Winning Makes Trump More Popular

Edmund Kozak, Lifezette, November 22, 2016

Donald Trump’s popularity has grown significantly in the days following his election, a new poll shows.

Forty-six percent of registered voters have a favorable view of Trump, according to a Politico/Morning Consult poll released Tuesday.

This is an increase of 9 points — a Morning Consult poll taken immediately prior to the election suggested that only 37 percent of voters held a favorable opinion of the president-elect.

While his favorability has grown by 9 points, perhaps more significant is the fact that his unfavorability has declined by 15 points.

Trump’s soaring popularity is also significant considering the hostile coverage he is receiving from the mainstream media, and the chorus of various pundits and politicians egging on the protests that have raged since Trump’s win.

It may very well be further evidence that the mainstream liberal media’s control on the popular narrative is truly at an end.
