AR News Exclusive, Jul. 30

Dear American Renaissance,

The company I work for has purchased a company and as part of their agreement they have to do an affirmative action survey.

They have given me a paper to fill out asking for name, age, race and gender. I have told them by handing it back to them blank three times that I do not wish to provide them the information. I have not verbally said this to them, I just return it blank. I feel this is against business practices, as I believe a company cannot ask for all this information on a job application. By filling out this information I believe it will lead to discrimination against myself and other white males, workplace conditions and workload.

They said this “must be filled out.” I’m not sure whether or not I would be fired if I don’t fill it out.

Do you have any advice on this subject?
