Vigil for Teen Killed in Officer-Involved Shooting Turns into Protest

Cory James, ABC 30, June 27, 2016

A vigil quickly turned into chaos Sunday night as people gathered in east-central Fresno to remember the 19-year-old man killed during an officer-involved shooting.

Noble was killed after police tried to pull him over for driving erratically. When Noble stopped, police say he refused to show his hands and stepped out of the car running towards them.

Friends and family came to the area Saturday for a vigil, but after about hour friends of Noble took to the streets setting off fireworks, doing donuts, and, at one point, standing in the middle of the road blocking traffic.
