An extremist Mexican “La Raza” group that annually gets millions of U.S. federal grant dollars will receive even more taxpayer money in the next few years thanks to a Massachusetts congressman’s multi million-dollar earmark to counsel Hispanics about housing.

The National Council of La Raza already got $1.3 million from the Department of Housing and Urban Development this year to conduct “comprehensive housing counseling” for Hispanics, whether they are in the country legally or not. Now the radical group that advocates the return of the American Southwest to Mexico, will get an additional $15 million thanks to an earmark inserted by Massachusetts Democrat Barney Frank in a housing bill.

{snip}

The group uses its U.S. tax dollars to fund projects like a Southern California elementary school with a curriculum that specializes in bashing America and promoting the Chicano movement. The school’s founder and principal, a Calexico-educated activist named Marcos Aguilar, opposes racial integration and says Mexicans in the U.S. don’t want to go to white schools or drink from white water fountains.

Jared Taylor should change the name of the New Century Foundation to “The Race,” and see if it can get millions in Federal housing money.

I wrote a blog post about this last June. In 2004, La Raza got nearly 20% of its total income from Uncle Sugar. No one can say that a tyranny of the majority operates in America.

“Marcos Aguilar, opposes racial integration and says Mexicans in the U.S. don’t want to go to white schools or drink from white water fountains”

Marcos Aguilar is friends with Antonio Villaragosa, whom he attended UCLA with, and I believe they were in MECHA together. He’s also friends with the terrorist on trial for parking his car on the railroad tracks in Glendale,Juan Manuel Alvarez, they were in a dance troop called dance Azteca together.

I have the wonderful privilege of subsidizing my own dispossession.

What a great country we live in!

This is perhaps the most outrageous misuse of taxpayers’ money and governmental abuse of our trust that I have ever heard of.

*The school’s founder and principal, a Calexico-educated activist named Marcos Aguilar, opposes racial integration and says Mexicans in the U.S. don’t want to go to white schools or drink from white water fountains.*

Yet - bizarrely enough - they are quite content to infest “The White Man’s Cities”, and “The White Man’s Country”.

The absolute idiocy of the assorted Mexican, and other Central/Southern American mestizos in the United States is amusing - according to “La Raza” logic, Portugese mulattoes have the ‘same rights’ to inhabit England as the native Englishmen. This is excluding the fact that *America is only what it is due to predominantly-Northern-European settlers*.

Just wait ‘til La Raza attempts to reclaim it’s “other heritage” in Spain…

Let me figure this out…..La Raza supports illegal immigration and has been proven to physically assist these criminals. And now our government gives them $35 million to assist them with helping the invasion of America. Now my question would be why hasn’t our government arrested the La Raza leadership for aiding in the commission of a crime rather that give them money?

Posted by at 6:52 AM on May 13

This only confirms more of the same. For some unknown reason, our own government is trying desperately to replace us with as many illegal workers as possible. I wonder if these unskilled, uneducated workers will be paying as much in taxes as we do? Looks like they’re killing the golden goose. The illegals surely can’t keep our elected officials in the style to which they’ve become accustomed. Of course, big business can be very “appreciative” toward those who keep sending it a supply of cheap labor.

“The school’s founder and principal, a Calexico-educated activist named Marcos Aguilar, opposes racial integration and says Mexicans in the U.S. don’t want to go to white schools or drink from white water fountains.”

And they wouldn’t have to, if only they stayed in Mexico. Simple as that.

Appeasement never works especially with the under-developed. They will want more and more and see it as their right but you already have had vast experience of that problem.

Ask the Presidential contenders for their opinions and do not accept political-speak answers i.e., no answers at all that make sense.

Phrase the questions for only yes or no answers.

“Appeasement never works especially with the under-developed. They will want more and more and see it as their right but you already have had vast experience of that problem.”

Ayn Rand On Appeasement (Note: The first article in the first issue of the Objectivist (1/66) was entitled Altruism as Appeasement)

Do not confuse appeasement with tactfulness or generosity. Appeasement is not consideration for the feelings of others, it is consideration for and compliance with the unjust, irrational and evil feelings of others. It is a policy of exempting the emotions of others from moral judgment, and of willingness to sacrifice innocent, virtuous victims to the evil malice of such emotions.

The truly and deliberately evil men are a very small minority; it is the appeaser who unleashes them on mankind; it is the appeaser’s intellectual abdication that invites them to take over. When a culture’s dominant trend is geared to irrationality, the thugs win over the appeasers. When intellectual leaders fail to foster the best in the mixed, unformed, vacillating character of people at large, the thugs are sure to bring out the worst. When the ablest men turn into cowards, the average men turn into brutes.

It is understandable that men might seek to hide their vices from the eyes of people whose judgment they respect. But there are men who hide their virtues from the eyes of monsters. There are men who apologize for their own achievements, deride their own values, debase their own character—for the sake of pleasing those they know to be stupid, corrupt, malicious, evil.

[Intellectual appeasement] is an attempt to apologize for his intellectual concerns and to escape from the loneliness of a thinker by professing that his thinking is dedicated to some social-altruistic goal. It is an attempt that amounts to the wordless equivalent of the plea: “I’m not an outsider! I’m your friend! Please forgive me for using my mind—I’m using it only in order to serve you!” … An intellectual appeaser surrenders morality, the realm of values, in order to be permitted to use his mind.

Mexicans have a serious problem… they are rabidly jealous of what they perceive White Anglos to have. To whit our better than their lifestyle, our material possions. The reality our country is infinitely healthier than what they crawled from.

So expect them to be racists of the La Raza type. They can’t grasp the idea Mexico does not, HAS NOT owned the ceded territories since the end of the Mexican-American War. Nor can they understand the Mexican government WAS PAID for the ceded territories. Or that the Mexican population a century and a half ago, was massively smaller than today’s. So the ignorant mestizos are also incapable of understanding WHY we do not want them coming here and see them as nothing less than criminals and parasites! An impression amply supported by news stories, personal experience and what we see, learn and hear from others.

I’m sure a lot of White Americans don’t want to send their children to mainly Mexican schools either. The solution, Señor Aguilar, is simple: return to Mexico, there are plenty of Mexican schools, water fountains etc there.

What needs to be done is cut all aid to any of these radical idiots including ACLU and NAACP or what ever they call themselves now a days….let their own people support their far left activities…then when they act up throw their asses out of the country that also goes for RAZA and all the other monkey shines going on in the name of “free we down trodden peoples” yep we shall free you all by throwing you back over the border where you belong…along with uncle Teddy and uncle Georgie and all those bleeding liberal hearts…let them live with you and see how fast they change their stupid minds!!

I well can imagine the content of some of this “counseling.” Never mind the fact that homebuyers — responsible and educated ones, at any rate — do not need to be counseled on how to search for a home or apply for a mortgage. Another diversity scam.

The government’s making a big mistake here. Hispanics are going down the same entitlement road the blacks have. I contacted my Senator and told him I don’t want a dime going to this racist anti-American organization. Not that it will do any good.

“Ayn Rand” was opposed to white people behaving in a racially conscious manner. Her whole ideology serves to break up the group cohesion of white society and has no place in the thinking of racial conscious whites.

Posted by Joe at 12:28 AM on May 14

I don’t care. Barney Frank should already be in front of a board of Inquiry, as well as officials at the Department of Housing and Urban Developement. Since they are not, Americans have once again failed to protect THEIR taxes from THEFT. It is the same them over and over with American citizens—apathy and the punishment to them arising from that apathy. The racist Latino group NCLR is reacting towards ineffective posts of Americans and weak kneed protests no doubt by thinking “cry me a river”.

“‘Ayn Rand’ was opposed to white people behaving in a racially conscious manner. Her whole ideology serves to break up the group cohesion of white society and has no place in the thinking of racial conscious whites.”

Yes, but Reading Ayn Rand in the 50’s and 60’s, it became obvious that all the ‘diversity’ efforts were based on nothing, nothing, but naked racism. Ok, I read Rand in the 80’s, but the result was the same. It was never so obvious! It was never so clear anywhere else. The masks of the multiculturalists were completely torn away revealing an ideology founded on the most base racism. And this wasn’t the work of some reactionary whose true allegiance was owed to something like Klanwatch. Even in 2008, it’s illuminating to read Rand’s work on race. Rand sounds like some of the modern conservatives who say the racial spoils system, and ideology, are wrong. Conservatives who could learn a thing or two from Ayn Rand. Saying Rand was against that one sided evil is a far cry from saying Rand would be against racial consciousness for whites today. In a perfect world ruled by objectivity, she would be, but such is not the world we find ourselves living in today. Even the most die-hard objectivist should be able entertain that idea. I’m curious as to whether Ron Paul is an ‘objectivist’.

The best article I’ve ever read about the alliance of the pro-business right and identity politics left in maintaining open borders:

http://www.city-journal.org/html/17_1_mexifornia.html

Be sure to also read the original article to which this article is an addendum. Victor Davis Hanson just nails it.
