9-Year-Old Charged With Attacking Teacher For Fourth Time

A 9-year-old boy in Volusia County, Fla., was charged with battery on a school teacher—the fourth time he has attacked a teacher, police told Local 6 News.
Investigators said the boy attacked a teacher Thursday at Hearst Elementary near Holly Hill, Fla.
“Deputies also say it is the fourth time the child has attacked the teacher in the last two weeks,” Local 6’s Jacquie Sosa said.
The severity of the teachers’ injuries was not known.
