‘Toilet Bias’ Slap at McD’s

In papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, African-Americans Christopher White, Abdul Rasuul and Leroy Johnson say they were told they had to buy food if they wanted to use the restroom at the 480 Third Ave. outlet [of McDonald’s], while a nonpaying white woman didn’t have to buy anything.

They say they suffered “shock, pain, emotional, psychiatric, psychological and mental injuries” as a result of the incident last year.
