HIV Rates Among Black Americans Remain Disproportionately High

Yet another shocking revelation!

I suppose when promiscuity is combined with recklessness, lack of self-discipline, below-average intelligence, and lack of self-control, a higher rate of STD is inevitable.

I’d be willing to bet that the incidence of everything from gonorrhea, syphilis, and herpes transmittal is also many times among blacks than people of other races as well.

The only answer is to inject forcefully the HIV virus into more white and other non-black people. Or the Southern Poverty Law Center can sue the HIV virus for racial discrimination.

No big suprise here. Research the black VD rates during WWII, the Korean War, and Vietnam and you will find the rates are super high compared to other races. Given the chance black males will “drop their pants” at any chance of sex. Many years of service with the military will confirm the hard facts.(no pun intended).

I assume by now that the gay white men in San Fran are mostly gone now that first got the disease in droves and were dropping like flies. The blacks used to chuckle about that.

NOW that they are the “victims”, we “need” to feel sorry for them?

And it has been 25 years now and no vaccine! Just behave yourself and you will be OK. Otherwise, look out.

I’m sure the experts are just plain stumped as to why the billions spent have not worked since we are all just alike.

This line says it all. The government has spent billions on the black community trying to combat their poverty, obesity, and lack of education among other things. All to no avail. They are who they are and no amount of the White man’s money will change that. They will always be an albatross around our necks.

“Last White Man Standing” Brilliantly said! In a few words, that literally sums up the Black Problem in all its hideous glory.

Of course, Prof. J.P. Rushton’s purely academic studies - published many decades ago, entirelly predicted this outcome.
The real test of a scientific theory is its predictive power.Therefore anyone interested in black dysfunction such as this should study Rushton’s theories very closely.

BILLIONS! Surely a more pressing concern to the long-suffering American taxpayer that the above revelation!

HIV rates are higher among blacks becasue of their extreme promiscuity and loose morals. Poor impulse control and little ability to delay gratification don’t help either. Spending billions of dollars doesn’t matter either since you can’t change the way blacks behave. And it is their behaviour that makes them vulnerable.

I suspect high rates of black STIs (including incurable HIV) are blamed on White racism and oppression and used as a justification that a health care bill must be passed ASAP to rectify, ‘repair’ and redeem this situation.

The government is aware that blacks are not capable of following medical treatments—but helping the ‘poor and oppressed’ is not the purpose of the health care legislation. It is to further impoverish White American by stealing more of their wealth and further the powers of the government.

And add this sentence: Scientists remain baffled at the explanation. Further government studies and more allocation of funds are urgently called for.

Shouldn’t this give pause to any white person considering sexual relations with a black? I really don’t see the controlled media promoting these statistics. Might these inconvenient facts somehow interfere with the “Great Liberal Dream” of the elimination of racism through miscegenation?

Another status quo by now “new report” about the rate of “new infections”. Sometimes, now, we even learn the rates of those who are dying of Aids. Around 50% black is the number given. But 600,000 Americans have died of Aids. Why do we never, ever, learn the race of those who have died from it?

Poor impulse control and a taste for male-to-male sex on the down low are certainly part of the picture.

Of course, in movies and on TV, there would be no chance of a White person thinking, “Hmm, if I have sex with this black, I am putting myself at an increased risk of HIV.” This would be the rational response, but it is not the PC one.

There is a uniquely U.S. legal concept that in comparisons between groups, a lack of “equal outcomes” is proof of discrimination. Equal outcomes assumes all people have similar abilities and attitudes. “Equal outcomes” would have us believe that in the personal activity of whom one picks for a sexual partner, and how one performs the sex act, racism’s influence is in evidence.

Blacks are some 12% of the USA population, yet they make up 80% of the NBA and some 65% of the NFL.

No hand-wringing done here. So why are some people alarmed if they make up the overwhelming majority of AIDS/HIV cases? Maybe because they haven’t done the things to reduce their risk, like Caucasian Americans have?

Put it this way: If blacks licked fleas off wild rats and got bubonic plague as a result, while no Caucasians did, isn’t it to be expected they’d get higher rates of plague?

If blacks ate uncooked pork, while Caucasians didn’t, and contracted tapeworm as a result, isn’t it to be expected that blacks would get higher rates of tapeworm infestation?

So why can’t these “researchers” admit that blacks get higher rates of AIDS because of risky behaviors and practices?
