WOODBRIDGE, Va.—Any morning along Route 1 in Woodbridge, dozens of workers gather at convenience stores, waiting for a job that day.
Now Prince William County plans to target those loitering day laborers, but not for loitering.
Responding to complaints about laborers—some of whom may be illegal—the county will take aim at loiterers who commit other crimes, such as public urination, littering and public drinking.
An arrest for a minor crime allows police to ask the laborers their immigration status.

A similar attempt to crackdown on workers in Herndon failed because of a legal challenge.
Stewart says Prince William County will use Herndon’s experience as a guide.

There are a huge number of laws and it is government’s job to decide which 90% to ignore and which 10% to enforce. When this won’t get the job done, then there are Constitutional Rights. The huge number of laws and rights are collectively a blank check for authorities, and the only way to know what is coming at you is to understand the society and its power structure.
In this case populism is prevailing, but let’s wait and see what the “law” says.

My wife and I were yelled at today by some Mexican construction workers. They told us to “go home.” I yelled back that they should come down and fight. There were only four of them, so they declined.
One of them later tried to scare us with his truck while we continued our walk, so I put a head-sized rock through his windshield. I’m always suprised at my strength when I’m angry. He got right out of there.
Don’t let these creatues intimidate you. They’re bullies and cowards.

It’s a shame cause Woodbridge was a lovely place…it won’t be anymore cause of these dirty filthy illegals…and the politicians won’t do a thing to stop this…maybe they work for THEM!!

Amen Michael Scott! They really are bullies and they have a lazy cowardice about them. When we do nothing they push the envelope as far as they can. It is when we push back that the tide will turn and not until. DO not be sold out or bought out like politicians! The Consitituion only gives rights to USA citizens. It is civil rights and international courts that gives illegals rights in USA. The CR’s and IC’c are undermining our Consitiution, our sovereignty, our National Security (safety) and all of our lives. Three gnenerations of youngsters have been taught to believe USA is suboridnate to globalism.
This is light years from truth. The silence and inaction of USA people is what has brought US global impositions. V

I hear ya. We can’t give in. A Hispanic stole some camera equipment from my brother’s rental truck in NY. He chased the guy 6 blocks, tackled him, …dadadadadah…, and certainly got the camera back. His boss was very grateful for the salvaging of his equipment. Word got around and this helped my brother get more jobs.

I’d like to see them do that in Manasquan, a town near me in NJ.
The mayor and council say they can’t do anything. Anyone who believes that, I’ve got a bridge to sell them. What they mean to say is, they won’t do anything.

There should be no debate on the law being applied ‘equally’, ‘fairly’ or in a ‘non-discriminatory manner’ for an illegal. He shouldn’t be here, so no law applies. But they’ve certainly got you wrapped around their finger.
