners.

If we follow Juan McAmnesty’s logic, then all 274 non-citizens that this guy found who remain on voting rolls are natural conservative republicans. Juan McAmnesty also knows very well that “immigration reform” has been tried multiple times before, and yet Hispanics still vote against Republicans now. McAmnesty, however, is sure that this time it will work! He has also kept asking Santa for a new pony for christmas. He has been waiting for 70 years now, but he is sure that Christmas 2013 is the lucky year.

I think we all suspected the Dems were committing massive voter fraud all over the country in the last election. It’s only going to get worse and be compounded by all the 3rd world immigration. Say goodbye to what’s left of America.

      Already have…long ago.

I bet it was way more than 17, just in Ohio.

  • Pro_Whitey

The major problem in Ohio was that Mitt Romney, by not emphasizing immigration control, evening out foreign trade, and ending affirmative action, failed to get enough whites to come out and vote.

  • There was a study done not long after the election in 2000 which found that at least three million illegal aliens voted in that election.

Now that number is probably closer to the truth. Why would illegal invading mexcians have any fear of casting a vote when we do not enforce our laws against them in the first place. Especially, when so many of our treasonous politicians continue to pander to these invaders by dangling the amnesty carrot before their very eyes.
They have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

    Illegals don’t get prosecuted …..
What about prosecuting the woman that bragged about voting 6 times?

As if voting is an option for whites to get out of this mess. As if electronic voting machines are not subject to manipulation. As if politicians in DC care about white citizens and not about the under the table handouts from the anti-whites who run the biggest lobbies in our nation’s “capital”.

I’ll give you one guess as to who taught the low IQ squat monsters how to vote using fake ID. To make it even easier, I’ll point out that it wasn’t the party with an elephant as its symbol.

Don’t you know that American citizenship has been declared a universal human right? Even if these voters weren’t technically “citizens,” there’s no reason they shouldn’t be able to vote in U.S. elections, because America belongs to the world. At least, that’s what I hear from pretty much every liberal.

    • GeneticsareDestiny

Some liberals literally do believe that it’s racist and discriminatory for America to not issue permanent U.S. citizenship to anyone from anywhere who wants it for any reason.

I wish I were kidding. I have had this conversation before. I’m really not sure how to even wrap my mind around this being an actual opinion held by actual people.

“By law, only American citizens are allowed the privilege of casting ballots for the nation’s leaders.”
Well, by LAW, people are not allowed to sneak across our borders without proper documentation.
By LAW only citizens are supposed to receive subsidized housing, food stamps, welfare and other forms of tax-payer provided social services.
By LAW, people are not supposed to gun down other in the streets, or sucker-punch elderly whites in the hopes of winning the “knockout game” by rendering them unconscious (or maybe dead, who cares?) with one blow.
The LAWs are a joke, affecting only those who willingly abide by them.

    • GeneticsareDestiny

They break our laws so blatantly because they know we won’t do anything about it. It sickens me to see my country so pacified, to see it rolling over and giving up rather than enforcing our own laws.

And we’re doing it all to preserve the “gift” of diversity. I have no words.

  • Spartacus

Arresting non-citizens for voting is racist, just like deporting them for jumping the fence.

  • crockadoodle6

The number of fraudulent votes discovered will be slightly less than the number needed to change the election results. Believe the politicians, MSM, Hollywood and ‘government funded studied’ at your own risk.

  • WR_the_realist

If dead people and illegal aliens couldn’t vote fewer Democrats would get elected. That is why Democrats oppose all attempts to reduce voter fraud, like common sense voter id laws.

  • John K

The GOP is just as much to blame, as both Romney and McCain threw their election runs. Romney held back and stayed silent, when he could have wiped the floor with Obama. On the other hand, McCain is a huge liberal and just as big an imbecile as his motor mouthed step-daughter, and only cares about being in the spotlight and in front of the cameras.

Just like in the 2008 election, fraud is what got Obama elected. It happened in 2008, and no one did anything. Did you expect any different in 2012?

  • MarcB1969

I find it amusing that the liberals who love the bureaucracy and the nanny state find voter ID laws so problematic.
