Traffic Court Judge May Lose His Seat

Joseph A. Slobodzian, Philadelphia Inquirer, April 24, 2008

Philadelphia Traffic Court Judge Willie F. Singletary was elected in November despite having had his driver’s license suspended until 2011 for accumulating $11,427.50 in fines for 55 traffic tickets.

Now Singletary is in danger of losing his three-month-old robe—and the $82,733-a-year paycheck that goes with it—for a campaign appearance videotaped and made public on the YouTube Internet site.

It was an appearance that raised $285 for his campaign.

The state Judicial Conduct Board filed five misconduct counts against him Tuesday for an April 22, 2007, campaign appearance in which he pressed a group of motorcyclists for campaign donations.

“You’re all going to need me in Traffic Court, am I right about that?” he asked the group.

{snip}

Singletary said his father paid his fines.

The Judicial Conduct Board’s eight-page complaint alleges that Singletary’s appearance at a “Blessing of the Bikes” rally at Malcolm X Park in West Philadelphia—Singletary is also a pastor and avid motorcyclist—”brought the judicial office into disrepute.”

The video shows Singletary under a tent telling motorcyclists, members of the Philadelphia First State Road Rattlers, that he needs to raise $15,000 within a week. He then asks an aide to pass around a bucket, and some bikers begin reaching into pockets and wallets.

{snip}

According to the Judicial Conduct Board’s Web site, the 15-year-old agency gets 500 to 600 complaints a year about judges, but no more than a half-dozen result in a formal complaint against a judge. Another one to two dozen result in one of two types of letters of reprimand. The remainder are dismissed after investigation.

If the charges are proved at trial before the Court of Judicial Discipline, a judge can be further reprimanded, suspended, removed from office, and restricted from future judicial work.

[Editor’s Note: Watch candidate Singletary mix campaigning, religion, and motorcycling here.]

Let’s see, Singletary is a judge elected to work in Philedelphia, the son of a drug-addicted mother and a father in prison, and a pastor (aren’t all of these guys pastors?) who doesn’t pay his traffic tickets. I guess we don’t really need to see a picture of him to know what race he is, do we?

Oh, for cryin’ out loud! Anyone black who will read this article knows what to say next so let’s jump the gun and get this over with.

“It’s racism, pure and simple”!

There, now let the good judge take his place back on the bench and stop bothering him.

“You’re all going to need me in Traffic Court, am I right about that?” he asked the group.”

Sounds like a joke and an effort at good race relations… Willie F Singletary must have done something the mass-media doesn’t like. I doubt it has anything to do with decency.

Dumb white sheeple should immediately dismiss his $11,000 fine, reinstate his liscense, double his salary, and proclaim him KING of Philly. Throw in some good looking white women to seal the deal. Videotape the bedroom antics and make white males watch it while calling this improving race relations. Whites would accept this as long as they could continue to work their fake jobs and claim they are breadwinners.

The voters of the city of brotherly love, are either extremely stupid, or have have a hillarious sense of humor. I personally choose the former. Just a wild guess, I’ll bet he comes from a black voting district. I wonder what his “honor” would do to a private citizen, with 55 traffic tickets? P.S. Should we be amazed if one of the H&H twins becomes president?

Knowing of the huge push to qualify blacks at all costs, and after watching the black fools on television who play judge so incompetently, I am 100% sincere when I say that I would like to interview black professionals in great depth, like this one, to find out how they got accreditation. Just out of curiosity.

That they are unqualified is obvious; however, it would be interesting to try to learn if they scammed the system, with the help of faculty, or if outright fraud was responsible for their accreditation.

Too, I’d like to give them a simple series of tests to see if they could read proficiently on an 8th grade level, apply basic reasoning skills, and do simple math.

I’m betting the average is going to be around the eighth grade, maybe a bit more for those with advanced degrees.

It’s bad enough that these people are set loose in their own communities to practice whatever they claim to be, but when they begin to expand into positions that affect white people, I think we need some kind of safeguard against them in order to protect ourselves from their stupidity.

When I recently protested the tax valuation of my house, I was asked for a bribe by the black public servant who was reviewing my protest. At the time, I thought he was just kidding, but as I see rampant corruption among blacks in the government, it’s obvious to me now that he was not.

BTW, I moved to Germany. No, it isn’t perfect, but so far so good. Way fewer blacks here (which helps to keep better behaved), and most Turks with whom I come into contact are not troublemakers. I also speak fluent German and have good relations with a lot of Germans, who are just as anti-excessive immigration as the rest of us, but are too cowed by their past to say anything.

Reply to 1:26 AM poster:

You make a valid point. When blacks are very few in number they generally behave themselves. They pretty much have to. Its only when they reach a certain critical mass their true nature comes out. The very first group of blacks in Britain (say 1948-1955) were well-behaved. They had to be. As Enoch Powell said, “Its all about the numbers”.
