A federal appeals court has ruled that a Los Angeles gang member, a legal immigrant from El Salvador who was ordered deported because of several felony convictions, is not entitled to humanitarian refugee status because of fears that he will be targeted by rivals in his home country.
Jean Pierre Arteaga, who came to the U.S. with his parents at age 4, argued that the gang tattoos that cover much of his body would mark him for persecution and possibly torture by rival gang members while he was temporarily detained by authorities in El Salvador. He said that the tattoos entitled him to “special group” status.
But the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals rejected his argument, saying Arteaga could provide no evidence of his claims. Earlier, he unsuccessfully pleaded his case before an immigration judge and the Board of Immigration Appeals.

One of the things I’d like to see is a hard cap put on immigration. Set low (like 50,000 a year….which, historically isn’t low, lol). And I’d like to see extreme discrimination practiced. Doctors, lawyers, wealthy businessmen? Come on in. Extremely hot, 18 year latin/Filipino girlfriend? You can come on in too sweetie for different reasons. Welfare, AIDS infected, low IQ, black, no way jose. Muslims? Hahahahahahahahaha….hahahahahahaha….no.
We should also let in a large number of refugees. White people from africa fleeing genocide…..no one else. And that includes the french that will leave en masse once sharia law is implemented in that country. They have been digging their own grave since WWII and hate us from saving them from certain doom. No more of that.

The intelligence of these gangs is stupefying. Why not announce to the world these grade school dropouts have any respect from anyone. I would put these thugs to work builing a huge moat between U.S. and mestizoland.

I feel sorry for the guy (actually, I always feel sorry for anyone who has covered themselves with tattoos. I wonder if there is a name yet for that kind of “prejudice”?), but I wouldn’t lift a finger to help him.
