The Coatesville Police Department continues to receive reports of black city residents robbing, assaulting and raping Hispanic immigrants, according to Police Chief William Matthews.
And, if the activity is not stopped, police say it could trigger the formation of violent Hispanic gangs as a type of cultural protection.
With the city’s black community, growing immigrant population—many of whom do not speak English—combined with the city’s social issues, “It’s not long before you have black-on-brown crime,” said Matthews. “And we’re seeing the beginning of that.”

Matthews said African Americans are targeting Hispanics who are vulnerable. The victims do not speak English and often do not report crimes to the police out of fear their immigration status will be questioned, he said.
African Americans are responsible for robbing, assaulting and raping Hispanics, as well as invading their homes, Matthews said.

Matthews said some immigrants do not trust the police in their home countries and the mindset travels with them here.

If the issue is not dealt with soon, Matthews said, the city could face the worst crime it has ever seen when Hispanic victims or their relatives resort to forming notoriously violent gangs, like MS-13, to defend their community.
“If we don’t get our arms around this problem, organized gangs will fill the vacancies,” Matthews said. “There is no violence that’s happened in this city that can compare to the violence that could take its place.”
To address the language barrier, Matthews recently hired four Spanish-speaking officers.
“That’s one of the reasons we tried so hard to get Spanish-speaking officers—we couldn’t speak to them. We had to use an interpreter,” Matthews said outside Thursday’s meeting. “Members of the Hispanic community have come up to me and said thank you because they were able to pull an officer to the side and speak to them.”
Matthews said he is putting together an advisory board of Hispanic residents. The panel, he said, will recommend police procedures that would enable immigrants to report incidents without fear of deportation.
The Hispanic population has been steadily growing throughout the county for years. Most Hispanic immigrants in the county are from Mexico, experts say.

I can’t wait for the Hazleton verdict to be overturned in Appeals Court. I really think it can happen because that judge is not a Clinton appointee, as was the first one. Once that happens, I think it will open the floodgates for towns across the country. Well, here’s hoping…..

In the event of a racial/ethnic civil war, hispanics and blacks will be very busy while going at each other…actually blacks will also have to deal with chinese, koreans, indians, pakistanis, russians, and everyone else who has developed a dislike of blacks… in a neighborhood to neighborhood type of civil war, everyone will become united against blacks…after blacks are defeated, everyone will become united against hispanics, including may hispanics who will side with the whites…and after those hispanics are defeated, maybe we will have some peace and civility…

White taxpayers now must pay for police and social programs to try to keep the peace between Africans and New World Indians, and then will pay again to arrest, adjudicate, and house the violators in prison. While European-Americans are “happily” handing over a substantial portion of their paycheck each month for these needs, they continue to serve as victims of both groups, and continue to pay higher insurance costs because of the massive crime and destruction both groups inflict on our society.
How much more of our paycheck would we get to keep, if America was all European?

We do not have to worry about that. These Hispanics are not guilt ridden like Whites and they will fight back once they have the numbers. Thank God the truth is coming forward. However, black racist africans are also raping, robbing, and looting Caucasians even moreso than the Mexicans. We need to take ques from the Mexican gangs who fight back. I respect them greatly and they are my role models for how we need to conduct ourselves to protect our Civil Rights which the filthy rotten Federal and State and City Governments will not do.

That’s news to me. From what I’ve seen the Mexicans flat run the blacks out of an area. In NE Kansas City, mo. the mexicans have almost totally eradicated the blacks (a good thing). They have started thriving businesses in once abondoned buildings. The neighborhood has vastly improved with trashy houses being rehabbed. Same old story, whites build, blacks tear down but now the mexicans are bringing areas back up again by running the blacks out.

Blacks are such natural predators, they will attack anything.
It’s because of their past in the jungle that they naturally must prey on weaker creatures. They come from primitive hunter gatherer roots where they’re incapable of growing, building or maintaining anything. Thus, they must take from nature, and that’s the only way they know how to survive.

I lived in Houston TX when the courts ordered our school integrated, that was in 1966. Prior to that our school was about 75 percent Anglo and 25 percent Mexican, maybe a bit more. They bussed in about a dozen or so blacks. The Mexicans were waiting for them. As soon as the blacks got off the bux the Mexicans kicked their butts, but good. In the end only about 3 or 4 blacks made it through the year. Years later in Minneapolis where I lived, blacks started moving into our neighborhood little by little. After awhile there was a big Mexican influx which eventually drove most of the blacks out. Blacks are now complaining that Mexicans are engaged in ethnic cleansing of certain areas, especially in California, with many blacks fleeing to Georgia and other Southern states.

I have been suspecting that the Latino “gangs” in CA, etc., are a form of private militia to protect their community from blacks.
When the Latino gangs randomly shoot any blacks, including children who move into Latino neighborhoods, they send out the message that the blacks need to keep out of Latino areas. My sympathy and salute go out to the Latinos and their militia forces in their struggle to protect their homes, families, their women and children. It is the common struggle of all non-black people in this country.

Since AR has recently featured a story on Wikipedia and Race I thought they might like to know that I looked up Coatesville on Wiki’s site and it says that the towns Demographic is nearly 42% White, 49% Black, 4.60% from other races, 3.42% from two or other races, about 1% Asian, Am Indian, and Pac Islander, and 10.75% Hispanic.
So, they have the distinction of having a popultion of 106%!
Unless I’m missing something, Wiki needs to think less about its Ideology, and more about Math. With its resources I’m sure it can afford a calculator.

Note the ominous tone of voice. And with good reason. You don’t have to be a Police Officer, you only have to read the papers or websites like AR or VDARE or the many, many others that are, thankfully, out there, to know what this man is implying.
He is saying, in so many words, “Hey Black people! I’m talking about you. Ya see, the general trend in this Country concerning Black and Hispanic relations is…..well, have you ever heard of a place called Los Angeles? Ok, good. Well, that is a model for Black and Hispanic relations. And it’s based on something we refer to in the english language as “ethnic cleansing.” No, that isn’t when we give each ethnice group a bath. It is when one ethnic group gets as many guns as it can put its hands on and, well, opens fire.
So, if ya know what’s good for ya…I mean, we’re a town of just over 10,000 people. If the word spreads, and keep in mind, this is the Age of the Internet, that you are raping and killing Hispanics, well, there will be 20,000 people here faster than you can say the Alamo, and they won’t be Policemen. So, what I suggest is - LAY LOW!
If you don’t, the City of Coatesville will be forced to produce, at tax-payer expense, t-shirts for every Black Man, Woman and Child in this town, that says “Purge Me Baby!”
But layin’ low is NOT what Blacks do.

From what I’ve seen Mexicans simply replace blacks in an area. In Los Angeles, CA the mexicans are making great inroads into black areas using terrorism and violence. The neighborhoods remain at least as bad if not worse with roving gangs of La Raza patrolling their new barrios. Same old story, whites build, blacks and mexicans tear down.

I don’t want them all here, and while I’m partly Cherokee and Tuskarora and married to a Japanese, and so a “race-traitor” according to the hate mail I receive, I met a lot of Mexicans when I was in prison. They were always fair with me.
I’m partly European, and partly Amerind. The Mexicans were a mixture of different Europeans and different Amerinds.
What happens when someone starts picking on you in lockup when you have Mexican friends? They all come running to help you. Not just your own friends, but all their friends as well.
They’re not always nice, however. I was wandering around my old college campus in 1995 when some Mexican high school students yelled at me (just the males). I spoke to them in Russian, and pretended not to understand English. Their teacher arrived and addressed me, and I spoke with her very slowly in German. She was embarrassed for them.

As we are now seeing in southern California, the real danger is that such violence will breed emnity and hatred over generations, ultimately culminating in a Balkan style ‘turf’ conflict.
As such the portents are omninous, but for once ‘Whitey’ is not involved.

You are right Kenelm Digby. Only 9% of students in Los Angeles Unified School District are white now and except for a handful of very small wealthy enclaves such as Bel-Air and Beverly Hills they won’t be having white families and procreating whites in Los Angeles. Most of those that don’t mix race will eventually relocate (especially after their baby boomer parents pass on). We are seeing the end of whites in the City of Los Angeles on any numerical material amount right before our eyes in one more revolution.

Have you been hiding under a rock lately? An all out turf war is already in progress, Hispanic gangs have already taken over and declared war, not just on black gangs, but innocent blacks, and on whites as well. They want the southwestern United States and they intend to take it. Read some “Reconquista” articles and then ask youself if Whitey isn’t involved. As for blacks, they just simply refuse to live in close proximity to blacks and drive them out of a Hispanic neighborhood by any means at hand.

Surveys show that over 50% of Hispanics distrust blacks and think they are more likely to be criminals. These people don’t have to be rocket scientists to know what’s going down. Hispanics/Mexicans — call them what you will — do commit a LOT of crimes. So either you have a hundred or so rotten apples racing around the country in hypersonic scramjets to to their crimes… or the number of rotten apples in the “Hispanic barrel” is far, far greater than we are told to believe.
California, Arizona, Texas, Colorado, even Utah have a high illegal immigrant population. With the CRIME RATE reflecting that. Look at Mexico’s cultural mindset that crime (theft, corruption) is an acceptable part of life, and you can understand WHY so many illegals are CRIMINALS in addition to being criminal illegal aliens.

Michael C. Scott commented on the Mexicans in prison. Which speaks for itself… like WHY would they be locked up, if not for commiting felony crimes?
As to Whites choosing to support Blacks OR Hispanics in their struggles… neither group is worth wasting sympathy on. Blacks and Hispanics being in a dead head for the dubious honor of which ethnic group commits the most crimes annually in our country.

I live in Southwestern PA.
Basically there is no Hispanic population here to speak of. Virtually none. And, once you’re about 35 miles or so in any direction from Pittburgh, there is basically no black population to speak of either. Here and there are some small enclaves of blacks that far out from the city, but for the most part they are well behaved, being so vastly out numbered.
I read these reports about Hispanics from all over the country, and have a hard time trying to visualize the problems people are experiencing. There was a report out last year, posted on AR as well, that listed Southwestern PA as being one of the most white locations in the country. Glad to be here.

From my experience living in Cali and Colorado the Hispanics move into an area where whites just wont/cant go into areas where whites can indeed go. My experiences with Hispanics are that they have little to no problems with whites. They work for whites, for the most part, and always get along with them because they are such good workers. Blacks dont get along with anybody because they are such angry, lazy sociopaths. Anybody who lives near large concentrations of blacks come away with the same feelings about them REGARDLESS of race. Smile at a hispanic and he will probably smile back. Smile at a black guy and your asking for trouble. EVERYBODY knows what I mean.
I hope this gets posted because I think many here are off base about Hispanics. They arent our enemy. Sure there are extremists with loud mouths but would you rather have blacks? Sure there is a flood of illegals and we must address that. But Hispanics come here to work and support the families they have. Blacks create bastards and whine for handouts. We must ally with the hispanics. We must take their side in the fight against blacks. How many people have worked with Hispanics AND blacks? Tell us your experiences I bet they will mirror mine.
Many have bad experiences, but most have good ones. I employ eight Hispanics, (out of 21) and LOVE everyone of them. No absenteeism. No complainers. Always willing to work.
If we replaced every black with 5 hispanics, this would be a GREAT country.

There have been Hispanic gangs in LA for nearly a century, long before there was a significant black presence there. Even today, hispanic gangs fight each other much more often than they do blacks.

Interestingly, MS-13 was formed during the 80s in LA to protect Salvadorans from Mexican gangs, not blacks.

For the info on the demographics of US states, counties, cities, etc. Wikipedia uses the official US Census Bureau figures, either those of the 2000 Census, or more recent Census Bureau estimates.
The reason these figures can add up to more than 100% is that Hispanics are counted differently than, and in addition to, the specific races like White, Black, etc.
The White figures include White Hispanics, the Black figures include Black Hispanics, and so on. Then, to top it all off, Hispanics of all races are also given a special enumeration, this being the “Hispanic” population mentioned.
To find the real percentage of non-Hispanic Whites, you have to subtract from 100% all the various races, then subtract the “Hispanic” figure.
In the case of Coatesville, the actual “Non-Hispanic White” percentage of the population is 31.23%.

In terms of IQ and all the ramification that go along with it [i.e. the propensity for crime vs. good citizenship], Hispanics represent an intermediary group between Blacks and Whites[plus East Asians] on opposite extremes of the spectrum.
So it probably stands to reason that Hispanics might make slightly better nighbors than Blacks, but that still does not make them an adequate substitute for a White population.
A Hispanic nighborhood is still inhospitable to Whites ….as well as to Blacks.

I grew up in Philly — even 5-6 decades ago Black crime was out of control. Huge parts of the city vandalized and trashed by the Black inhabitants. West Philly, once one of Philadelphia’s showplaces, trashed to unrecognizability by Blacks. Yeah, I know. I used to work in the University area and seeing remnants of once beautiful stately homes covered with graffiti, with trash, garbage and destruction for its on sweet sake everywhere, was disgusting, to say the least.
A good friend left Pennsylvania not long ago. Got tired of supporting the indigent and useless Black population with his taxes. As to crime… he worked for the state prison system and knows of what he speaks.
Cities with large Hispanic populations have matching high crime. Not popular to admit in public, but that don’t make the crime rate go away! Mexicans, which form the majority of the Hispanic illegal immigrants, have a mentality that theft, crime is ok, as long as you can get away with it. Mexico being well-known for crime and corruption running rampant. With police officers and government officials always on the take (bribery, payoffs).
Admittedly much of Mexican crime would be considered “small stuff” like shoplifting, burglary, petty thefts. Stuff you’d never expect to hear on the ten o’clock newscast. Of course Mexicans go for car thefts, muggings (if they outnumber their victim), even rape, and murder. All of which are featured quite often in our Houston news. Our lying mealy-mouth politicians bend over backwards to downplay how bad crime by illegal immigrants really is. Like listing the criminals as Caucasian (White) when compiling crime statistics.
Do yourself, your friends and neighbors a favor. MAKE THEM AWARE OF THE TRUTH! Look at Hazelton… they learned p.d.q. what being flooded with illegal immigrants means to their community. Other cities and towns also found out the hard way.
San Antonio, once a beautiful central Texas city, is so overrun with Mexicans we no longer visit it. Crime is high. No, the Chamber of Commerce won’t admit it. You get the truth via the Internet. From friends. From reading the S.A. newspaper on the Internet. Phoenix, Arizona — a high crime rate thanks to illegals making the city their first stop after walking over the border. Using the proceeds of their thefts and muggings to finance the next stage of their trip. Southern California… If you don’t know how bad the crime picture really is… you have to be living at the bottom of a deep cave. Most of the crime being done by illegal immigrants and their teenage kids.
So TALK to friends, neighbors. Tell them what you learn reading our website. We have to get the truth out. In spite of the efforts by our elected officials to hide it from our people!

There appears to be little love lost between blacks and Hispanics in the US, relations between the two groups in the dreary old milltown of Coatesville being typical.
Given that Hispanics now heavily outnumber blacks in this country, in the unlikely event that John McCain becomes our next president he will owe his victory to the Hispanic vote.

Now why would you need to put “Harvard Grad”?
If you went there then you must know that today an “A” at Harvard stands for - Average.
In which case, you would ID yourself as “Harvard Grad” as a way of being ironic. Though I doubt that’s the case.
If not, then it’s clear you use that ID because you are proud of being a Harvard Grad* - in which case someone should remind you of the saying that goes “discretion is the better part of valor.”
* In spite of the fact that “A” stands for Average. And your NOT knowing this would not only be proof you’re average, but that you incredibly Vain as well.

Actually, it is 37%, because “other races” does not even exist. Here is what you do in all of these cases:
Add the Hispanics, mixed race and A-AI-PI together. We get 15%. Add to Blacks, as all Hispanics in this city are from Mexico. We get 64%. Add up to 100 or subtract from 100 to get Whites. This town is 36% White.

Hispanic homicide rates are about half the Black rate, and their propensity for other crimes falls pretty much along that proportion, making allowances for cultural preferences like auto theft. Half of their children are, at present, bastards, and they also share, to a somewhat lesser degree, the Blacks aversion to learning. We could approximate Captain Kirkegaard’s great country by giving every Black male a White female to keep as his personal brood mare. That’s what Mexicans amount to, a halfway stop between Black chaos and White civilization.

A small # of Hispanics, up to 10-15% or so, = ok. You can live with it. It’s tolerable. No real, significant and lifestyle-destroying problems. In many cases, you will hardly even notice them. Higher-income communities are better.
A large # of Hispanics = Bad news.
Any locale with over 60% Hispanics = Hispanic-wrecked.
If you don’t know what Hispanic-wrecked is, come out here to California sometime and we will show you. You do NOT NOT NOT want to have large #’s of these people in your city. Forget it. “They are better than Blacks”. Well, gosh, just about any ethnic group, or even any non-human animal group, on Earth has a lower crime and havoc rate than Blacks. Even grizzly bears cause vastly less damage than Blacks, and grizzlies are as mean as they come.

You wish. They have destroyed my old neighborhood, church and school; indeed they have destroyed most my old city and they do the same everywhere. They noisily demand entry to white created institutions like schools, space centers, and then demand standards be lowered so they can compete. If they still can’t compete they sue for racism.
They have the power whites give them. The power of angry, envious 8 year olds with big, powerful bodies.
Back to Hispanics. They are bringing down the general standard of living by their great numbers and drain on the hopsitals and schools. However, they do not totally destroy the urban environment as do blacks. An entirely hispanic neighborhood has a pulse, it it not necessarily lethal to nonblacks. They do fix things up and actually do work on their own volition. A majority Hispanic population will be the end of the U.S. we knew but it is not the totally atomized environment it would be if it were majority black.

Granted, hispanics are far better than blacks. I’ll give you that. I’m from Texas and we have a lot of them. However, hispanics still do cause crime at 3-4 times that of whites and have a very very heavy amount of welfare usage. Though hispanics may be much easier to get along with then blacks(almost anybody is), they still are a different ethnicity with a different language and culture and see themselves as seperate and distinct. Our country was built as a european-american culture, NOT a latin american one. If we continue to allow in large numbers of hispanics, we will change the culture and language of our country and turn into a latin american one. In other words, america as we know it will be replaced and turned into something else and THAT is why we must halt immigration and repartriate the illegals. Either that, or lose our country to mexico.

To Mr. Scott,
I would not say marrying a Japanese makes you a “race-traitor”. The Japanese have a proud and noble history. They are the only non-White race wich has ever mounted a serious military challenge to any White nation. The Japanese are worthy of much respect.
I also recognize what you have said about the Hispanics you encountered during incarceration. Anyone would do well to learn from these experiences you share.

Wow, the lengths to which some guys will go to deny the facts. Regardless of what you think of a particular race/culture, the fact is his child is not white, which is a big deal to a lot of people on this site (I will assume from your post that you share the opinion that race matters). Is it ok for a white woman to marry and procreate with a Japanese man? I would be seriously surprised if you were to say “Yes. Because he is of a proud and noble people.”
Personally, I don’t give a rip about “race-mixing”, but it’s annoying when people dance around the truth of the matter like a crooked lawyer. Either he procreates with a white woman and creates white children or he doesn’t. Period. You can like and respect the guy (M. Scott), and still call it like it is without all the equivocations.
