Employers pay a lot of money for diversity training and sexual harassment training, but often the training backfires and blows up in the face of the employer that paid for it. In Hartman v. Pena (1995), the Federal Aviation Administration got sued for sexual harassment after it subjected employees to three days of diversity training that scapegoated white males. After a federal judge refused to dismiss the case against it, the agency had to pay out a settlement to the white male employee who sued.
Diversity training often imparts bad legal advice to managers and employers that can come back to haunt them in court.
{snip}
In the public sector, the employer also faces a First Amendment lawsuit. The California Department of Corrections attempted to fire John Wallace after he angrily denounced its affirmative action plan to the Hispanic female employee he perceived as benefiting from it. The California Court of Appeal, however, found that his criticisms of the plan were protected by the First Amendment, and barred Wallace’s firing, in California Department of Corrections v. State Personnel Board, 59 Cal.App.4th 131 (1997).
Employers are often quite gullible about the claims made by “diversity” trainers. For example, they permit minority trainers to promote racial stereotypes that would provoke outrage if they were subsequently repeated by white managers or employees. For example, Glenn Singleton, a wealthy “diversity” trainer, teaches that “white talk” is “impersonal, intellectual, verbal” and “task-oriented,” while “color commentary” is “emotional.”
If a white person said this, it would rightly be regarded as a ridiculous, racist stereotype that relegates black people to inferior status. But because Singleton himself is African-American, and he sugarcoats his racist stereotypes about black people by coupling them with ideologically trendy attacks on white people (whom he depicts as “impersonal” and “racist”), liberal school superintendents eat it up.
Superintendents in places like Arlington, Virginia hire him to give their staffs mandatory “diversity” training. The Arlington Public Schools Superintendent, Dr. Robert G. Smith, admitted to me that Singleton’s racial theories were “provocative,” but defended his hiring as a way of addressing the minority achievement gap. That makes absolutely no sense, since Singleton’s racial theories reinforce the idea that studying is “acting white,” a terrible notion that fosters the minority achievement gap. If any white teacher or school administrator repeats what Singleton claims about minorities not being “intellectual,” he and the school system that employs him will be publicly denounced as a racist, and people will say that the school system itself is to blame for fostering such racist ideas because it hired Singleton to promote them. (California Superintendent Jack O’Connell, a white liberal, was recently embarrassed, and called racist, after he repeated a belief that Glenn Singleton shared with him: that black people are loud. Singleton also embarrassed the Seattle Schools in a landmark Supreme Court case).
Major employers have paid out millions of dollars in discrimination claims because of diversity-training programs. One Fortune 500 company paid out tens of millions of dollars in response to a class-action racial discrimination suit by minority employees, which was fueled by remarks management employees made after undergoing mandatory diversity training (they joked about jelly beans used in the training to represent minority employees. That, coupled with a poor quality recording in which a manager’s reference to “Saint Nicholas” was misinterpreted as the N-word, created a furor).
Diversity training often triggers workplace conflict and lawsuits, by compelling employees to talk about contentious racial or sexual issues, with resulting acrimony, and remarks that are misinterpreted or perceived as racially or sexually biased.

I once had diversity training for a day.It was not racist toward the white males at all, in fact the latino woman who did some of it was actually patronizing to the white males.When they asked what s good it did us, I answered not any.

“…If any white teacher or school administrator repeats what Singleton claims about minorities not being “intellectual,” he and the school system that employs him will be publicly denounced as a racist…”
Well, now we all know what to do:When the diversity commissars ask”Are there any questions?” at the end of the class, fire back with this: “If I, as a White person, repeat what you just told me…am I going to get sued? And if I am sued, may I call you as a witness? Or should I just cut a deal to be released from the suit if I testify against YOU?”
(I’m not a lawyer; I don’t even play one of TV. Try this at your own risk, but it’d sure be fun to watch ‘em squirm!)

Individual police officers are not exempt from their illegal conduct even when relying on the advice of their superiors. Why shouldn’t businesses who cower before their Governmental masters in order to curry favor by implementing discriminatory anti White Affirmative Action programs be held responsible for their actions as well?

Well, as the saying goes, “A fool and his money are soon parted …”
With a change in sales pitch, the diversity trainers could go into business selling invisible clothing that once belonged to an emperor to these foo … I mean major employers.

I insisted that my friend come read this page. She left white nationalism in frustration, but I know this type of subject matter is near and dear to her heart so I wanted to know what she thought.
She told me that a more appropriate name for diversity training would be divide-sity training and that she doesn’t see anything positive coming out of all of this divisiveness. She is very angry that racial tensions are stirred up among people who must face each other at work after the “trainers” have left the workplace having made their money.
I was subjected to sexual harassment by men who found out that I was a lesbian, even though I wasn’t the one who told them. I asked her how she would conduct anti-sexual harassment training. She said that she wouldn’t because the only training such men needed was to do unto their female co-workers as they would have their daughters’ co-workers do unto their daughters. She thinks some training in basic manners is the cure for problems in the workplace.

You don’t show fear in front of dogs, or if you do, they’re more likely to attack. Likewise, you don’t expose yourself as pro-diversity quislings in front of the civil rights industry. If you do, they’ll sue big-time.

“Diversity training often triggers workplace conflict and lawsuits, by compelling employees to talk about contentious racial or sexual issues, with resulting acrimony”
Of course. Probably one reason there’s more divorce now than in the past is that now everyone feels a need to talk about everything.
A few years ago I read a newspaper account of a therapist whose technique with couples was to NOT have them explore the conflicts that divided them, but to focus in their daily lives on everything that gave them satisfaction and pleasure together.
Sharpton, Jackson, etc etc are like a marriage counselor who constantly whispers (or yells) in one mate’s ear, “Your husband hates you,” “He secretly arranges all the bad things that happen to you,” “He owes you, Baby; BIG time.”

I think Pastor Manning says it the best:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oDASTjBLKts&feature=related
Companies spend tons and tons of money trying to pretend the problem doesn’t exist while simultaneously trying to protect themselves from the consequences of hiring blacks. After they get burned a few times, they give up, and adopt a covert agenda of discrimination and tokenism (placing these people in the positions least likely to cause a disaster). Many will move out of an area simply to avoid blacks showing up for job interviews. They live in paranoid fear that someone will find out what they are doing.
This phenomenon is part of what is driving the demographic shift of white people, away from the coasts. It’s only partially that they are sensibly fleeing problems with blacks. The other part is they are chasing jobs, as corporations and whole industries flee the problems with blacks. Some choose to pack it in altogether, shut down, and liquidate the assets. That’s what happened in detroit.

The purpose of Diversity Training is to show the Browns and Blacks who to blame for their problems. Whites are always the object of Diversity Training attacks. Whites do not dare to speak their minds or to defend against the Diversity training attacks.

Most every policy promoted by the leftist oddballs in the West is causing problems and making the racial situations worse.
The elites created a continuing war within their respective borders that is getting incrementally worse with each passing year.
In an attempt to reduce problems and tensions they come up constantly with solutions more inane than their original muticultural schemes, until we have reached a point today where it could all go up at the slightest provocation.
The entire West is living on the edge with every indication of tipping off onto the rocks below.
Never in history has this country been so unstable. Never. Not even before the civil war.

Just as in totalitarian Communist countries you were required to undergo forced indoctrination in order to keep your job, it is the same here in the U.S.: “Diversity Training”/”Sensitivity Training” is nothing more than forced leftwing indoctrination (“re-education camps”). But it is even worse: It is intense racial harassment of white employees and creates a racially hostile environment for white employees. It also encourages racial hatred by others against their white co-workers. (All grounds for a massive class-action lawsuit. I encourage all subjected to this kind of racial abuse to sue on this basis.)

In a “between time” in my employment life (after getting a worthless MBA from a top 10 MBA program) I worked in a Kinkos copy store, lots of nice, decent Americans of various races. We had to suffer though one of these “diversity” workshops put on by very humorless, mostly White PC types. The films used showed minority racial individuals dressed up and looking like dangerous gang bangers and the PC diversity trainers would ask us what we thought these individuals did in their lives. The Black and Hispanic workers honestly replied that these individuals looked like gang criminals and theay would let them in the store and of course got the test wrong as we were told that the individuals in question were really great college actors and were just playing a role like they would a Shakespeare lead role and we should never judge minorities by the way might talk, or dress. After a lot of more of htis and the honest Black and Hispanic workers failing to provide the PC answers wanted by our trainers I took the opportunity to interject the concept of class differences and noted the top guy at Kinkos was a multi-multi millionaire while we his workers had a comparatively low hourly wage and then I asked my non White workers if they would consider getting rid of these diversity training sessions to organize a union to fight for higher wages. And I was please that all of my fellow Kinkos workers agreed with me.
Never, ever, under any circumstances ever give in to PC diversity re-education. Always go on the offensive and use extreme sarcasm and don’t pull any punches.

I always wonder how I would react to being told I had to attend a diversity seminar. Would I not go? Would I go and speak my mind?
I’d likely go and then speak honestly about what I believed. I’m sure many people in the group would agree with me in their hearts and minds though most would not speak up. If anything happened to affect my job after that, I would be talking to a lawyer the next day.
If I did go, I’d be sure to invest in a small personal digital recorder. The audio might not be admissible in court but in the court of public opinion, it would be dynamite. And it would give a great deal of evidence for my lawyer to work with.

The diversity trainers often bring the wrong sort of cultural baggage. And, it’s nice to see when reality hits them back in the a**.
As part of general compliance measures for a US investment bank in Tokyo, Japan, my staff and I were forced to waste an entire afternoon with a so-called trainer flown in from New York. Part of the training consisted of a short video clip which included a female employee dressed in … fishnet stockings and a mini-skirt. When she boarded the elevator, she was complimented by her male co-workers.
The trainer then asked us “what’s wrong with this?” To their credit, my staff pointed out the obvious. “sorry, Ma’am but fishnet stockings and mini-skirts are NOT appropriate dress for a professional business environment. This is an investment bank, NOT a nightclub.”

“After a federal judge refused to dismiss the case against it, the agency had to pay out a settlement to the white male employee who sued.”
Someone grab a defibrillator; a specimen highly prized and exceedingly rare has been found among our judiciary: a friend to our Republic and the American people.
What’s so distressing about the never-ending litigation borne of diversity is how the fiscal consequences play out. Yes, it’s wonderful that White males scored a treasured, unheard of victory against our federal Leviathan no less, but ultimately it’s suing ourselves and winning judgements from a long-ago fiscally and morally bankrupted government.
This article merely reinforces that despite employers subjecting all other employees to affirmative action hell and spending millions in anti-white “diversity” indoctrination to stave off lawsuits, they simply have no cure for the infinite litigation shakedowns engendered by their purported worship of diversity.

I posted the following story once before, a LONG time ago, right here on AmRen (and other places), so please don’t think I’m posting this as one of those, ‘keyboard hero - look how great I am’ type stories, which I just dreamed up that anyone can post on the Net.
A couple of my friends, who also read AmRen also used to work at the same company I did and one of the two happened to be in the same ‘seminar’, so even if nobody else believes the story, it doesn’t matter — both he and I know it’s true…
A few years ago, while working at my (ex)company, (in a very technical position, btw - no multi-culti, diversity-ridden, hyper-sensitive, human resources type job), a bunch of us (not all - just a random sample) were ‘summoned’ to attend one of those ‘bash-whitey’ hate conferences that huge corporations love to give periodically, so they can get on all those minority/gay/feminist lists of the “50 Most Tolerant Companies to Work For”, blah, blah, blah.
Needless to say, I was (and I’ll keep my language clean here), beyond ticked-off. This self-flagellation-fest was scheduled for 3-4 weeks after the ‘summons’ arrived and in the intervening time (and I’ll cut the story down here to save time and your eyesight), I called everybody in the company I could think of (and I knew a lot of people) to try to get out of this thing any way possible — to no avail.
I spent several nights talking to my best friend, who introduced me to AR about a year after it started. He’s even more to the ‘right’ than I am (if that’s possible) and when I used to rant on and on over a decade ago in one of our usual 8 hour phone conversations and I would go on incessantly saying, “What — are we the ONLY two people on earth that are noticing what’s going on — or care?,” he would constantly urge me to check out AR (and am I glad I did). At least I knew then I wasn’t alone.
Anyway, I digress — back to the story. At the time, my friend said he had to endure the same cr— uh, garbage at his job, but he knew I was a great debater, so he advised that I go, but to not let them get away with anything. I thought about suing, about not going, about calling in sick and 100 other things and the more I thought about it, the more ticked off I got. Finally I decided that I was going to go and be as uncooperative as possible. However, in the back of my mind, I knew my friend was right and that I could debate anyone about anything, so with that in mind, I showed up at the appointed time and place for the ritual straight, white male bashing festivities.
I go into this big room and I was going to sit way in the back, but they’re slick, because they pre-assigned seats to everyone. There were about 25-30 round tables with about 6-7 people at each one. I won’t describe everything that went on for the next 7-8 hours because this would just get too long and ridiculous.
A couple of excerpts though — first thing we had to do is go around the table and each person was supposed to tell some of his life story and then pick out some hogwash story about how race affected whomever was talking. Most of the people in the room were younger than I was and were mostly brainwashed already, with a few exceptions. When it came to my turn, I just said, “I’m a Vietnam Veteran and because of that, I don’t talk about myself in front of strangers who aren’t Vets.” Then I said, “I’ve never owned slaves and didn’t know anybody that had been a slave — period. Next person.”
Don’t forget, there were ‘re-education monitors’ roaming all through the room and one of them was near our table and he gave me a definite scowl, which I promptly returned. I was just biding my time, because I had seven or so more hours of this marxist hell to get through, so I wanted to pace myself. I wanted to beat these fascists at their own game and with that thought, I knew I could make it through the day.
For brevity’s sake, let’s just say the insanity of the day went downhill from that ‘table-confession’ scene. Skits, mini-plays, movie shorts, people selected to come up front to confess imaginary ‘sins’ (I wasn’t one of those picked for that — too bad), ad infinitum. If you’re on this site and reading this, you know the whole bit — I don’t have to repeat the whole litany:
black/brown - glorious, white - evil, racist;
gay - normal, straight - abnormal, homophobic;
women - wonderful, men - horrendous, sexist, patriarchal;
Muslim - peaceful, Christians/Jews - scourge of the earth;
guns, self defense - evil; ‘turn the other cheek’ - righteous;
‘undocumented migrants’ (i.e. illegal aliens) - vibrant, enriching to our culture; anti-illegal aliens - xenophobic, nationalistic, jingoistic;
Eco-freaks and people who think a roach is more valuable than your kid - noble; sensible people who know ‘global warming’ is a leftist cult - ignorant, selfish.
All day long. Every conceivable leftist ‘cause’ du jour. One white guy, who felt like me and couldn’t take anymore of hearing, “it’s a black thang, you wouldn’t understand,” got up and went on (what seemed like) a five minute tirade against the ‘facilitator’ (these black multi-culti guys are so emasculated now, they can’t even say ‘leader’). He was promptly removed from the gulag. Since he was from a different department, I have no idea what happened to him, but I know it wasn’t good.
Still I waited and waited and then bingo, six hours later, the ‘facilitator’ asked something about why black kids were being held down by ‘white institutional racism’ in school and thus their grades were suffering, etc., etc.
FINALLY, I got picked and as they anticipated what they THOUGHT was going to be another quiescent ‘white boy’ duly handing out the usual platitudes and then nervously and hopefully waiting for the acceptance of repentance with the half-grudging apologies finally given for his punishment of being who I was, I stood up, took a deep breath and lit into all of them.
I brought up I.Q., genetics, heredity, evolution, black on white crime, the bankruptcy of the minority communities, our history, our accomplishments, the lack of theirs and so much more that I can’t even put it all down here, but if you read AR, you know all the fine points anyway.
BUT, BUT, BUT (and this is VERY important), I DIDN’T fly off the handle and rant and rave and use racial epithets, etc., etc. (and believe me, you have NO idea how hard it was to control myself at first). I just semi-calmly gave them facts, logic, common sense and reason.
[Don’t forget that when you back a leftist in a corner with reason, rationale, logic, common sense and those oh so annoying little things called FACTS, all they can do is come out and attack you personally which just shows the dearth of their arguments and by default, you have won the debate.]
At first, I actually got booed (what a shock!), BUT as I continued, I noticed (and heard behind me) more and more “yeah, that’s right”, “say it”, “go on”, “you’re right”. I almost felt like (and if you’ve seen this, you’ll know what I’m talking about) one of those black radicals (like Farrakhan) when they give their speeches and they always have to have their obligatory entourage surrounding them, chanting, “Amen”, “G’wan brotha”, “Tell it like it is”, “Tha’s right”, “Mmmm-hmmmm”, “Yes-indeedy”!
Unbelievable — it actually worked. I can not describe the look on the ‘facilitator’ and the ‘thought-control’ people’s faces, but it was worth every penny of the ‘admission’ price!
They cut the ‘conference’ short by an hour because of that and afterwards, I cornered the ‘facilitator’ and just nailed him to the wall (figuratively, although at that point, it wouldn’t have taken much to do it literally) with questions, facts, arguments — you name it - I did it. He couldn’t answer anything, couldn’t refute anything, couldn’t come up with any facts — nothing, zero, zip, nada.
He finally said (and I paraphrase), “You probably think that I’m one of those bleeding-heart, diversity ridden, left-wing black guys and that we don’t like white people, right?” (or something very close to that). I said “I didn’t THINK that, I KNOW that; now how about answering some of my questions?”
The final coup de grace, which made my day completely — the guy was so tongue-tied and so, shall we say, (his turn to be) ticked off, that he was mumbling something about being late for another ‘conference’ (hogwash - the day was over) and that he had to “catch up with the rest of his group” (also hogwash - they would have waited for him) and LITERALLY (I kid you not) RAN (not walked) out of the room and the three of us who were left up front were laughing our (you know what) off.
I will NEVER forget that day for the rest of my life and am 100% glad I did what I did.
You can either believe the above or not, but I know it’s a 100% true (albeit very abbreviated) story (even if it never gets posted).
One other piece of advice (besides the obvious fact of standing up for yourself). What scares companies more than ANYTHING is bad publicity and what brings bad publicity are LAWSUITS. Don’t get any lawyer though. If you can afford it, get a prominent attorney OR if you can’t afford it, get one who will take your case on a contingency fee. There are conservative sites on the Net who specialize in just this sort of thing.
Stand up to these marxists and they will fold like the cowards they have always been…

Diversity training is contrary to the human condition. If they start with brainwashing young children those young children will grow up one day and realize they were deceived. And adults have already formed their opinions based upon common sense and personal experience, so they can’t be indoctrinated. In the end it is the corporation’s upper management that paint bull’s-eyes on their own foreheads through their failed use of communist mind control…

“Impersonal, intellectual, verbal, and task oriented.” Perfectly describes every white collar job I ever had. Even describes every blue collar job I ever had. This could explain why blacks have problems with these jobs. Where I work, we are leaving aside certain positions for blacks. We cannot find any blacks who will apply, let alone be qualified.

I have a PhD and 3 Master’s degrees in Engineering, and left South Africa due to the black government and all the related problems there. Even though I’ve been to the US and really liked it, one of the main reasons I refuse to emigrate to the USA is all this diversity nonsense. So I choose to live in Europe with all its problems because there are no land issues there. Blacks, Hispanics and Muslims cannot historically claim any land in Europe.

I happen to be what some folks call “gay”, a term I dislike intensely. I mean, what are heterosexuals? “Grims”?
That being said, I would certainly speak up if the diversity trainers tried bundling me in with the rest. I stand on my own two feet, do my job, and treat people as individuals. If the black guy is good, and knows his job, and behaves, he gets my respect. If the white guy is a lout, is a featherbedder, or otherwise is a useless drag on what needs to be done, he gets no slack from me because our skin matches.
I have been most fortunate in that I have never worked for an outfit that brought in one of these dog and pony shows. When I was in the navy, I was fortunate again: our particular type of work had no room for the stupid or the slacker; the non-whites we had, if anything, had a lower percentage of slackers and behavioral problems.

A few decades ago, westerners would often muse out loud that these incidents were just standard procedures in the U.S.S.R./Red China and thank g-d that we, in the free world could not…would not, be subjected to “re-education” courses that Russian/Chinese dissidents were obliged to attend.
Imagine…one generation (30 yrs) later, we are discussing this insidious brainwashing technique that was cleverly inserted into our daily lexicon, then actually practiced in class-rooms as if it was just ‘standard procedure’.
We’ve become the newest “communist” nation and most citizens don’t even realize it.

I hire only white men.

It looks like blacks regard whites as kind of ‘geeks’, for in comparison, that is what we are.
On a side note, I saw a story on Quanza, and the Quanza advocate said that ‘Blacks don’t like to follow the rules’, they like to ‘improvise’. This is from a conservative upper middle class black female.
Black people, when pushed or not, will admit that they are NOT WHITE. Its only goofy white liberals that have the notion that blacks are the same as whites, only a bit darker.

While I’m most assuredly against this diversity training baloney, it shows that the proponents of this brainwashing garbage are aware that if they don’t continuously try to browbeat people, the affects of their ongoing campaign wear off.
So it’s through weakness that they continue. Otherwise, they’d be happy with the affects of years of brainwashing in the “education” system.
What we’re dealing with is a house of cards, forever in danger of collapse because the foundational underlying thoughts upholding their flimsy structure don’t hold up to any type of in depth scrutiny.
I’ve never been involved in something like diversity training, but I’d think that such a thing could be easily fought by just asking a seemingly innocent question. Of course, each question leading to another and another.

Glenn Singleton, teaches that “white talk” is “impersonal, intellectual, verbal” and “task-oriented,” while “color commentary” is “emotional.” There is some truth to this.
There was a time when Whites had freedom of speech to discuss issues. This led to some very animated discussions. Since then the thought police have descended and we see people losing there jobs by: saying words that sound similar to others, respectfully complimenting women on their looks, taking the wrong side on a national issue (welfare, affirmative action, Jena, etc.) and by telling jokes. Women and minorities carefully analyze what white men have to say for any possible racial/sexist overtones. This has led to a withering of White speech in the workplace and a wariness of speeking without careful pre-thought. Speech becomes robotic and sticks to only business at hand or safe topics.

One of the really harmful spinoffs of all this “diversity training” has been the permission it gives for trumpted up sexual harassment charges. However, I think the sexual harassment issue had its own start seperately and possibly earlier. One unfortunate part of the complex is the “industry” created by too many unscrupulous attorneys who feed on any and all civil lawsuits involving the huge gray area of accusation and reality.
I went through this personally and remarkably, on both sides of it. I was unjustly sued for sexual harassment by an employee of someone who shared office space with me. It turns out that in the state where this happened, one cannot file such a suit without a witness. A woman who also rented space there decided after initially reporting to our landlord when questioned that she had never seen anything approaching that from me, decided to support the woman in her accusation. I had caught her embezzling and had reported it and her wild behavior in the office when her employer was absent. She was fired. A year later, my and the landlord were served. The attorney that elected to represent her wanted to cut a deal where I would pay a certain amount. This would allow them to then go after the bigger pockets. But I stood my ground and told them that I wanted to go to trial. I said that I wanted to see these two women commit prejury on the stand. They immediately dropped the case.
The point here is that most people when served will pay some money to have the charges dropped and move on. The six months I had to deal with this until the case was dropped was hell. Luckily, my wife never doubted me. The attorneys on both sides make money and “negotiate” the deal. These creeps “mine” the populace, exploiting the slightest issues for profits. The other side of it of course, is the programing, organized and not - that has been “empowering” women to “take charge.”
I moved on. Next, I had a position at a clinic about which I have written before on Amren. It served the Latino community in the area of California I lived in. Along with everything else I have already reported, I was racially and sexually harassed by the Latino women at the facillity, who had no idea or worry that anything they did was wrong. I had to hide in the rear of the office during slow times just to avoid their conversations. I can only imagine what they were saying in Spanish, the English was bad enough. And since they used English, I had no doubt that I was intended to hear.
Later, after moving north, I accepted a position in a clinc. The women here were all blondes as my employer preferred blondes. I was outnumbered eight to one. I was bullied and demeaned until I made it an issue. The result was that I was fired. I could have sued for improper termination, but I did not want travel that road myself. I informed my employer of his vulnerability and showed him the federal and state laws. I understand that I gave him a scare and things are better there now for the man who followed me.
But the result for me is that I retired from my profession early. I live on a fixed income now, looking for something honorable to do as I am not past my productive years. But there aren’t many things and I don’t trust potential employers to protect me from abuse.
Related to this story is the reports I get from some ex-military men I have met, including my nephew who served in the Navy for four years in the early 1990s. You rarely her of it, but women virtually rule the military. The officer corps is full of lesbians. If they don’t get their way or have the slightest provocation, they sue. The War in Iraq has added new problems. Enlisted females who want out just get pregnant. Then, they too sue and claim rape, etc. It’s a gold mine. My nephew told me that at sea, there were always a number of “able bodied seawomen” who prostituted on board. I do believe that rape does go on, but it is the only issue that makes the news. Seperate services, I have always said - much of this would be avoided if we had not maintained seperate services.
Those who know my posts will know that I am not a far-right or far-left. I have a clear view, unfettered by pre-existing preferrences - I am objective. So I blame the GOP and the Conservative Media for trumping up Clinton’s problems with women and even conspiring to recruit and encourage complainers. Once the President was fair game for sexual harassment charges, all men were and it became a legal trend and I was a casualty of it. Moreover, the Impeachment of Clinton was an unnecessary distraction supplied by the GOP viz Ken Lay and his all encompassing committee to “get Clinton and whatever they could find.” Money brings out the “suckers,” doesn’t it? Recall that when Clinton wanted to go after Al Queda, his conservative opponents were claiming he was “wagging the dog.” I know that some of my fellow Amren posters will accuse me of not being a true member. If belonging means that I must only cling to facts when they support only certain postions and ignore them when they are inconvenient, then I guess I am a renegade with no allies.

These Diversity Training programs are nothing less than Socialist Retraining Camps and I will not be subjected to one of them. I will refuse the job or position that requires it.
That is, unless I do it for the sole purpose of gathering evidence for a lawsuit.

“DIVERSITY TRAINING” KILLS!!!
One of the main themes of “diversity” training is how blacks are “unfairly” victimized by “racism” when others view them with caution or suspicion in regards to crime. Examples being viewing any blacks with suspicion or avoiding black areas. Some whites, especially ding-a-ling white women, are dumb enough to swallow this and are convinced that their instincts and better judgment in this regard are nothing more than manifestations of their own baseless white “prejudices” and “racism” against blacks. So they proceed to stop taking precautions and using good judgment and trusting their instinct, and end up being victims of rape, robbery, assault, or murder. The lessons of “Diversity Training” DIRECTLY contradicts the advice of law enforcement: I’m just reading a mailer from my city with an advice checklist on “How Not to Be a Victim”. The first item in the list is “TRUST YOUR INSTINCT”. It even mentions how many become victims for fear that trusting their instincts might hurt the feelings of certain individuals or “groups”. We all know what “group” is being referred to. Although no one can openly tell the truth except in forums like this, unfortunately.

Those of you who think the diversity re-education is bad in a corporation should be grateful you do not work in a public university. Beneficiaries of affirmative action, once in power, demand more of the same.

The problem with diversity training is that facts are thrown out the window. It has its own agenda. If a person disagrees with the cirriculum they are branded a racist. And again, the whole process defines that only white people are racists!

Diveristy training (where we learn that discimination is terrible and wrong, and that it is white men who are doing it), is usually carried out at places they practice blanket affirmative action.
Also, it might be important to note, this ‘diversity’ training, and these diversity statements and company policies, are being made by the same people who have convinced us, using the word red-neck, a racial slur, is a way to show everyone how enlightened we are.

I’d be interested in knowing what their sexual discrimination policies are. And what is their policy concerning racial harassment?
Those are equally important issues, too.

My father owns his own business. I asked him, “what would you do if some Jesse Jackson type came on your property trying to force you to implement affirmative action or some diversity stuff?” He responded, “I wouldn’t put with that s—-. I’d tell them to get the hell off my property right now before I call the police.”
This is what it will take, my friends. The anti-white and diversity police need us to collectively stand up to them. Once whites as a race do that and reclaim our countries and take pride in our race…all hell will break loose!

My favorite question to ask if I am forced to attend a diversity class is, “Where do stereotypes come from?” If the instructor says they were made up then I follow up with “That is why you can switch them around and they make as much sense.” Of course it doesn’t make any sense which makes everyone think about that instead of the training.

Can anyone explain to me why Hispanics qualify for affirmative action? What is the justification? Why not people from Tonga or the Galaphagos Islands? Also, where can I find some articles on the subject. Thanks

7:44 PM: In some places, Armenians get affirmative action. The stated justification is not some debt owed to them by Whitey, but the doctrine that a city’s workforce should have the same racial and ethnic proportions as the city’s population. So, if some people from Lower Slobovia move to your town, it is racist to not immediately put them on the government payroll. Another very good reason to keep the undesirables out.

“With a change in sales pitch, the diversity trainers could go into business selling invisible clothing that once belonged to an emperor to these foo … I mean major employers.”

Yes, you’re so right. These slicksters have found a new way to sell the Emperor’s Clothes, that’s all. And that’s exactly what they’re doing. What will they come up with next?

“After a federal judge refused to dismiss the case against it, the agency had to pay out a settlement to the white male employee who sued.” ultimately it’s suing ourselves and winning judgements from a long-ago fiscally and morally bankrupted government.
When I was required to attend Diversity Training, in a very large organization in New York City, it was EXPLICITLY told to us, by the instructor, that white males were NOT covered by such laws because they are not in a “protected group”, and that ONLY members of designated “protected groups” are covered. This was very carefully made clear.
I don’t know if the law has changed since then. But, as Vioredire said, ultimately we’re only suing ourselves.

“I wish the diversity crowd would finally tell us what is so precious about dilution. Isn’t pure gold better than fools gold?”
Posted by Lars
………………..
Well, I suppose that’s dependent on from which perspective you see it.
For the pure gold, it’s not good. But for the dilutant, it’s an improvement.
The gold may object at the degradation, but the dross will applaud.

No, you’re just confusing. You leave us baffled as to what you’re talking about.

And “EQUAL PROTECTION UNDER THE LAW”? What happened to that? (I guess the same place “FREEDOM OF SPEECH” and “NO DOUBLE JEOPARDY” went.)
