Connecticut Man David Davis Was Getting Haircut When He Slashed Victim With Scissors: Cops

A Connecticut man was in the middle of getting his hair cut when he allegedly slashed a man with scissors and took off before the barber could finish the job.

[David Davis] told police a man he had argued with earlier approached him in an “aggressive manner” as he was getting his hair done. Davis allegedly snatched a pair of scissors to defend himself and cut the man across the back, cops said.
