More news stories on Crime

Randy Beamer, WOAI-TV (San Antonio), May 16, 2008

A San Antonio civil rights attorney pleaded guilty to misusing money he recovered on behalf of a client.

James Myart pleaded guilty to taking more than $13,000 that was supposed to go to one of his clients.

As part of the plea deal Myart surrendered his license to be an attorney.

He also admitted to a 2005 shoplifting charge and to lying about being attacked by police back in 2006.

Myart will be sentenced in June.

James Myart’s rap sheet seems to be a perfect match to his self-described occupation as a “Civil Rights Attorney”.

Will Myart hire a white attorney? Maybe a lawyer from the S.P.L.C. will jump at the opportunity to defend him.

“As part of the plea deal Myart surrendered his license to be an attorney.”

$13000 vs a law license?

No wonder blacks don’t invest in mutual funds; it would require some foresight!

Myart’s obviously only in training. With a little more experience he can exchange one SA for another (San Antonio to South Africa) where he can learn from the Grand Master himself, Thabo Mbeki - here’s a clip from a press anouncement issued on 20 Feb 2007

{snip}
A department of public works spokesperson said his department would issue a statement on Tuesday on a new security wall for President Thabo Mbeki’s official residence in Pretoria, Beeld reported.

The daily said it had learned that the wall would cost R90-million and would be imported.

The newspaper said this additional security measure for the president would “raise people’s eyebrows” in view of Mbeki’s perception that crime was not out of control in South Africa. - Sapa

That’s just over a million US dollars FOR A WALL

Guess who’s footing the bill - whitey tax payer

The picture of the perp was really not necessary. Being predictable from the charges and context of the story. LOL

Now just THINK OF THE SCANDALS should the OBAMINATION make it to the White House. A whole new world for the media to feed on. Which they will… with a vengeance… Bet on it!
