Return and Refund Policy
Any unused item can be returned for a full refund at any time.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Registration fees for our conferences are eligible for a full refund at any time. Banquet fees and room registration fees are eligible for a full refund up until 30 days before the event, after which they are ineligible for refunds.
You will receive any credits within several days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
