Toddlers who turn their noses up at spicy food from overseas could be branded racists by a Government-sponsored agency.
The National Children’s Bureau, which receives £12 million a year, mainly from Government funded organisations, has issued guidance to play leaders and nursery teachers advising them to be alert for racist incidents among youngsters in their care.
This could include a child of as young as three who says “yuk” in response to being served unfamiliar foreign food.
The guidance by the NCB is designed to draw attention to potentially-racist attitudes in youngsters from a young age.
It alerts playgroup leaders that even babies can not be ignored in the drive to root out prejudice as they can “recognise different people in their lives”.
The 366-page guide for staff in charge of pre-school children, called Young Children and Racial Justice, warns: “Racist incidents among children in early years settings tend to be around name-calling, casual thoughtless comments and peer group relationships.”
It advises nursery teachers to be on the alert for childish abuse such as: “blackie”, “Pakis”, “those people” or “they smell”.
The guide goes on to warn that children might also “react negatively to a culinary tradition other than their own by saying ‘yuk’”.
Staff are told: “No racist incident should be ignored. When there is a clear racist incident, it is necessary to be specific in condemning the action.”
Warning that failing to pick children up on their racist attitudes could instil prejudice, the NCB adds that if children “reveal negative attitudes, the lack of censure may indicate to the child that there is nothing unacceptable about such attitudes”.
Nurseries are encouraged to report as many incidents as possible to their local council. The guide added: “Some people think that if a large number of racist incidents are reported, this will reflect badly on the institution. In fact, the opposite is the case.”

I didn’t like spicy food until I was about nine, and soy sauce was simply too salty for me until about the same time. I didn’t eat my first chile rellenos until ten, the last time my family went to our favorite Mexican restaurant before moving to England for seven months. I figured I had better get it done when I could, or I’d be wishing I had for most of a year. Tastes change as children age. The last major change in my sense of taste was when I was about 20, when I developed a very strong aversion to sweet things. I can’t drink sodas anymore. If I want something carbonated and nonalcoholic, I mix cranberry juice with tonic water - the bite of the cranberry juice and the bite of the quinine in the tonic water are a good combination. A friend once tried drinking some of my lemonade. It’s straight lemon juice concentrate and water, with no sugar at all. There was a yell from the kitchen, “Bleah! What’s in this, alum?” About the sweetest thing I can manage to eat anymore is a clementine or a handful of blueberries (better for one than a soda, anyway).
I can’t see how an *English* advisory panel could link a dislike of spicy food with racism, given that English mustard and English horseradish are approximately strong enough to take varnish off a table or paint off an automobile (I like them in sandwiches, and my lunch was stolen at work only once in my whole life). I’ve never had chile or a curry hotter than either, and I like to push the limit when making curries, because I blend my own spices, making the curry pastes from scratch: tikka, vindaloo and saag. I only ever used canned, generic “curry powder” in laksa, as the taste comes out correct. I keep chile con carne milder, mainly because I make it up in 3-gallon batches, and guests are invariably exposed to it.
Given some of the things I have posted to this forum - even those which were printed - over five straight years of active participation here, I think it is safe to say that a like or dislike of spicy foods has absolutely no correlation with “racism”, and that this “government advisory group” simply has too much time and too much taxpayer money on their hands.

Young children might say “yuk” for any one of a thousand reasons, including spurning their favorite food on any given day. This article left me stunned and shaking my head in outrage and indignation.
The National Children’s Bureau need their collective heads examined to even THINK of such twaddle. God help the next generation of European children if this is the way they are going to be “racially sensitized” starting in earliest infancy.
We Americans don’t need to think about emmigrating to Europe, they are further down the road to “diversity hell” than we are.

Britons have gone completely insane. There’s no way else to explain it. How and why have they become so masochistic? From my perspective, the British Governing class has completely lost their minds. I wonder if there has been a bit too much in- breeding. What a peculiar form of group suicide they are practicing. I hope the British (and American) economy crashes totally and that life becomes so miserable that people will be forced to wake up and take action against these insane liberal policies that are so poisonous to the general white population. Not long ago, a white British teenager complained to her teacher that she could not understand what was being said in her group study. The other girls she was assigned to study with were foreign, and spent most of the time speaking in their native language, and ther rest of the time speaking in broken English. Because she dared to complain about it, she was arrested for racial bigotry. The UK has become so insane lately, it would not surprise me in the least if soon 3 year old toddlers are also placed under arrest for some “Thoughtless casual remark” as they put it. There is something freakishly Orwellian about modern day Britain.

Yes, you can find a loony left story in the British press every day. But ditto in the US, Canada, Australia - we’re all in this together, all fighting against a tsunami of unassimilable immigration, and a presiding left-liberal elite too stupid and dishonest to admit that it is destroying us. All the most desirable and successful societies in the world today tend to be not simply white, but Anglo-Saxon in origin. Screening preschoolers for undesirable thought patterns?
Well, what is the next step from here? A dossier that marks the child as a dangerous element and a forced relocation to a school for those with “racist personality disorder”? Potential parents being denied the right to have children if they fail a diversity skills test?

I personally suspect that, after the whites have all fled or been driven out, the sundry “minorities” will fall to fighting among themselves —- until one group or another eventually emerges as paramount and then oppresses or drives out the rest. Contrary to the Marxist dream, it will never be a happy rainbow, once the whites are gone. Do they all love each other in Africa? Or in Asia?

They just keep bowing down, and bending over for their immigrant population. They have already proposed the idea of putting booties on policedogs, to appease Muslims if they need to bring them inside their homes. Now if they need to bring in a policedog, it is usually to sniff out some sort of crime, yet even with criminal suspects they are worrying about offending them. The extreme measures they are going to in the name of political correctness almost smacks of satire. They should be embarassed, but at this point are too far gone to realize how foolish they have become.

Obviously this ordinance is only intended to persecute White British children. A small white child would be deemed racist for saying yuck to chicken curry, or any heavily spiced ethnic food. But an Indian child would never be reprimanded if he complained that the child next to him was eating beef. A Pakistani childs parent would probably even be able to sue, if a white child wiped his greasy fingers on her Muslim child, after eating a ham sandwich. This is all about keeping Whites in check, and letting them know their place in today’s Britain. The sad part is, it seems to be working remarkably well. Why aren’t they protesting loudly? And why are they continuing to give their vote to the Labour party, instead of the BNP? Soon it will be too late for their vote to count at all. They will be the new oppressed minority. Come to think of it, they are already oppressed, only difference is, when they become the minority, their will be no PC party their to see to it they are treated with kid gloves.

This story and accompanying posts just make me shake my head in bewilderment. I wonder what other countries in Europe think of the British? They must be the laughing stock of Europe.

When I first saw this story, I had to check out several UK newspapers on the internet to confirm that this wasn’t some kind of joke making the rounds.
I can visualize the next step: a “friendly” visit to the home of the parents involved to inspect the child’s environment and grill the parents about whether or not they are towing the ridiculous PC line.
In the comments section of one of the papers, there were over 100 posts from its readers, running 90% in a showing of shock and disgust at this. I cannot imagine the average white Brit allowing this insanity to continue much longer.
What has happened to the pride and willingness to fight that must still exist in the genes of this once great nation? Your ancestors have revolted before, you’ve gone through a Civil War and turned back the mighty Spanish Armada. I cannot believe that those genes have mutated so quickly as to now allow an insane government to squeeze out every bit of Britishness that still exists in your beautiful country.
Please search within yourselves and find the courage to put an end to this. The time to salvage what is left of your country is fast approaching. Just as it is for those of us in the US.

It’s not really the children they are after. If a child acts in a way that these race baiters don’t like, they will at first secretly lay it to the PARENTS blame though they are saying now that they are just ‘adjusting’ the CHILDS behavior. The real targets are THE PARENTS and it will only be a short while before THEY will be fined or hauled to court for their childs ‘offensive’ behavior. Thus, the state exercises complete control over everyones life by instilling fear in every individual. What passes as diversity or ‘cohesion’ is nothing more than another form of tyranny. Back in the day it was called Communism but God forbid we should ever declare the truth. A fine or imprisonment would result. Wake up, U.K. Your time is very limited.

If that 90% figure is any true indicator of the attitudes of the British public, then it is also a shocking revelation of how little the government there is responsive to the public will, and of how little actual democratic representation the British people actually have. In other words, there is a left-wing dictatorship ensconced in power, imposing itself on the country under the pretense of democratic rule.

Hardly. All of the White countries have exactly the same problems, and some have it even worse. For instance, it has been policy in Germany for several years to jail White citizens for politically incorrect speech, and to jail, deport, and refuse entrance visas to White visitors who become known for politically incorrect speech, writings, etc., even when it takes place outside of Germany and within supposedly free-speech countries (USA, etc… Historian David Irving is permanently banned from German soil for daring to impart some rather glaring truths about the “Holocaust” and made it out of the country mere inches ahead of handcuffs.). The National Alliance reported a few years ago on a man who was violently arrested and seriously injured in West Virginia due to an arrest warrant from Germany for his writings while he was in the United States and covered under the First Amendment. “Our” government also assisted in the arrest of another fellow while visiting relatives in a third-party country (either Belgium or Denmark, as I recall) for a similar “offense”. Ernst Zundel, a Canadian citizen living and publishing in the United States, ditto. And on and on. Get caught on German soil mildly questioning even the most ridiculous and easily-disproved “Holocaust” tales (“The horror… The horror…”)? Five years hard time in big-boy prison for the terrible felony of, get this, “defaming the dead” or “disrespecting the memory of the dead” or some such drivel. Believe me, NOBODY (normal White people, at least) is laughing about any of this stuff. There is plenty of real horror to go around these days, and unfortunately, it is going to get a lot worse before it gets any better.
