A Wisconsin fireworks store has yanked a brand off its shelves after complaints from a Minnesota Muslim group.
The fireworks were called “Run Hadji Run.” The packaging showed a cartoon drawing of Uncle Sam yanking the beard of a man dressed in Muslim attire, and the other showed a bomber jet flying over a group of Arab men on camels.
“Hadji” is a title given to Muslims who have completed a pilgrimage to Mecca.
The Minnesota chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations demanded their removal after learning the fireworks were for sale at Fireworks City in Baldwin, Wis. They were removed late Friday.
The Muslim group has also asked the Missouri-based manufacturer, Red Rhino Fireworks, to remove the product from circulation.

Red Rhino is on my No Buy list for caving in.
I’m all in favor of freedom of expression, but does anyone think it’s wise to put Muslims and pyrotechnics together? Like the Muslims really need any new ideas?
I was in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin for the weekend, and saw the town’s fireworks show. Now I wonder if someone pre-cleared the fireworks show with the CAIR to make sure it was culturally sensitive.

How many words are we going to have to invent to describe “surrender to the muslims”
The Muslims sure are a fun loving bunch.
As a group they seem very easy to offend.
This goes against the image of multicuralism being like a big colorful street party.
But then who is worse, them for complaining or us for buckling so quickly.
That’s one advantage they have over us, is their consistency.
It may be dogmatic but they will endure and survive over time.
Where we are always changing and ‘evolving’.
Progress these dyas means ‘happiness’(or feeling good) for the majority, at the cost of minority.
We are a minority.
I think the reason why we find ourselves here is because we hold onto the past and in our own way honour our ancestors.
But ‘believing in something’ is our problem.
We’ve made our societies into a blank canvases as not to offend anyone.
So we end up believing in everything and nothing simultaneously.
Doesn’t give us much to be proud of, ‘our ability to accommodate others’…whoo hoo.
And I’m convinced mass immigration/assimulation is all financially motivated.
Which leads me to ask, what do you call someone who gives away everything they believe in for money?
Clue: it’s not flattering.
I am willing to buy all of these fireworks.
But seriuosly, who cares if the muslims are offended. I am offended by the so-called “religion” - care banning that?… That’s what I thought.
A quick glance at this headline and I thought it said something about banning the sale of fireworks to Muslims. Strange.
They are “offended” by that. Not really. They’re just fighting the battle to wear us down, to break us down, until we all just give up and submit.
The Muslim idea of fireworks is to strap high explosives to their bodies and blow themselves up in a group of little children…

Now the children are becoming suicide bombers themselves . And IIRC, during the Iran-Iraq war the Iranians sent thousands of children, either unarmed or armed only with wooden clubs, into the front lines in massive “human wave” attacks.
