EDITORIAL: Obama: Whites Need Not Apply

Washington Times, August 19, 2011

The White House issued an executive order on Thursday titled “Establishing a Coordinated Government-wide Initiative to Promote Diversity and Inclusion in the Federal Workforce.” The purpose of the order is “to promote the federal workplace as a model of equal opportunity, diversity and inclusion.” In other words, it would be better for the government if public-spirited white workers sought employment elsewhere. Lost amid all the politically correct box-checking is the principle that the most qualified person should be hired for a job.

The order states that by law, the federal government’s recruitment policies should “endeavor to achieve a workforce from all segments of society” and that “as the nation’s largest employer, the federal government has a special obligation to lead by example.” In that respect, the government could largely declare mission accomplished. A quick look at the demographic breakdown of the federal payroll shows that “diversity” goals have been more than met. According to the Office of Personnel Management, federal employees in fiscal 2010 were 66.2 percent white, 17.7 percent black, 8 percent Hispanic, 5.6 percent Asian and Pacific Islander and 1.8 percent American Indian. Compared to the general U.S. population, the federal force is a bit too diverse. Blacks are overrepresented by 6.9 percent compared to the civilian work force, Asians and Pacific Islanders by 1.2 percent, and American Indians are more than double their proportion of the population at large. White Americans, who make up about 70 percent of the work force, are underrepresented by around 4 percent. Hispanics are also underrepresented despite the Clinton-era executive order 13171, “Hispanic Employment in the Federal Government.”

{snip} Mr. Obama has squandered his chance to lead America away from the divisive racial politics of the past. This executive order tells America that in the Obama administration, race-based preferences are still business as usual.

    I’d like to know the criteria behind this study. In my area things are far different. In my very unscientific study over the last decade, I’d guesstimate federal employees as follows. 40% black female, 20% black male, 20% White female, 10% White male, 5% hispanic and 5% mix of all others, mostly Asian females.

    Anybody been to D.C. lately, or any state capital? Those cities are almost ALL exclusively BLACK. Ho, Obama, come to the waters — every major city is built on/near a river — and wake up, and try and figure out WHY government-run institutions ALWAYS fail the rest of the American people. Diversity my rear end. Maybe you should try hiring some whites for a change, and get some decent wokers for once.

    This is not only happening in government jobs. I had an interview at a hospital for a clerical job that I was more than qualified for, having been worked in medical facilities for over 15 years. I had talked earlier on the phone to one of the workers, who asked me, “When did you said you talked to her?”. I couldn’t believe they would let someone man the phones with that kind of grammar I noticed when I showed up for the interview all that was working were blacks, mostly big black women. When the person to interview me came out, it was a big black woman with long dred-locks. I knew then I didn’t have a chance to get the job, not that I would have wanted to work in that environment. She took me into her office, which was a total mess. We went through the interview, and of course, I didn’t get offered the job. I wasn’t disappointed. The whole place was unprofessional and looked like a dump. This is what happens when blacks are in charge.

    The statistics show that there is no racial discrimination (against non-whites). It would be informative to see a further statistical breakdown by length of service and gender. It would show how many of the white males have been hired recently and how many started in the 1970’s.

    I’m not a libertarian. I believe in an effective, active (but not overbearing) government that can make life better for most of its citizens, including those who produce the most.

    Unfortunately when the better qualified applicants are turned back in favor of the less intelligent purely on basis of race, when the same less competent types get gimme promotions to satisfy a broken ideology…

    Is it any wonder more people grow more and more cynical in regard to the efficacy and potential of government?

    I recently got a decent job after many months of slaving like a white man. It’s rough out there. I applied for several government jobs over that dark period and found myself disgusted at the incompetency of some of those gubbamint types supposedly trying to help me. Sickened when I saw some black gubbamint worker I knew I could outperform enjoying the benefits of our failed racial fantasy ideology.

    Ashamed to admit I voted for the current president.

    But eyes are wide open. NEVER making that mistake again.

    It is much higher than that. Blacks make up about 12% of the population. They represent 17.7% of the federal workforce. That means they are about 50% overrepresented. That is a huge disparity, and it makes it all the more outrageous that Obama wants even a wider disparity.

    That has got to be a lie. I live near the huge federal building in West Los Angeles. Most of the employees seem to be black, mostly women.

    Wow what a coincidence. I am currently in Quito, Ecuador. I had to go to our glorious U.S embassy. First if all most of the staff is locals. Unlike almost all other countries embassies in the world. So I had to sit there for an hour and half waiting for them to give me my new passport. During this time they had a video playing which was supposedly about America. I kid you not in the hour and half I sat through this monstrosity I realized the percentage of White faces were far less than 5%. of course, every possible racial, ethnic and god knows what else type of people. This represented an America I could only imagine you seeing this either in inner city L.A or maybe hell. Of course after they serviced every Ecuatorian citizen trying to get into the States, many of who came way after me, they finally called. They gave me my new passport in five seconds instead of the twenty minutes to interview everybody before me. As I was leaving I not o ly realized I was treated like dirt in my own embassy, of which I appeared to be the only native American born there.I knew then and there I was stateless. This was no longer my country. Forget about something like them giving jobs to my kind, it was far worse than that. I had no government that represented me anymore. We are too late. This is not an Obama thing. It is all of them for my whole life 53 years. It is too late. When you think if what it would take even slow down the process ain’t going to happen. I thank God I have no kids to put into this coming hellhole. I know I kno you are going to fight blah blah blah. Get real if you have not already it is far far too late.

    – As usual, this is Orwellian governmental doublespeak. If they were trying to promote ‘equal opportunity’, they would pay 0 consideration to race, gender, sexual orientation, etc. If they were trying to promote ‘diversity and inclusion’, they would reduce the number of blacks and asians and increase the number of whites and hispanics to a model representation of society.

    being a white dude in Calif I was injured on the job and went to a state office that was supposed to help injured people get back to work. I noted that the office was 100% hispanic and I was soon told that being a white male they would do nothing for me what so ever period. They were very openly racist. Hanging around I heard the next white male told the same thing. Then a pretty blonde was asked if she wanted to go out by in hispanic doing the interviewing. I left the state over that and set up in the wilds of Oregon and I am waiting for the fighting to start. At some point the white folk will find their collective backbone

    Obviously from this post and comments, whites are seriously under represented in government jobs, is there any way of telling Mr BHO about this? Are American worker’s unions concerned about this? I think Mr BHO should be more interested in getting the economy working again which in turn would create some real jobs in America. Appointing and promoting workers on merit would be one way of assisting this. Government jobs in particular should not be some sort of sheltered workshop for unemployable minorities.

    I will say this again, that every time one of these persons is appointed to a government job, you are placing a person who should not be there into a position of authority over white people. Not good.

    In many government agencies at the federal, state, and local level, they have an unwritten policy to ‘lose’ applications submitted by Whites. A friend of mine is but one example among many. He had his application ‘lost’ twice while trying to apply for a police officer position in a big city back in the 90’s. They were finally able to ‘keep track of it’ when he applied for the third time. He has a masters degree in teaching. Throughout his career, he has worked as a gang investigator and has been a crime scene investigator for the past 12 years. He has authored a book on Forensic Photography which sells on Amazon, was selected as an “Officer of the Year” in his state, came up with a new photographic technique that is now used nationwide with crime scene investigators, has been published in forensics journals, teaches crime scene investigations at universities and police agencies across the state and is in high demand for his services. He has standing offers from several universities to come work for them full time when he retires from law enforcement. And to think, this police agency that he works for would have lost an officer of his caliber, of his dedication to the profession, had he not applied that third time. You can bet that government agencies across America are ‘losing’ the applications of many other Whites who would do an outstanding job for them and for us if not for affirmative action and racial hiring quotas.

    Nothing new here. The Federals long ago began favoring blacks, Hispanics, homosexuals, and women in their civilian workforce.

    The DOD for years has demanded that quotas fill-in its civilian component. Going back to the Carter era the military went on a rage to get proportional representation of women in particular, along with other minorities. This was done to make the senior brass look good by having the “correct EEO numbers” so as to gain a star, or the next star.

    Women were pulled from GS-2,3,4 secretarial grades and put into various “upward” mobility programs that included schooling in a specialty. Shortly there were women at the GS-11,and 12 grades supervising white men at lower grades who had many more years of experience and knowledge.

    The bird colonels and one stars who did this were white men who gleefully put the screws to other white men at the lower civilian ranks, for their own glory of course. That’s not new either.

    In other federal operations such as DHS, minorities have become a privileged and untouchable class adept at working the EEO scam.

    First they apply for 2 or 3 promotions for which they are not qualified. Upon being rejected, they file merit promotion complaints based on “discrimination”. Presto, they get promoted.

    Also, unspoken is the development of homosexual rings within certain organizations. The US Customs “Service” was notorious for this as well as just ordinary corruption. Unfortunately, Customs now morphed into the joke we know as Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

    If you are unfortunate enough to visit CBP HQ in DC, you will find the senior ranks of civilians and “Officers” infested with, grossly over weight man hating lesbians, white male homosexuals, dopers, and incompetent blacks.

    The president by his kingly decree will have minimum effect.

    – Did you even read the article? The article itself (and the math from #11) provided the reason NOT to vote for Obama. It may be that the Republican candidates have to carefully tread into the issues you mention (though you do not give credit where it is do, since some Republican candidates do tread there), however, they will certainly not be pulling an Obama and intentionally trying to create even more of a disparity.

    Its worth repeating- there is going to be a gap between some aspects of the (eventual) Republican presidential candidate’s platform and your own views. Guaranteed. However, that gap is miniscule when compared to the great chasm of difference you have with Obama. Its foolish to vote in Obama again just because the Republican candidate is not in 100% agreement with you. And the idea that he will be valuable by galvanizing the right is either diminished now, or non-existent. Whatever galvanizing- apparently leading to creating the Tea Party- has occurred at this point. I don’t see much else in the way of resistance and renewal going forward, though I suppose it could press them to continue to be active instead of dissolving in the face of a Republican president. Though I fail to see that it would do much good.

    Even with a Tea Party, which did lead to a revival of Republicans in the House, we still see Obama being Obama. It has restrained him a little, but spending still goes on, money still keeps getting printed. He ignores court orders on Obamacare, on issuing permits to oil companies, etc. His administration still persists in persecuting whitey (a recent example is the subject of the above article). So voting for Obama to spite the Republicans or galvanize the Tea Party seems like a horrible choice. I’ll stick with voting for the lesser of two evils. We may be sinking, but we don’t have to tie a boulder around our neck.

    I live in CA and know of the agencies of which you speak. I have no reason to doubt what you say. Most state agencies are staffed exclusively by the Spanish speaking offspring of Hispanic illegal invaders, aka anchor babies.

    If you’re a white male, you have zero chances of getting hired by any agency dealing (your chances of receiving services are only slightly better) with social issues in this state. These agencies are now manned by faux American citizens, solely for the purpose of handing out our tax dollars to those who are in this country illegally.

    From personal experience, I can tell you with certainty that anti-White discrimination has been going on, especially in the federal government, for over 40 years! And especially against White males! And the numbers of blacks as a percentage of population are much larger than depicted in the article.

    Whites need to start voting as a block very soon, or they truly will be totally dis-enfranchised in the US and, in fact, throughout the world.

    One of our government’s primary functions seems to be to provide jobs to the otherwise unemployable, especially in non-professional classifications. At the same time, every new keyboard drone creates one more reliable vote for the status quo, and the whole “Jobs for Votes” scheme is funded with our hard earned tax dollars.

    Give the blacks and browns more jobs in government so we can watch the whole country implode. Think about blacks running all of our Nuclear Power Plants, for example. Frightening.

    Does anyone really believe that you will have blacks Commanding Aircraft Battle Groups and flying sophisticated Combat Jets, and protecting our country at the level Whites can? Sure, and all of Africa and Haiti are examples of how well things will go.

    Personally, I just don’t care, because I am no longer invested in this country, as it currently is. Just sit back and watch the show.

    I was a Probation Officer. My salary was frozen for the last 16 years because the County hired black probation aides from some federal program. They were paid half the salary of a Probation Officer. The black probation aides were all recruited out of state prison. The Whites in charge were all old hippie communists. Kathy Boudin third generation communist now in federal prison for the infamous Brinks robbery was one of the White communists who supervised the blacks.

    She of course used another name. She was on the run from the Brinks robbery at the time, and working in a federal program. What a country and what a goverment.

    Anyway, I what with the wage freeze and inflation I desperately need another job. A black co worker told me they were hiring

    state parole officers. I knew that with 12 years as a Probation Officer and my great test taking skills and being an woman supposedly eligible for affirmative action I had a decent chance at the job which paid almost double my Probation Officer wages.

    So I went down to the state personnel office and asked for a parole officer application. The White woman at the counter told me there was no parole officer exam scheduled. I looked at the board where all the up coming exams were posted and sure enough, there was nothing about a parole officer exam.

    So I was walking back to my car and noticed Heald business college and lots of young people waiting at the bus stop in front of the building. I approached one of the black men and asked him if he would like to do me a favor and earn $20.00 for 10 minutes of his time. He said sure.

    So we walked back to the state parole office. He went up to the counter, asked for a parole application and the same White woman handed it to him. He gave it to me, I thanked him and gave him the $20.00.

    I got an extremely high score on the written test. I actually got on the list, but way down, maybe number 80 out of 90. They only hired the top 12 people out of that list.

    I used the freedom of information act to get a copy of the interview. Among other things it said “this candidate is just not what we are looking for at this time.”

    Think how little training I would have needed and how productive a person with 12 years experience in the same job would have been from day one.

    Ever heard of White male profile used by all goverment agencies? When a White woman has superb qualifications and experience and scores high on the written test she is transferred to the White male group to prevent her being hired.

    I think those statistics showing a federal work force of 66 percent White refers to the upper levels, GS 18, 16, 14 the managers that Obama from which Obama wants to eliminate Whites.

    Since the Whites who got their jobs before 1970 retired I have seen almost no White federal employees including the FBI.

    There is a mural maybe 100 ft long 40 ft high covering the outside wall of a recreation center in my small city that is abotu 70 percent White. It is supposed to represent the people of the city. There must be at least 80 people in that mural.

    There are only 3 whites, 2 lesbian stereotype looking White women holding hands and exactly 1 White man. He is the only person in a wheelchair.

    That is our future.

    That mural is on the main street of the city.

    From what I have been able to gather, he has changed the color of the Federal Government drastically. Some of them will leave with him, but many more will have permanent jobs in the federal bureaucracy.

    I am a medical records clerk. I applied for the job twice. Being banned from employment because I am White I was really up against it. The next time they were hiring I checked the black instead of the White box.

    The next day I came home and found a message on my machine. It was not come in for an interview, it was can you start on Monday?

    I went in the next day. I wasn’t even interviewed, just given the payroll forms to fill out. Obviously the hispanic who hired me knew I was not black.

    Here is how it worked. The race and ethnicity information were on a separate piece of paper from the application. It stated on the top that this information will not affect the hiring process. It is only used for federal statistics. Yeah right.

    It is obvious that when I checked White they just threw away the application. When I checked black they sent it to the department head with orders to hire this black applicant as soon as possible.

    We have a hispanic woman supervisor, an asian woman above her and about 40 clerks. There are 2 Whites in the whole department, a White man who got his job in the early 1970’s and me.

    The asian woman is a perfect employee. She works from 7 30 am to after midnight 6 days a week and about 8 hours on Sunday. I leave at midnight. The day workers say she’s there when the day shift comes in at 8am. She’s still there when the night shift leaves at midnight.

    The hispanic supervisor is constantly being ordered to work overtime. She always refuses because she lives 50 miles away and has a train to catch. She has told the asian woman and higher managers many, many times that if she is not at the downtown train station by 6 pm she will have to stay in the city all night. They keep demanding that she stay after 5 pm.

    This kind of unpaid overtime, especially the asian woman’s is exactly what the elite intended when they opened immigration to the starving hordes of the third world.

    At one time business administration courses taught that too much overtime is an indication that the employee is not productive because he or she can’t do the work in a normal workday.

    The managers are paid a monthly salary. We clerks are hourly employees and entitled by state law to overtime. Even when we are way behind in our work they never, never authorize overtime for us. But they pay the managers the same whether they work 40 hours or 100 hours a week.

    My great aunt and uncle lived near DC in the 1950’s. They had several neighbors and friends who were FBI agents. The agents told them that there weere huge numbers of gay men working in federal goverment in DC. The gays did their usual thing. One would get a promotion. When job openings would come up the gay network would spread the word and the manager would hire only the gays.

    I doubt there are many gay White men left in federal ranks. As White men they are banned from federal employment. Poetic justice for members of the coalition against Whites.

    I too live in California. There are a lot of black and White homeless in my city. Homeless are entitled by state and federal law to about $200.00 in cash and about $130.00 food stamps per month.

    There are a fair number of homeless in my neighborhood. The local welfare office is staffed exclusively by blacks. They give the welfare assistance which the homeless are entitled by law only to the black homeless.

    The White homeless have to go to another welfare office near downtown that is staffed by asians and hispanics. The Whites have no problem getting their welfare from the asian hispanic office.

    Why are the homeless black and White Americans?

    Because every low skill low wage job that would enable them to feed and shelter themselves is taken by illegal hispanics. They sleep in the parking lots of restaurants that are staffed exclusively by illegal hispanic indians.

    I keep telling my young adult children to change their children’s last names to hispanic ones if they expect any kind of future in this country.

    If you ever argue with anyone about affirmative action here is a useful piece of information I always use. It goes over espcially well with liberals who think Hitler was the spawn of satan and Lenin, Stalin and Mao just made a few mistakes in their quest for heaven on earth.

    Election winter of 1931. January 1932 Hindenberg, not Hitler became president. During all of 1932 President Hindenburg was pressured to appoint Hitler as chancellor, sort of chief of staff to the president.

    January 1933 Hitler appointed chancellor. Soon took over all goverment agencies.Hitler’s very first moves against the Jews were in April 1933.

    First move, Aryan set asides for medical providers to goverment employee med insurance. Jews banned from taking goverment employee med insurance.

    Next move, Jews banned from new job openings in goverment and quasi goverment such as schools, hospitals and any kind of goverment contracting.

    Next move, all Jews working in goverment or quasi goverment jobs such as schools fired because they were Jews.

    Next step, Jews banned from universities, trade schools etc.

    Finally Jewish children removed from schools.

    I call this program affirmative action for aryans. This is effective because liberals hate aryans and all blue eyed Whites.

    It won’t convince hard core White liberals but it might help with Whites or their parents who have been turned down by colleges.

    In the 1920’s and early 1930’s nazis formed gangs to beat, rob, humilate and assault Jews. It was always dismissed as hoodlums being hoodlums, not an organized program to harass Jews. It was exactly what blacks have been doing to Whites since 1940 when they unfortunately were shipped north to work in war time industry.

    This is not effective. Liberals will always go on and on about how most blacks are upstanding people, few blacks are criminals, Whites deserve it because the K prevented black on White murders and rapes. But you can throw it in.

    I had a thought about the flash mobs. Ever heard of the Chinese cultural revolution? Mao decided to eliminate the communist upper class. He organized the Red Guard, teens and 20’s thugs who attacked the upper class communists. Sound familiar?

    I suggest that everyone organize in their local constituencies and provide a petition to the local Republican party that no Republican nominee will get their vote if they do not address publicly the evils of affirmative action and immigration.

    It also might be useful to point out why Hispanics and Asians and other foreign nationalities get the benefit of Affirmative Action which was established to help descendants of Freedmen get bonus points in employment as a means of overcoming “subjective” patterns of continuing racism arising from slavery. Uhh, when did the Chinese and Hispanics suffer from hereditary slavery at the hands of us evil white people?

    Furthermore, how is it that the Federal government is basing its statistics upon surveys which include immigrants and illegal aliens. Federal Employment requires a basic prerequisite of citizenship. Under that category, Asians and Hispanics are overrepresented, a good slice of the black population which now is of foreign origin is also overrepresented. Lastly, working age statistics reveal even more under presentation of whites. Ages of Federal Employment is a median of 27-35. In the civilian citizen population of the US, whites constitute a total of 82% of that group. Clearly, not only has Affirmative Action accomplished its numerical targets, it is currently vastly persecuting the white population.

    Much as the most extreme segregationist said in the 1960’s and 1970’s, quotas, set-asides, affirmative action, and the whole civil rights movement, wasn’t about equality, it was about subjugating and ultimately destroying Americans aka whites. Obama’s, the Black Caucus, and all others’ use of racism and civil rights as a hammer upon the head of whites, despite evidence to the contrary, proves those so called “extremists” were right. Apparently, Obama and his Politburo have forgotten their own revolutionary axioms of what happens when you try to oppress the people into the dirt with a boot upon their face.

    I’ve noticed that, too. I’m seeing these once-forbidden opinions popping up in the most unexpected places.

    The taboo might be slipping as Obama becomes more openly anti-White.

    Maybe. Or maybe the inclination was always there, just awaiting a more receptive social climate. As the tide begins to turn, there’s less and less timidity in expressing the truth.

    This article appeared in the long time conservative, Sun Myung Moon owned Washington Times not the big mainstream DC paper the Washington Post. So we haven’t quite reached Prime Time yet.

    As a Government employee I could weigh in on this topic in great detail. Let me just say that the fun doesn’t end even after you’ve made it through the door. Southerngirl’s perspective on the work environment is correct…and then some. Getting promoted as a white guy is extremely difficult but getting a big workload is not. Finally, my diverse colleagues have no problem expounding on racial political topics loudly, constantly and in a reverse Amren way.

    I feel the same. What I wonder is when the armed forces, all white (or nearly) will wake up and realize that they are fighting and doing all the dying in Afghanistan for something that no longer exists? I admire these men as warriors, but they are largely Christians from rural regions who still think it’s 1958. When they wise up, the real shake up will begin.
