WASHINGTON (AP)—Federal job discrimination complaints filed by workers against private employers shot up 9 percent last year, the biggest annual increase since the early 1990s.

The data being released Wednesday by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission show allegations of discrimination based on race, retaliation and sex were the most frequent, continuing a long-term trend.

Overall, the commission said complaints increased from 75,768 charges filed in 2006, to 82,792 last fiscal year. That’s the highest complaint level since 2002, and the biggest annual percentage increase since 1993.

Complaints had been trending downward until 2006, when they increased slightly before spiking last year.

Allegations of discrimination based on race were the leading category of complaints—30,510 in all, or 37 percent of all filings last year, said the commission, which enforces federal anti-discrimination laws among private employers.

During 2007, 72,442 private sector discrimination complaints were resolved; the commission recovered approximately $345 million in compensation for those who had filed discrimination charges.

Charge Statistics FY 1997 Through FY 2007

U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, February 26, 2008

The number for total charges reflects the number of individual charge filings. Because individuals often file charges claiming multiple types of discrimination, the number of total charges for any given fiscal year will be less than the total of the eight types of discrimination listed.

The data are compiled by the Office of Research, Information and Planning from data reported via the quarterly reconciled Data Summary Reports and compiled from EEOC’s Charge Data System and, from FY 2004 forward, EEOC’s Integrated Mission System.

The EEOC has a warehouse full of rubber stamps and loves to use them against mean ole whitey. No longer is the legal jargon “Innocent until proven guilty” relevant. It is an absolute joke if a White man accuses a Black of racial discrimination or hostility.
We’re on our own.

This avenue is better financially for blacks than trying to win the lottery.

High self esteem + low ability + a pandering, indulgent White society = perceived discrimination

Strange. You inculcate it into people that they are constantly being violated, even without their realizing it, and they act on every slight that life has to offer.

Freedom doesn’t quite mean what it used to mean. The government now DEMANDS you have “diversity” in school, living accommodations, and private worksites. The founding father’s are spinning in their graves. Not because they were racist, male chauvinist pigs, but because they believed we should have the ability to choose who we associated with, at work, at home, and at play. Now we have become “subjects” rather than citizens.

Meanwhile job discrimination against WHITES is INSTITUTIONALIZED and not only is legally permitted, it is LEGALLY MANDATED. Think of it as Jim Crow on steroids targeting whites.

Low self esteem, low ability, low IQ, White guilt, black privilege = government-enforced discrimination against Whites.

Even if a white business owner hires a black employee simply because he feels he’s the right person for the job and he has no hostility toward blacks at all - he’s still putting himself in a dangerous position. Any perceived hostility will be interpreted as “racism” by some blacks and expensive lawsuits will follow. As is so common, by attempting to eradicate something, government ends up creating more of it. Anti-discrimination laws end up creating more discrimination (not to mention their direct impact on whites).

And it is going to get worse and will also involve white complaints of reverse discrimination as business continue to shed their workforces.

Please keep in mind two things; 1) If you to www.eeoc.gov, you will see that many EEOC charges are filed on bases other than race (e.g., White women filing sex discrimination charges, 40+ White males filing age discrimination charges, etc.) and 2) less than 10% of EEOC charges result in “reasonable cause” determinations (i.e.,individuals bringing charges are victorious less than 10% of the time).

Whites need to be activist and file complaints at every opportunity. The discrimination against us is blatant and real. Write the Justice Department often as I do and your Senator, Representative, and even local newspapers. Non-violence but persistance will get us our justice!
