FBI, Sheriff: Lynching Report False

Julie Bisbee, (Oklahoma), June 2, 2008

A black man who told police he was nearly lynched by a group of white men actually ran into a clothesline after arguing with his wife, said Carter County Sheriff Ken Grace.

Last week, the man whose name was not immediately available, called the sheriff and said a group of men tried to hang him in rural Carter County after he stopped to help an elderly farmer round up straying cattle.

“He said they accused him of stealing cattle, wrapped a rope around his neck and dragged him around and beat him,” Grace said. “Later, he admitted that he was arguing with his wife at an apartment complex and went running through the yard and ran into a clothesline and got the burn on his neck. His wife confirmed that.”

“We looked into the alleged incident and found no evidence of any federal criminal violations and we consider the matter closed,” FBI spokesman Gary Johnson said.

Now county law officials are considering turning over a case on the man who apparently made the false lynching report, Grace said.

How this man imagined that a fight with his wife and a run-in with a clothesline could gain him his 15 minutes of fame and his million dollars is beyond me.

“Grace said the FBI was immediately called when the report of a lynching came in.”

100 white women are raped by black racists everyday and the FBI is never called.
How long do we put up with this travesty?

Couldn’t pass up an opportunity like a rope burn on his neck!

send that moron to jail or prison….isn’t it a crime to report false info to the police especially the FBI????? But I bet some black stupid judge will simply give him a tap on his wrist…and give him a big hug….but say…some white guy had a noose on his truck….he will be in jail in a New York minute….that’s how it works….blacks can do what the hell ever they please!

He was running away from his wife? Ha ha ha. Go get ‘em Saphirre! So much more manly to accuse “whites”,but why report anything at all??

Posted by at 7:29 PM on June 3

Why was he not charge with filing a false report? For that matter since this “crime” has implication of so called “hate charges” he should likewise be charged.

Why does the FBI consider this case “closed”!? IT’S NOT “CLOSED”! We still have this clearly racial HOAXER to deal with. This hoax has already cost taxpayers hard earned money to bring the FBI and local law enforcment into it needlessly. The cost could have gone much higher had they not found it out as quickly as they did! And there is the false claim of “Whites” doing this to him implicating an entire race of people, CLEARLY a HATE CRIME!

“Something like that is the worse you can ever imagine, no matter what the color. Thank God it wasn’t true.”

Notice the dramatic commentary by the sheriff. When a real horrific crime occurs against a whiter person law enforcement agents almost always remain dispassionate without any commentary.

“Isn’t it a crime to report false info to the police, especially the FBI?”

Yes, it is. When you lie to law-enforcement officers about a misdemeanor, it is misdemeanor “false-reporting”. When you lie to them about a felony, though - which this idiot did - it is felony “obstruction of justice”, which is exactly what got Martha Stewart in trouble.

One is never actually *required* to talk to police, but anything one does tell them had better be the truth.

The feds won’t take this case, in spite of it being a racially-motivated hate lie. This perp lives in apartment complex that has a clothesline, which means no driers in the rooms. He is therefore unlikely to own any property they can seize more valuable than a glass pipe.

Our Justice Dept. must be infested with Communists.

Sure enough to make you wonder, right? NPR Radio interviewed a Black female attorney/writer who CLAIMED to have researched and documented over 5,000 LYNCHINGS between the end of the Civil War and 1965. Emphasis on claimed!

To hear this Black female tell it in the interview, lynching Blacks apparently would have outdrawn today’s football, basketball and baseball combined, as a national sport. The implication of 5,000 lynchings over a 100-year span averaging out to some 50 murders a year!

Sure, initially the curve would have to have been steeper, dropping sharply… but even so, I’m not able bring myself to BELIEVE this woman’s wild claims.

Like those incessant lies from phony, lying Obama. Claiming this, claiming that… Blacks have a massive credibility problem… not unlike the Billary Clinton duo.

“Notice the dramatic commentary by the sheriff. When a real horrific crime occurs against a whiter person law enforcement agents almost always remain dispassionate without any commentary.”

Exactly.

This agents reaction is to be overwhelmed by the fact it was only a hoax.

I also like this quote:

“We were going to figure out if something like that did happen, no matter what it took”

No matter what it took. It sounds to me that this agent was ready to lynch the alleged lynchers ‘no matter what it took’.

This is ‘crime fighting’ today. Going after non-criminals for non-offenses and letting criminals roam free without for of prosecution or repercussions.

If you are not USED TO IT by now…GET used to it!…MORE AND MORE “lynching”…”noose”…”hate” speach and crimes will be reported by the BLACKS against the WHITES…and it WILL be an OBAMA FBI who WILL investigate every one of these reports!

A black man, whose name was not immediately available…

You can BET that if he was a WHITE man accused of hanging a noose or saying something “considered” hateful…HIS name would be all over the NEWS!

Told police he was nearly lynched by a group of white men… actually ran into a clothesline after arguing with his wife…county law officials are considering turning over a case on the man who apparently made the false lynching report…

This is called FILING A FALSE POLICE REPORT!…it’s a CRIME that a person is SUPPOSED to be ARRESTED for!…so WHY are they “considering” turning the case over?

“We looked into the alleged incident and found no evidence of any federal criminal violations and we consider the matter closed,” FBI spokesman Gary Johnson said…

RIGHT!…yet, had a WHITE man filed a FALSE report…claiming that a group of BLACK men had attacked him and tried to lynch him…and after finding it was a FALSE complaint…you can BET that the FBI would find SOME THING to charge HIM with!…but, as we all know…the ForBlacksInterests find EVERY EXCUSE in the book to give the BLACKS a FREE PASS while WE have to TOE THE LINE!

Trust me…it WILL get worse!

I wouldn’t call blacks outrageous liars. Let’s just say they are … erm … prone to gross exaggeration. Of course it’s a legacy of slavery, of that there’s no doubt.

”…a group of men tried to hang him in rural Carter County after he stopped to help an elderly farmer round up straying cattle.

He said they accused him of stealing cattle, wrapped a rope around his neck and dragged him around and beat him,” Grace said. “Later, he admitted that he was arguing with his wife at an apartment complex and went running through the yard and ran into a clothesline and got the burn on his neck. His wife confirmed that.”

I mean the above proves he was half-right, in a ghetto-lying kinda way. So those responsible for leaving that clothesline strung up there had better just settle out of court for huge financial damages for trauma & pain suffered.

Please don’t circulate this story as no more Africans will want to emigrate to the USA when they hear of these horrible Wild West near-lynchings.

You know, if his wife was white, he could probably use that in court as a defense and get away with it.

Posted by at 1:02 PM on June 4

They consider the matter closed, eh? Filing a false police report. Wasting the time and resources of several levels of law enforcement. Making a race-based claim of injustice… which sound like a hate crime to ME.

Meanwhile, if I tie a taut-line hitch to secure a load on my truck and some black claims it’s a “noose”, I’m in for hate crime charges!

Martha Stewart was convicted of lying (she said she was innocent) to investigators and went to jail for 6 months and then was under house arrest. She even got into trouble because they caught her outside on her OWN PROPERTY and loaded more restrictions on her. This guy lies & nothing happens! Yes, there is truly one law for whites and another for whites.

I always stop when I see someone rounding up cattle and ask if they need help. Doesn’t everyone else? And wasn’t this from some western movie, like “Hang ‘Em High?” The sheriff must be a moron if believed this idiot’s tale. Accused of stealing cattle in OK? File this in the Professor Constantine at Columbia University drawer. That case is still “unsolved.” Maybe those angry cowboys have made their way from NYC to Oklahoma over the past year! Perhaps the Carter Co. Sheriff’s office should call the NYPD for help.

“NPR Radio interviewed a Black female attorney/writer who CLAIMED to have researched and documented over 5,000 LYNCHINGS between the end of the Civil War and 1965.”

Actually, I could believe this number. Apparently many of the blacks who were lynched were never killed only ‘scared’.

Perhaps these investigations into lynching are going about this totally wrong however. Just let it be known the blacks who were lynched were all guilty of committing a hate crime, and delve all into the subject. That should clear things up.

What could be worse in our society than committing a hate crime?
Now, if publicly, by way of the media, accusing blacks of committing hate crimes, not in some skewed way (I can’t even imagine such a thing being done) but honestly, in direct proportion to the violence they commit - if this happens to lesson the impact of any stigma against hate crimes, then so be it.

Perhaps we should designate a law to do this retroactively. A hate crimes identification law like this is just what is needed. Do this, say, the exact way ‘employment’ is equalized. Take the ratio of crime committed by the better achieving group, in this case, whites, and compare it to the ratio of crimes committed by the other group, in this case blacks. Any additional crimes committed by the lower achieving group must surely be do to, yes, racism. Racism, in the mind, in this case not of an employer, but of a suspect, and it must be a hate crime. I’m sure detached and objective observers at say American Renaissance could be trusted to analyze these details.

Being blacks are 11 times more likely than whites to murder (who knows how much more likely to commit racial murder), 43 times more likely to commit assault, and 600 times more likely to commit interracial rape: there must be an awful number of acts of violence out there that must surely be labeled hate crimes. We must label them. Justice demands a passionless and unwavering resolve.

It’s never too late to demand justice. One way of demanding that is to demand being better informed. Freedom of information should be more than just a theory.

On talk radio this morning a black related how enraged he would be IF he were called boy. At this moment I thought of the 37,000 White women raped each and every year by blacks. What did the radio host say to his rage? No response, no comment, Jamie Allman just as usual. What will the obamas say in response to questions about black-all-over-White crime?

Posted by Lars at 6:20 PM on June 4

Presumably the wife knew from the word go that her husband was lying, and did absolutely nothing to dispel the racist false charges her husband had made.

Cute bunch.

Those who level false hate crime charges should be tried for hate crimes. If it’s a crime for white men to drag a black man around by his neck and leave a burn mark on his neck, why is it not a crime for a black man to give himself the same burn mark and blame it on whites? If it’s a crime for a white man to paint a Swastika on someone’s house as a means to create an atmosphere of terror, then it should be an identical crime for a black man to paint the same Swastika on the same house to create the very same atmosphere of terror.

Pretty soon the modern liberals will have laws implemented to make ropes a dangerous weapon. Registration for ropes will become mandatory with all the requisite paperwork, fingerprints, background checks etc… and using a rope in the commission of a crime will carry enhanced sentencing.
