Obama Creates Office of Diversity, Inclusion

The new Office of Diversity and Inclusion will ensure that the entire U.S. government develops comprehensive strategies to drive and integrate diversity and inclusion practices. It will assist the different agencies in building a workforce that “respects individual and organizational cultures” by examining policy options, data trends and employee survey findings.

The goal is to eliminate demographic group imbalances in targeted occupations and improve workforce diversity. To attain this, special initiatives have been created targeting specific groups, including Hispanics, African Americans, American Indians, women and gays and lesbians. {snip}

In fact, the Obama executive order creating the new agency assures that it will promote the federal workplace as a model of equal opportunity, diversity and inclusion. It will also establish a coordinated government-wide initiative to promote the cause. The investment is worth it because a commitment to equal opportunity, diversity and inclusion is critical for the federal government as an employer, according to the commander-in-chief.

    True story: Back in the early 1970s I worked at a state agency. A notice went out that the state was looking for a new assistant superintendant- “preferably Black” – for the agency. In due course, (I am not making this up) a Mr. Brown was selected for the position. He became known as “Mr. Preferably Black Brown”!

This is being implemented now before European Americans can mount a coordinated response and remove african americans from government payrolls and relocate many to “segregated no-go zones or prisons,” according to the Obama Administration.

    I am not an expert on the FedGov. So could somebody explain how the President can create a “Office of Diversity and Inclusion” on his own authority? I thought that creating and funding a new Executive entity required Congressional action. Perhaps I should get a new copy of the U.S. Constitution.

    When they say ‘specific groups’ – or specific jobs or even specific neighborhoods – need more diversity this is when there are too many white men. When there is a prepoderance of color or indeed when there is only color, this isn’t something to wring hands over or to change, this is something they celebrate. And they better not catch you without a smile on your face.

    Meritocracy is dead.

    It was dead before the fities, when you had to be from a blue-blooded WASP family to get to an elite college.

    And it is dead today where it matters more of what sexual orientation/color of your skin you have.

    Of course, anyone familliar with IQ and occupation success statistics know that although IQ is not totally responsible for professional success, it has a large share, all things being equal.

    And I’ve looked at the charts that compare those with a high IQ without an elite education and those who do. Their average earnings is very similar over a lifetime. The only difference is that the elite education gives a boost in the first 10 or so years is somebody’s life. But by the 40s, the entire group is balanced.

    In other words: intelligent european men will continue to play an outsize role, which of course will infuriate minorites more and more. They thought that making these people the enemy (and a demographic minority compared to other men) was going to be enough.

    Not so.

    It won’t be long before they go for the Zimbabwe/South African solution.

    But this time whites have no excuse of ‘not knowing’, that includes many readers here too.

    Diversity is stressed only when it benefits blacks. When they dominate, diverrsity is forgotten. They are OVER-REPRESENTED at all levels of govt including the Post Office. My local PO is 100% black and the lack of customer service is the result. Lazy, insolent, defiant attitudes are always displayed. Long lines of neglected customers are arrogantly ignored. They prefer govt work where there is little accountability.

    The federal “work” force is actually a high-paying welfare system for people of little or no skills or abilities. To be sure, there are exceptions, such as air traffic controllers, the FBI, and members of the military, but most federal employees could stay home beginning tomorrow and few would notice.

    I worked in federal law enforcement for many years, and blacks have been hired over more qualified whites for over a decade. Many whites have either retired before they wanted to, or took early retirement because they reached “the glass ceiling” while blacks and other minorities with less qualifications and experience were promoted above them. also, if a person has any military experience, their chances of being denied a promotion go up substantially.

    It’s so obvious that he has a preference for minorities and women. His dislike for whites isn’t taken seriously, which is amazing. I suppose we now see the results of decades of PC conditioning. Whites are now so used to anti-white speeches, AA laws, and generally being discriminated against in the job market, that they don’t even notice it anymore.     Just one minor correction; Most armed forces jobs are performed on the same level with the same efficiency or less than the civilian government employee pool. We all have by now heard about how problematic blacks are handled by promoting them out of their position so as to avoid racial bias complaints. In both civilian and armed services, there are a few offices, or outfits that take on the brunt of the work and sacrifice while many more take an entire day to do one hour of actual productive work. Endless red tape ensures that too.

    Why don’t more people here acknowledge this?

    Because we are understandably made too bitter and cynical by the truth we encounter every day on websites such as this.

    But Obama is gone in 2012, so long as we do not split the vote- or- hopefully, so long as there is a more viable third party (white ) candidate.

    I strongly say; (unless there is an incredibly strong third party candidate that’s pro white), don’t let Obama win by denying the vote to a Republican piggy; we can hold that sniveler’s feet to the fire by throwing money on it. They worship money, nothing else. But Obama and Liberals; they worship their hatred of whiteness; Do not equate those two evils! There is clearly a greater evil!

    The difficult work performed in the federal govt by contract specialists, engineers, systems analysts, etc., usually ends up being performed by whites. If diversity is required for appearances, the blacks/hispanics are allowed to pass with less than the quality/quantity standards applied to whites. It is just accepted and not talked about. They know it, we know it. What a challenge it is for the white supervisors/managers to “Manage Diversity.” Managing diversity is really a test of the white man’s creativity. It is interesting, but so sad to watch.

    It was started by the Hart-Celler Act. Celler wrote most of it and made it his life’s work to get it passed and signed into law. The purpose of the Act was to make white Americans minorities in the US so other races and ethnic groups could feel safe.

    “The quality of our new hires, coupled with the our longstanding and dedicated career staff, is reflected in the Division’s robust record of accomplishment,” Hinojosa added. “For example, in Fiscal Year 2010, the Division prosecuted a record number of criminal cases (125), topping the previous record set in Fiscal Year 2009; in addition, the Division has reached the largest monetary settlements ever secured by the Department in both a fair lending case and in a case under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act.”

    Former Justice Department official and study co-author J. Christian Adams took issue with the Department’s response.

    “It is dishonest to say they hired people with civil rights experience. First, the experience often had nothing to do with the topics they handle at DOJ,” Adams told TheDC. “Most never saw the inside of a courtroom at these internships or time with these left wing groups. Second, work with these left wing groups served as an ideological admission ticket based on what I know [Civil Rights Division chief] Loretta King did in hiring committee meetings.     It is not that amazing. I do not vote. However if someone put a gun to my head and forced me to vote in 2008. I would have voted for Obama.     I was referring to President John Kennedy. As soon as he got into office he ordered the federal goverment to start employing QUALIFIED blacks to professional level positions. He also ordered the military to find and promote more QUALIFIED officers and assign more blacks to the ceremonial and highly visible regiments around Washington DC.

    The blacks to professional positions order could not be implemented because the blacks could not pass a simple literacy and math test. Neither did the military officer order. He did get more visible black cermonial troopers thought.

When was the last time you heard of a group of blacks ( or any non-Whites ) getting together to help poor Whites in the Appalachians?     I am even leery of stormfront, vanguard and O.O. Our enemies KNOW every website for WN’s and if they were legit WN sites, they would have been shut down a long time ago.     I know for a fact that that is how the State Department hires White women. Any black, hispanic or asian woman gets the job on race and gender. But the White women generally go direct from some marxist college major to a left wing internship.

    After a few years in the left wing think tank they are hired on the basis of their experience of “assistant executive director” of nothing. Another title is analyst or consultant.

    Kennan, Berle and others who knew State was infiltrated by communists in the thirties should see State now. It is worse than it ever has been in terms of hard, hard left anti American anti Whites.

    I recently started losing my ‘liberal’ here’s why: A bipolar section 8 I live above (who happens to be black) seems to have the system rigged. I go to work and pay rent, taxes, gas, food etc. She smokes crack, cigarettes, drinks and has 2am outbursts – calling me the ‘that old white man’ and ‘he hates me cause I’m black’ and of course ‘I’m pregnant’.     My point is after contacting The Attorney General’s Office, Fair Housing, a lawyer, my leasing office; seems this person (who happens to be on public assistance) has a lot more rights than – you guessed it ME? They told me they only help tenants with problems who are receiving aide form the state or being discriminated against because of their race. So because I have a job, pay my bills (happen to be white) I’m out of luck – they can’t address this matter with her “until she does something serious or violent” Something rotten in the State of Denmark I fear. I’m done with all those liberal dreams …
