Korean-American Charged in Rocket Technology Plot

More news stories on Asian Immigrants

Curt Anderson, AP, April 29, 2009

A Korean-American man who served prison time for trying to broker the sale of sarin nerve gas bombs to Iran has been indicted on charges of attempting to export advanced rocket technology to South Korea.

The federal indictment filed Wednesday in Miami charges 68-year-old Juwhan Yun (Joo-‘WAHN Yun) of Short Hills, N.J., with illegally trying to arrange a deal for rocket propulsion systems for a South Korean satellite launch vehicle.

Yun was convicted in 1989 of conspiracy involving the nerve gas plot and served about two years in prison.

The new charges carry a maximum sentence of 60 years. Yun’s attorney and the South Korean embassy in Washington did not immediately return calls seeking comment. Yun was arrested April 15 and is being held without bail.

It would have been much better for national security reasons for America to have remained labor self-sufficient like she was in the past. There was and is no justifiction for importing asian scientists, engineers and computer programmer.

If OUR America had renmained labor-self sufficient like she was in the past, America would still be 90 percent White. But this state of affairs was intolerable to both the REPUBLICAN and Democratic parties-the two parties who are in favor of low wage economy for Native Born White Americans. A Native Born White majority in America is also intolerable for the millions of post-1965 LEGAL IMMIGRANT asians-you know the ones who pay their taxes- and their asian “American” geneline. The intentions of post-1965 asians in OUR AMERICA is to make Native Born White Americans a racial minority. They are very open about this. Say no to Sailer’s citizenship

He only served two years for trying to sell nerve gas? Good thing he wasn’t selling something really dangerous, like amphetamines.

And yet when Wen Ho Lee was justifiably investigated for espionage all the p.c. dorks whined that he was being racially profiled due to Anti-Asian bias.

Since he had previously served only two years for trying to sell nerve gas to Iran and then apparently decided it wasn’t enough, I suspect Yun probably has an insanity defense pretty much nailed-down.

Well, its a good thing he did not deny the Holocaust or he could have gotten life in prison.

I realized last night that Yun can actually get life for this. Three separate federal felony convictions can get one declared as a “habitual offender”, but so can doing the same thing - like weapons trafficking - twice.

If Yun is still on supervision from his previous conviction, the prosecutor can also aggravate this charge, which doubles the sentence.
