And how would the facts of the matter change? And therefore, how would the verdict change? I think what the Hispanic rabble-rousers are hoping is that a Federal trial would take place in Philadelphia, and therefore have blacks and/or Hispanics on the jury.

Two quick points here.

1.) He wasn’t an “immigrant,” but an alien child molesting invader and thus, had no “rights” whatsoever.

2.) Anyone in this country who claims otherwise, regardless of citizenship, should be hung for treason.

This is the only way, to solve this problem regarding the “undocumented;” no one, no matter what their race or social “status,” must be spared if they put the interests of aliens over the USA or its real citizens.

Or in other words, it is all well and good to be an interloper or “citizen of the world,” just not in the USA.

Why does this statement not make reference to a ‘hate crime’? Do they believe they don’t have enough evidence to make that charge stick? Are they afraid if they pursue that angle that all the facts about who said what will have to be entered into the record as well?

I bet MALDEF succeeds. MALDEF has succeeded in many, many cases where the law was clear yet they managed to overturn it,; and here is the irony, with U.S. taxpayers money.

First, boycott the stinking phony media. Second, somebody start up a defense fund for those kids.Their goose is cooked.Holder will try to lynch ‘em. You can take that to the bank.

I could not agree more. We need to PROSECUTE these vicious youths. Now let’s address the vicious criminals in among our illegal Mexican immigrants and also prosecute them to the maximum extent of the law. Nor should we forget those thousands of illegal Mexican immigrants who see nothing wrong with driving under the influence… or illegal Mexican immigrants making lewd gestures at local White women… even at teen-agers going to school. I mean fairness with respect to human rights and enforcing the law should be extended equally across the board, right? No exceptions for being White? No exceptions for being a Mexican illegal immigrant either, right?
