Three Teens Arrested on Suspicion of Defacing Three U.S. Flags

Three teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of defacing three U.S. flags at a senior community center in Oceanside.

Breanna Serrato, Daniel Moran, and Ruben Jimenez–all 18–are in county jail after being arrested by Oceanside police. {snip}

Surveillance cameras caught three people spray-painting graffiti, a gang monicker and an epithet on the flags at the Oceana center. {snip}

One of the three was wearing a hat with a Baltimore Orioles logo and another had a hat with a marijuana leaf design, police said.

Jimenez is also charged with car theft, according to jail records.
