A federal grand jury has returned a 12-count indictment against a kosher slaughterhouse that alleges managers were intricately involved in efforts to employ illegal immigrants.
The indictment details allegations of a top manager providing cash for workers to obtain false documents and lower level supervisors helping employees get new paperwork.
The superseding indictment includes three new defendants Brent Beebe, Hosam Amara and Zeev Levi who haven’t previously faced federal charges in connection with the Agriprocessors plant in Postville. The indictment was issued Thursday and unsealed Friday.
Former CEO Sholom Rubashkin and human resources worker Karina Freund, who were already facing federal charges, also were named in the indictment.
It lists charges including conspiracy to harbor undocumented immigrants for profit, harboring and aiding and abetting undocumented immigrants for profit, conspiracy to commit document fraud, aiding and abetting document fraud, aiding and abetting aggravated identity theft and bank fraud.
Federal immigration agents raided the northeast Iowa plant in May and arrested 389 workers. Arrests of Agriprocessors managers have come in the following months, as have state charges alleging labor and safety violations.

It’s very simple, either the USA will cut off the inflow of illegals, and cut the ones here off the system, or the system will be bled dry and the entire economic, political and social structure of this country will collapse, dwarfing the disastrous collapse of the Roman Empire, with untold misery for everyone.
Stupid liberals drilling financial and cultural holes in the bottom of the US system, and importing tens of millions of third worlders to do the same, has brought us to the very brink of total destruction, and the liberals and their rabid pets have to be brought to heel and deported, or we are all going to go under.
That is what many liberals want, because they truly hate America, either because they hate their conventional parents, or because they’re part of some other group that holds a grudge or jealousy against the USA, but those of us who are still sane have to resist their mind numbing, self destructive garbage, and fight to save this country and it’s economic, social and cultural structure.
Enough of the patently absurd: “diversity is strength”, “no human is illegal”, “white man is evil” garbage we’ve been force fed through our media and “schools” for over forty years.
Most Mexicans never lived in the USA, were never slaves here, and thus have no right to be here at all. They must get out now while this system still stands a chance of being saved.
Most of the other foreigners pouring in from all over the globe likewise were never slaves here, never lived here, and thus have no rightful claim to this lands or resources from our economy. They must be shown the door too.
The only non-white people who have any legitimate claim against the USA are the descendents of black slaves (who made up only 10% of the population in 1960), and the small remnant of Native American Indians, who may or may not have claim for assistance, depending on the facts of their defeat on this continent, which I am not adequately familiar with.
Beyond that, all these SOB’s, from Mexico, Africa, Asia, the Middle East, the Carribean, Central America, South America… they have no right to be here, no legitimate claim on American resources, and thus should be shown the door and removed from our territory and from their economic nipples ASAP.
It’s a matter of survival at this point.
It’s either us or them… and I vote for US.

The feds have a conviction rate approaching 98%. With a 12-count felony indictment, the likelihood that this will be plea-bargained down to a misdemeanor is non-existant.
The only thing going for these folks is that they’ll be camp-eligible, unless sentences are more than ten years. A ten-year sentence makes one an “escape risk” in BOP parlance, so prison camp is not available.
Would it really have cost THAT MUCH MORE to hire US citizens at living wages?

No, I don’t. That’ll be the day!!! I’ll believe it when I see it.
You’re dealing with a special situation here. Mr. Scott, despite all his expertise, doesn’t seem to realize even vaguely that these are not your ordinary sort of criminals. These people don’t go to jail.
