Richland Man Arrested, Charged with Manslaughter in Baby’s Death

Tyler Richardson, Tri-City Herald, June 10, 2013

A Richland man has been charged with manslaughter for the death of his girlfriend’s 9-month-old daughter.

Jose Luis Aguilar, 36, was arrested Saturday night on a Greyhound bus at a station in Barstow, Calif. Police believe he was headed to Mexico, and they tracked him using the GPS in his cellphone.

Aguilar fled the Tri-Cities shortly before Jennifer Reedy, 31, found her baby, Serenity Jade Reedy, dead Friday in her crib, according to an arrest warrant affidavit. Her skull was fractured and she suffered a cut and injuries to her vaginal area.

Reedy called 911 at 9:57 a.m. Friday from her house at 29 Log Lane in Richland to report that she found Serenity purple in color and cold to the touch, the affidavit said. Medics found Serenity not breathing and pronounced her dead at the scene. An autopsy performed Saturday by Dr. Carl Wigren, a forensic pathologist from Seattle, showed Serenity died from “abusive head trauma,” said Benton County Coroner John Hansens.

The autopsy also revealed a cut and injuries to the girl’s vaginal area, the affidavit said. {snip}

Serenity suffered at least two separate skull fractures, the affidavit said. {snip} Reedy told police she went to dinner with Aguilar—who had been living at 29 Log Lane for about a month—and Serenity on Thursday night, the affidavit said. Serenity was acting normal during dinner. After the meal, Reedy left her with Aguilar while she went to do laundry and go to Walmart.

When Reedy got home around 9 p.m., Serenity was in her crib making “normal sounds,” the affidavit said. Reedy told police she went to bed and woke up around midnight to see Aguilar sleeping next to her, the affidavit said. When she woke up at 3 a.m. he was not in bed, and when she woke up again at 5 a.m., he still was not in bed.

After Reedy got out of bed, she saw that her car was missing and cash from her purse was gone, the affidavit said. She called Aguilar, who told her he was in Oregon on his way to California.

Reedy said she didn’t check on Serenity when she got up because it was normal for the baby to be asleep in the early morning, the affidavit said. When Reedy checked for the first time, sometime after 9:30 a.m., she found her lifeless in the crib. A Richland police detective called Aguilar on Friday afternoon, the affidavit said. He told the detective that a friend had told him about the baby’s death. He reportedly was emotional and crying on the phone.

Aguilar told the detective that while Reedy was out, Serenity fell from a couch about 15 inches from the ground after he left her alone in the living room, the affidavit said. Aguilar said Serenity didn’t cry after the fall and there were no bruises on her.

Aguilar then gave the baby a bottle and some baby food before putting her in her crib around 8:30 p.m., the affidavit said. He said he left the house after midnight when he got upset with Reedy.

Wigren told authorities that Serenity’s head injuries could not come from a fall from a couch, the affidavit said.

  • I tried clicking my heels together and saying “There’s no place like home”. I must have been wearing the wrong shoes.

    • “Serenity” huh? I wonder if mom was a Firefly fan.
Speaking of Oz, I just saw “Oz the Great and Powerful” last week.
Apparently once upon a time, there was diversity in the land of Oz. There were black munchkins, and Oz’s curtain was built by a skilled black tradesman.

By the time Dorothy got there some 25 years later, I guess the Wicked Witch of the West, in her evil racist ways, forced all of the blacks to flee.

“Diversity in Oz??? Not if I have anything to say about it!”

      • Romulus

Remember how we were discussing the re-engineering of our mythology to include blacks?

  • Sqeptique

Miscegenation; the gift that keeps on giving.

This white woman called him her “soulmate.”

    • Mark Hillyard

      “her “soulmate.”
You need a soul first, not the rutting instinct of a wild pig.

    • Spartacus

All race-traitors like her should be impaled alive, carefully, as to avoid the internal organs, so they die slower. That’s what Vlad the Impaler used to do.

  • OhWow

Serenity…just another white victim cashing the check of diversity.

  • JackKrak

A lot of easy targets here, but the nature of this makes it difficult to make light of it & I urge others not to.

Suffice to say that this is not what we’re shown when the topics turns to DREAMers and people “living in the shadows”.

  • bigone4u

Does anyone have a congressperson with enough stones to read this story into the Congressional Record as the amnesty debate goes forward? And why is this evil psychopath only being charged with manslaughter? This is Murder One.

  • Aguilar told the detective that while Reedy was out, Serenity fell from a couch about 15 inches from the ground after he left her alone in the living room, the affidavit said.

Fell from the couch and bounced, and vaulted right on to his erect penis.
    A little Maria Lupe Retton.

…. and they tracked him using the GPS in his cellphone.

I have and never will activate GPS software on my phone.
I don’t want Facebook, Group-On, Google, etc tracking me.

At least black boyfrens try to hide da ebidents by tossing da bitch’s chilluns out da window. Yo, dey fell frew da screen, nome sane?

  • Erasmus

Stupid, stupid, stupid woman…oh, for the “bad old days” when grandparents and parents weren’t shy about telling their children, especially their daughters, to stay away from trash and not spread their legs for every man who takes them for a meal at Denny’s.

Bring back shame. Bring back social criticism. Bring back ostracism even. Time to call a spade a spade. See the decadence and decay that have descended upon our society because we were afraid to be called intolerant and too busy “celebrating diversity” (*vomit*)to see the rot that was spreading among us?

While civic leaders are wetting themselves over Paula Deen, we’ve got cholos porking babies and spiking murder rates in “culturally vibrant” cities like Detroit, Baltimore, Atlanta and Chicongo.

Give me the plain, stolid and pedestrian any day. THAT’s what builds and holds together civilizations, not “culturally vibrant” criminals who should be deported en masse.

    • But dey gots ta be haben dat, gnome sayin’? Can dey get wif dat white gal?

    • Mark Hillyard

Even my brothers Mother-in-law told her granddaughters to “stay away from beaners.”

    • Feet2Fire

You said it all… Now if you could please just say it to the right people. (Probably not the ones posting comments online.) Lol.

  • Luca

Modern illegal alien love story. Man meets stupid white trash, gets free sex and place to live, rapes her baby daughter, bashes in baby’s skull, takes money and car and runs for the border.

Someone should send this story to Marco Rubio and every Democrat they can contact. Maybe they can read it out loud on the floor of the House while discussing immigration reform.

Our immigration system is broken all right. But no man in Washington has the necessary testosterone to fix the problem the right way.

    • JohnEngelman

Someone should also send this story to every Republican who likes to talk about the social conservatism and family values of Hispanics.

      • We call those “Rebublicans” RINOS and neocons.

        • JohnEngelman

I call them “corporate Republicans.” They are the Republicans who determine what the GOP really does. They like the way a high rate of immigration reduces wages, raises prices, and increases profits.

          • It wasn’t always that way.

          • JohnEngelman

From its formation in 1854 the most important constituency in the Republican Party has been the business community.

          • Is this the same business community that involved Paula Deen supporting President Orangutan? Or do you mean a different business community?

          • JohnEngelman

The Republican Party is dominated by a different business community than the one you imagine.

          • Feet2Fire

We call them sell-outs and TRAITORS.

      • Jefferson

Hispanic females have a reputation for being slutty. They already start having sex at like 13 years of age. And on average they get pregnant by the time they are 14 or 15.

Hispanic females are not exactly the epitome of prudish social conservatives. They are not exactly Rick Santorum type conservatives.

  • The__Bobster

    A “Richland man”? Really?

    • He wanted to replace the little girl with one of his own:

“And what rough beast, its hour come round at last,
Slouches toward Bethlehem to be born?”

      • The__Bobster

Yeah, he wanted to clean out the nest and he believed that the loss of her child would bring her into heat sooner.

    • dmxinc

As I think you’ve stated, if a white had lived in China for 30 years and committed a crime like this one, no way would he be described as anything but a “White” or “Foreigner” or “American,” but in our fantasy world, all a foreigner has to do is step into it for one day and be immediately referred to as American or British or German even if they were born and bred in deepest Africa.

  • libertarian1234

I’m wondering what number of these non-white murderers of white babies kill, because they have an inner rage against whites that they only display when in contact with a small, helpless white victim.

Most all of the murders of white male babies by blacks that I’ve read about involve beatings and/or torture, and I have no doubt they’re the victims of blacks who are in a rage against whitey and see a small, helpless boy as representative of the white male society they despise.

These low-life white women are as much to blame as the non-white murderers.

    • Xerxes22

In cases like this, the mother should always be charged as an accomplice and as an accessory to the murder. She invited the creature into her home and put her child in harms way. Let a jury decide her fate. At the very least, she should be charged with negligence

      • gemjunior

I was so enraged by this that I said to myself she should be held accountable also. But I changed my mind – I believe she is guilty only of being stupid, and a by-product of what the schools and society are teaching – that these “people” (squat monsters) are ‘just like us’.
They clearly are not. When has anyone last heard of a white man raping an infant? I would be curious to know the answer. It seems I’m hearing more and more about this infant raping and I just want to vomit. Who, or what rather, rapes an infant? I mean raping kids is bad I know but in the case of a child that small only a true savage beast would do such a thing. My only thought of such a punishment for him is that he should be raped badly with a giant object that I can’t think of now except an oak tree branch or telephone pole. What stupid whites don’t realize is how much more they risk this possibility to their own descendents if something is not done now and these baby raping scum deported en mass or cut to pieces. If I was this child’s mother my conscience would force me to shoot myself in the head.

    • Romulus

I will agree to a point. Our females have been hijacked by the aforementioned sexual revolution, feminism, and their own biological compassion( inherently stronger in females). There is also quite a shortage of native born white American males of breeding/marrying age. We’ve been over this territory before. Homosexuality, destruction of our belief system, feminism, emasculation, pervasive cultural filth and promiscuity, out of control legal and illegal drug use. The threads we read here are the symptoms of the disease of decline and entropic decay of our beloved country..

      • jane johnson

You forgot to mention how many of our men have been lost in these senseless ME wars. Of those who manage to survive and come back home, a high percentage are damaged souls.

        • Romulus

You are slightly misinformed as to the actual nature of the wars. NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE TELLS YOU, it is an oil resource war between the oil producing countrys(OPEC) and the consuming countrys(the West and the east). As a vet of desert storm, I can say with 100% percent accuracy why we were there. To protect the oil supply ally Kuwait. Period. Hussein was drilling across the border to disrupt Kuwait only trading asset with the U.S. His son gassed 200,000 kurds as well and he was shipping his wmd’s to Iran.

          • Romulus

You have to think of the gigantic machine that the American infrastructure is and what it RUNS ON. Americans haven’t had to do too much thinking over the last few decades as to how the lifestyles are fueled and made possible here in the land of the free.
Come hell or high water, I will support our people.

          • jane johnson

I’ve always known it was about the oil supply, but we have the technology to protect our interests without forfeiting so many young lives. Thank you for your service. I mean that sincerely.

          • It was about something else, and a bit more important: our national reputation. What Sodamn Insane did was invade a friendly neighboring country that had backed him in his stupid war with Iran, and then annex it by saying it had been a province of Iraq all along, in spite of Kuwait’s being a recognized independent nation and UN member. He secret police then proceeded to torture and murder Kuwaiti citizens who stuck up for themselves. When Iraq was finally forced to retreat, the creepazoids looted the country.

I loathe Muslims and Arabs, I detest absolutist monarchies, and I hate the UN, but something had to be done.

          • Romulus

As an engineer, the current drilling methods have improved to a degree, in that we can now still diagonally and have better detection systems ( ground penetrating radar) , for locating potential rearview. Yet, science cannot overcome the facts of geology. When there isn’t enough to run the system at scale or for further GROWTH (the economy),stagnation and austerity will prove self evident.

      • mobilebay

Romulus, you’ve just described a country that’s lost its moral compass. We’ve gone so far in the opposite direction of what we once were, I see no solution. I’m old enough to remember a far different time and sad that my great grandchildren will never know it.

        • Romulus

They may well yet again. Every ending is a new beginning. Life always cycles itself.

  • The Final Solution

This obviously happened because of discrimination and racism. He was just here to work for a better life.

    • JohnEngelman

Either that, or he was trying to turn his life around.

    • Erasmus

Can you imagine what must go on at a Latino run daycare?

  • Ella

Single mothers need to avoid these deadbeats. You are looking at the latest generation of women who also grew up without fathers and with an indoctrinated education. So where is the White Dad?

    • Anglokraut

I was wondering that too, but you said it first. Where IS White Dad? Only two Whites can make a White baby, so where did this one run off to? I wonder if this “man” even knew he had a daughter?

    • Feet2Fire

Yes. WHERE is the father–and WHY would a woman like that be with a LOSER like that? DRUGS involved, maybe?

  • Romulus

Here’s what I would do. I’d force feed him his cojones and then hand him over to the local white motorcycle club. Justice and retribution will be served.

  • APaige

We need to play ‘cowboys and spics’.

  • It isn’t just Mexicans that do this. citizens of India come over and open businesses with SBA loans and do a similar. If they go bankrupt, they go home and come in under a different name and do it all over again.

  • John Smith

Now innocent taxpayers will be charged millions for the trial and incarceration of the baby murderer. Where is the justice for the taxpayers? The sprawling judicial prison industrial complex needs to be reformed back to an earlier era.

    • In all likelihood, someone is going to shank this baby-rapist in his neck. I’ve actually been to prison, and I know the score. For some strange reason, violent adult felons who were mistreated when they were little really have it in for guys who hurt kids.

      • John Smith

Then he’ll be PCd up for the rest of his life after he gets out of the infirmary which they usually, but not always do, actually increasing the cost to the taxpayers. Sweeping reform is needed. He should swing at the end of a rope until dead without inordinate amounts of money and time spent on appeals after a guilty verdict is rendered.

        • Who cares? If he pussies up, then he’s got an hour out each day and three showers a week. Every other waking moment for him will be in the box. One of the few legitimate uses for tax money is making guys like Aguilar miserable until they die of old age and despair.

          • John Smith

You’re missing the point here Michael. The point is that us innocent taxpayers get charged millions of dollars over the course of his lifetime and we haven’t done anything wrong.

          • I have already been cheated, and I completely understand the point.

      • gemjunior

I for one hope you are right about him getting killed in prison. But even that doesn’t cause as much suffering as he deserves – a shank in the neck might be painful but as he bleeds out he’ll be losing consciousness so it’s almost like he won’t really even be there. I wish that he suffers in prison, for what he did to that beautiful little child.

        • He’ll be eating his heart out before very long. I make all sorts of good things, but I remember what was done to me.

Prison is a strange thing; it will make a good man better or a bad man worse.

  • libertarian1234

“They hate us. All of them. Some can conceal it better than most, but it still comes out. And when it does come out, it comes out in purely black savagery common to all of them. ”

I couldn’t agree more. You’ve got it right on.

Until we’re separated from them, they’ll keep our world in constant chaos.

  • AllSeeingEyeSpy

he’s either a murderer of some type, and kind of stupid, or some guy stole the woman’s car and cash. . and the woman hurt the child. . in some kind of anger. if he killed her child and was on the run why would her and tell her where he is?

    • LoveItOrLeaveIt2

“why would her”? What are you trying to say?

  • You forgot:
    3. Both of the above.

  • Don’t hold your breath while you wait for an honest dialogue on race. I’ve been called a “race-traitor” for having married a Japanese, but I’ve also been called a “quarter-breed blanket-head” for being 3/16 Amerind. The subject just plain infuriates some people.

  • leahfeliz

I’m sorry but exactly what in the hell does race have to do with the tragic death and brutal rape and murder of a 9mo old little girl?? You all are idiots and shame on all of you. My deepest sympathies and condolences to the family of this beautiful little girl. And to the mother Ill be praying extra hard for you. I can’t even imagine how you feel right now. The guilt you must feel. I pray the monster that did this to your little girl suffers somehow in the worst way imaginable and they lock him up and throw away the key so he never does this to another innocent baby… R.I.P. Serenity your little life unfairly cut so short poor sweet baby.

  • Feet2Fire

What is that “mother’s” problem, that she would be involved with a CREEP like that, and leave her 9-month-old baby with him???

  • Feet2Fire

There are plenty of decent, intelligent black men (and women). We just don’t hear about a lot of them, because they are busy living productive lives and not in your evening news because of horrific crimes or scandals they’re involved in.

A couple names do come to mind: Col. Allen West, Dr. Ben Carson.
